Great place to stay, had everything needed to be comfortable; exceptional staff who were happy to go above and beyond, used my name maki g me feel very at home. Complimentary happy hour and breakfast make for good value. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon
Customer service was all good and staffs were friendly and made us feel well come. We all enjoyed all our staying at Grand Papua Hotel. My children were so excited and enjoyed swimming in the pool and was a nice experience for them
everything about the hotel is excellent, it is the setting up of the banquet that was disappointing to see. a total of 90pax in attendance and you have only 1 person working that floor to try set up the table and chairs. PLEASE TRY TO EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE
The overall experience at Raddisson Grand Papua Hotel has been very good. The services have significantly improved since November compared to my experience during past few years. Mr. Tennekoon, GM with his hands on approach is visibly seen motivating his team and training them towards the higher niche of global standards. He has gone out of his way to understand PNG firm his short stay and has acclimatised very well! The food variety & range could surely improve but maybe that's because I'm regular guest at R-GPH who has had all the dishes in offer past year! :) Tenylyn with her infectious warm smile at reception, Sandra in the restaurant who knows my food choices, Esther who understands my breakfast at 15th floor & ground floor restaurant, Juliann & Jonovan always helpful at reception, reliable & ever ready driver Raymond, Kini who keeps a watchful eye from his Concierge, Ron Cherian the ever smiling F&B Manager, are few R-GPH employees who have made my stay a great experience. Most importantly big thanks to the House keeping team who have ensured everyday I return to a fantastic room, recently updated to suite as VIP member, overlooking the Ela Beach views! It was okay but the people who should clean rooms are not on time and not doing there job properly. Some of them even leave their cleaning job incomplete, which is very inconvenient. The underground car park also closes at 11pm which is very inconvenient, it should be opened 24 hours. But all in all my stay here is nice, the balcony view from all the floors is just spectacular.
Everything was alright. I just thought that a complimentary breakfast in the morning would make up for the money spent. You can't let your guest leave with a empty stomach in the morning. At least a complimentary breakfast between 7am and 10am would be a bonus for the hotel. But overall it was alright.
The GP is a fine and friendly establishment. The staff will do whatever they can to help you and always have a smile. The breakfast room is so light and airy and the bar a great place for cosy chat or to watch the sport.
The pumpkin soup at dinner was superb, the service staff were welcoming and attentive. The setting is lovely with those high ceilings so I look forward to going often and trying new dishes. Thank you very much!
Friendly, helpful & Amazing staff. Excellent facilities, top floor gym with 360degree view of the pacific ocean. Good food, secure car parking, onsite spa, café & can't expect more.. Highly recommended
Everything ok too many unnecessary question, by security so put some educated personnel at gate. Some question were irrelevant Levant to the visit at the hotel so try to be fair with questions asked me
