The hotel is small but well located near Parque 93 and the restaurant area, about a 15-minute walk away, and best of all at a very affordable price. The room is large and has a very nice view, with a good breakfast included. The collaborators are very friendly and always attentive to needs. They offer you a person to take you on several tours, we did the one to the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá, the Mr. is very kind, but if you go on your own I guess it is better because it takes more time to enjoy everything.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel which was booked as part of a tour so I didn’t choose it.
Large room, spotlessly clean, decent soundproofing and very extensive breakfast.
Decent toiletries and working safe.
Good location, and friendly employees who offer help.

Excellent location north of Bogotá, relatively close to the 93 park, the pink zone and the Usaquén crafts market, a safe and family-friendly area, excellent for taking walks nearby. The treatment of all the staff was always very friendly, attentive to everything to make our stay better. Truly recommended.

I'll say first of all the hotel rates were very fair and the staff very courteous and kind. However, as a "gold" member with the OTA I am supposed to be offered a room upgrade and receive a 20% discount in the restaurant. Received neither. Also, there is no hot water in the hotel at 11:30 pm when I wish to show (I would expect full services in a 4* property). I tried to call the reception but there is no directory on the telephone and "0" & "9" got me nowhere. No responses either to my e-mails. Internet reception very poor on the fifth floor. I expect better. Also 28.000 pesos seems to me expensive for breakfast.

The hotel Andes Plaza is a really great hotel. The friendly customer service was excellent. All at reception were very friendly. Briteman gave that extra special attention and service. He constantly checked on me making sure everything was good. He helped set up my covid test. I also received friendly service in the hotel restaurant. Everyone was so friendly giving great service. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. This was my second time to stay in Hotel Andea Plaza and plan to return there again someday soon. I highly recommend Hotel Andes Plaza. The hotel is safe hotel and at a great location.

The hotel has a good location, although they are doing some repairs nearby and it is about 2 km around the wheel, which delays the journey. Nearby you will find convenience stores and some small restaurants. It is relatively far from the historic center if you go as a tourist.

The rooms facing the avenue are very noisy because you hear all the traffic, horrible. Did they do the paper rooms or what? And then breakfast is super regular quality, today it touched the spoiled melon. Your waiters forgot to be nice. Bed like stone, horrible this hotel is like 2 stars and wifi doesn't even work in the room

We traveled from Dom Rep. to Bogota and stayed at this hotel, which was very warm and welcoming, with very friendly staff, willing to serve us and help us with everything. Special greetings to Victor and Juan Carlos. They serve an excellent breakfast and it is easy from the hotel to get to other places. Shopping plazas very close, including Plaza Andino.
