Our Suites are located in a quiet, residential community on the outskirts of central Georgetown. We are a stone throw from the street that never sleeps: Sherriff Street, and within walking distance of some of the best Guyanese and international cuisine, supermarkets, gift shops and the some of the most popular entertainment hot spots in the city. The hotel was clean but just the basic necessities in the rooms. We had a problem with the water at times. The staff especially Nicole at the front desk were all amazing. Ask for rooms on the higher floors to help with the noises from the streets and the dogs next door.

Hi Jackie, On behalf of the management of Kanuku Suites, we are deeply apologetic about the terrible experience you encountered during your stay. It is not at all how we would like our hotel to be represented and are taking your review very seriously. We can assure you that measures are currently being taken to improve the areas you highlighted in your review. As a result, room maintenance is underway and we have re-evaluated our staff to ensure our housekeeping and hotel standards are met and exceeded. This will ensure all personnel in all departments are providing and representing our establishment in the best way possible to the comfort and ease of guests. We want to do all that is possible for our customers to have a wonderful experience with us. I truly hope you can look past this experience and give us another chance. There are a lot of great things coming to the hotel. Thank you again for your feedback as we have taken this opportunity to learn from it.

I was looking for a good hotel price for my stay in Guyana, and I got that here. Nothing flashy. Just a cheap, worry-free stay. I liked it (mostly because it was easy on my wallet). I'd recommend this hotel for those who are looking for just a place to eat and sleep at an
