It was my second time on Celebreties therefore my review.
Very clean, good room (apartment) layout, nice and friendly people.
Near some nice restaurants a a shopping mall that also allows to have more food options.
In some nights there were wine tasting events with sushi food for free, everything was very good.

So the penthouse suite is huge. We just stayed 2 nights and the room was way more than we needed. It is very worn. Handles falling off, doors get stuck. It must have been really awesome when it was new though. Spa tub for 2, sauna steam room, 2 floors. The staff is very nice and ready to please. Breakfast is good, once you figure out that you can order eggs and waffles. I would definitely recommend, but be aware it is a bit worn. I am surprised they just don't take a couple of hours and fix it back up.

Ok so I'll start with the positive:
- the staff is friendly and polite
- the suites are clean
- when you call the front desk and request something to be brought up to the room (not necessarily room service), they do it right away
- oh and by the way, if you are cold, they have mini-heaters. You just have to ask at the reception and they'll bring one up.
-the reception guys were nice and while we were waiting for our taxi, we had a friendly chat and learned more about Colombia, the local problems, the improvements and so on.
And here is the negative:
- when you fill out the breakfast form, you almost never get what you marked (if that bothers you, then go downstairs and have the breakfast at the restaurant. Only then you have the guarantee that you'll get what you ordered)
-even though the staff is very friendly, it doesn't mean they are always helpful. We stayed twice at this hotel. The second time we got a suite, two bathrooms of which were plugged. (It was like Murphy's law because two out of 4 of us had to have food poisoning exactly then. So you can imagine the fun with the plugged bathrooms.) So we called the reception. They came up right away, analysed the "situation," left again, came back shortly and said that they don't have a plunger. The maintenance guy will be in only next morning. So the night was "fun." But like I said, they were very polite and apologetic. However, 2 bathrooms is a bit coincidental.
- EVERYTHING is a rip-off except for the deal that we got on the room, which was booked by our friend from Colombia. DO NOT take the hotel taxi. You are getting ripped-off majorly. Always tell the reception to call the yellow cab for you. DO NOT order laundry service. That was a joke! It cost our friends about 90 Euros. And the hotel guys are good! They promote their laundry service. When they clean up, they always take the laundry form and bag and place it on your bed. Even if you neatly put it away somewhere else, you'll be sure to find it again on your bed after the next day's clean-up. AND if that doesn't convince you, then a nice lady will drop by your room, just to make sure that you didn't make a mistake and forget to order laundry service. It's hilareous. I think our friends will frame that bill :)
So yeah, on the overall, someone told us it's a 5-star hotel. It's not. It's what one regards as stable 3 stars, not more but I would stay there again. I know what to watch out for and these things don't bother me much.
Hope this helps you.

I stayed in this hotel on business. It was very pleasant stay because all of the hotel staff are friendly and very nice. Front desk person (Andres) was very helpful and he speaks good English. Bell boys (Brian and one more person) and their hotel taxi drivers... they are all very nice and helpful. The room is also very clean and well designed. It had a small kitchen, separate bedroom and work station with free wifi. Very convenient location to the business district, too.
If I come to Bogota, I will defenitely stay in this hotel again!

Check-in took very long, receptionist was very unfriendly. There was LOTS of noise from the street and from other people in the hotel. Within an hour I asked for a more quiet room, but was told that other rooms were even more noisy. During the night I slept with ear-plugs, but still was woken up many times because of noise from walking above me and loud talking. . Also the next morning there was lots of noise, including loud music from other rooms. The next morning I complained to the same receptionist who checked me in the day before. She was rude to me, didn't take my complaints seriously and behaved arrogant and unfriendly. There is no air-conditioning, and the room was very hot in the afternoon. Bed is too hard; can't lie on my side. There were hairs in the bathroom. Almost everything costs money. For example: there is a tiny bottle of mouthwash in the bathroom. If you use it you have to pay 6500 peso. Internet is slow. On many web pages, the pictures would not load. Skype calls were impossible. Conclusion: this is not at all like a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in better hotels which had a 3 star rating. On checkout I was told management would be contacted about a partial refund. I never heard again. My emails have been ignored.

Very nice suites, well furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. Fast internet with router in each room. Each suite is devoted to a celebrity. Have stayed at the Claudia Schiffer, the Angelina Jolie and the Lady Di. Extremely courteous people. They have their own cars for transportation form/to the airport and from/to your meetings. A bit more expensive than taxis, but safe, clean and comfortable cars. Well located, next to many restaurants, safe area, next to the J.W. Marriott *over $450/night as compared to about $200). The only minor drawback is that is across the most exclusive school in the country and when they have recess or band practice, during the day, it can be noisy. In the evening is quiet,

This was a great boutique hotel with suites for rooms. Would be perfect for extended stay business travelers, but we also enjoyed it even though we were on vacation and stayed for only three nights. The location is safe and near restaurants and the Zona Rosa. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. As for the extra charges noted in other reviews - we made sure to check and there were no excess charges that shouldn't have been there. Would definitely recommend.

I would suggest to change room every day of the staying to have the opportunity to sleem in different environments evey time. Architects have done an excellent job, as you can see from some photos. I have personally be in the Beatles double suite and in the BB - Brigitte Bardot room. Both very nice.
Only pity are showers: too small and hot water takes some time to come; but are very minor points.
Prices are ok.
