We had a great stay at this hotel. Checkin was swift and easy. The staff overall were great, especially Maria our housekeeper on the fourth floor was the best. The room was nice, beds were comfy, especially the pillows. The only pitfall was their sky lounge restaurant. Even though their menu had a good variation, their menu items were virtually tasteless so we opted to dine out at nearby restaurant outside the hotel. Breakfast was ok with a rotating daily variation of items and fresh fruit. Most of the time the coffee and milk in the air pots were cold. But overall a good stay.

This hotel is great for its central location in Usaquen. It is close to lots of shopping options, restaurants, and the Sunday Usaquen market. If you are looking for a hotel with tons of amenities and space, etc., this is not the hotel for you. Look at the Westin or one of the other nicer resorts down the street. This is perfect if you are in town for a few days and don't plan to stay in the hotel much. Plenty of good food, coffee, and cultural experiences around the neighborhood, particularly on Sunday.
Room was a corner room with a street view on the fourth floor. It was quiet, the staff was respectful of the "Do Not Disturb" sign. All staff members we interacted with were very accommodating and kind. A few of the staff members spoke English, but do your best to speak Spanish.
Keep in mind if you request a taxi from the hotel it will be a nicer and more expensive option than the yellow taxi's roaming around town. Be sure to confirm the price with the driver before you depart.
Breakfast was okay. We usually ate breakfast during the last hour it was available and most of the good hot food options were dwindling. The four mornings we ate breakfast, there was hardly anything left. I guess they don't replace it once it is empty or they didn't realize it was empty. I suppose getting there earlier would have helped. But the options that were there were not bad. Enjoyed our stay, would return if in the Usaquen area again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while we were in Bogota for a concert. It’s ideally located, just a block away from a Starbucks and around the corner from restaurants and night life in Usaquen. The hotel was fine for our needs - a comfortable bed, small but nice bathroom, and enough space in the room for what we needed. Although our room faced a side road, the windows were soundproof and the noise didn’t disturb us. The hotel offers complementary breakfast which is fine, nothing fancy and for the price we paid, decent enough. Would definitely recommend to those that want to visit Bogota and save money on transportation to and from nightlife.

I am a Hilton Gold member and had requested a quiet room, but received one that was right above the main street with four lanes each way, near an intersection with lights (so lots of reving of engines and beeping of horns). There is basically no noise isolation so we heard everything.
I went down to reception to request a quieter room. They offered another room that they claimed was quieter because it was on a side street. While it's true it was technically on a side street, it was even closer to the traffic lights, so the noise was even worse than the first room. So we begrudgingly decided to stay in the first room since reception had nothing else to offer us and honestly were neither friendly nor sympathetic. The noise was so bad our first night there that we fled to another hotel nearby for our second night so we could get a good night's sleep.
When we were about to go to bed, we found a wet spot - probably water - about 50 cm (1.5 feet) in diameter from the top of the bed all the way to the mattress protector.
There was no housekeeping available to change the bed but they did send someone to provide sufficient new bedding to be able to sleep dry.
The water pressure was inconsistent, varying from full pressure to a trickle - you never knew what you'd get when you turned on the faucet.
The breakfast was decent.
Overall, it was by far the worst experience I've had at a Hilton branded hotel anywhere in the world.

Very good hotel for a 4 star category. I had been trying some of them around the area of Usaquén, close to the Parque de Las Pulgas, and this one came out to be the one.
Very well located, if you are looking to a place around the park, because traffic jam can be really a challenge in Bogotá. So try to take that into consideration. It is very close to the hospitals around, like the Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá, which is in front of the hotel. And has lots of restaurants around to try. From simple to sophisticated restaurants, for all tastes.
In addition to that, the hotel has all the main facilities, like a small gym, which is completed, limited in terms of space but very functional. There is a terrace in the last floor with a beautiful 360 viés of the region. What is not convenient is the lack of a parking area to drop off and drop in. So the taxis must stop in the middle of the street. That was awful and the my main complain.
The room I stayed was big enough, with a queen bed, a small desk to work conveniently. The bathroom was also functional, the shower was pleasant and more important, everything worked properly and the room was really clean. Congratulations to Jeimi for her great work (at the time of my stay she was responsible for 3rd floor).
Internet was also decent which allowed me to work and make Teams meetings without issues.
Breakfast was simple but complete.
Service was always flawless, people are really gentle and want customers to fell welcome.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are small for Bogota. I had stayed here several times and it is so sad to see how the quality and service have declined so much. The front desk staff is not engaged and completely unresponsive. We asked for them to provide soy or almond milk and they told us they would make it happen. We stayed three days and nothing. The man who managed the breakfast room was rude, unhelpful and only concerned about writing down the room number. The breakfast is atrocious: day old bread, stale coffee, limited fruit, no natural juice. What a total disaster. The streets around the property are a maze of construction zone and noise. The whole stay was unpleasant and rough. Ah yes! The front doors that were automatic in the past are now broken and there doesn’t seem to be any urgency in fixing them. The whole place needs a renovation and perhaps better staff. The place seemed so sad and pathetic but they still are charging premium prices. Run in the opposite direction!!!

We stayed there for a family visit, the hotel is located near a complex of clinics and hospitals and nearby there are a variety of restaurants. The facilities are clean and there are the basics. But the tense work environment is palpable. Upon arrival, the supervisor was scolding the staff and did not stop, although she knew we were coming. We witnessed threats and phrases that fall far short of the service we have received at other Hilton networks. We asked for water because we were thirsty and were told there was water in the room, our surprise to find a small bottle. We were offered a courtesy of a dessert and the next day, at check out, with the greatest naturalness and coldness, we were simply told that it could not be, that it remained for a next occasion. In the breakfast area, things run out and they don’t get stuffed, and there’s no one you can ask for glasses, cups, etc. The staff murmurs about their personal issues, and guests are treated very coldly, they seem to enjoy giving guests refusals. I really do not recommend this hotel, only if strictly necessary by the surrounding clinics or hospitals.

The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly every single morning. They greeted me every morning with a smile on their faces.
The cleaning staff did a great job of maintaining the rooms. When I first get into a hotel room, I do a lap to see just how clean everything is. This room was spotless!
I couldn't find a single thing to complain about with this hotel. I plan to stay in this hotel every time I visit Bogota.

I thought that Hampton Inn had coffee 24/7 but not. The whole facades is quiet and looking from the street if it wasn’t announced you’d never notice. At night there isn’t much around there a pharmacy couple blocks south. Dark streets. Breakfast was below par but our friends told us the breakfast day before was excellent. Rooms are nice comfortable quiet friendly.
