We stayed in this hotel 6 nights and were thoroughly happy. Our room was a large, bright corner one (#3) that was a pleasure to come back to after a tiring day exploring Bogota. The reception staff was amazingly helpful but our very limited Spanish and their very limited English, meant that communicating took work. I'd recommend using something like Google...

Beautiful modern rooms, only strange thing is that you need to go through the restaurant to leave the hotel. Besides that no issues. In the midst of bar and restaurant central of the zona G so might get noisy.

No negative comments. Staff is incredible. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommended! Everyday the room was returned to a immaculate condition and our laundry would be done promptly if needed. I have not stayed at a nicer boutique hotel in Colombia.

This hotel is great. You feel like you're staying in the house of a rich friend. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful as they take care of all the details. The restaurant below (Vitto) is just amazing. The area is also perfect. There are a great number of restaurants and attractions near by. 100% great!!!

PROS: - Large, modern rooms - Friendly staff - Central locations, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants CONS: - All staff except for one woman behind the front desk in the morning, did not speak English. Very frustrating in such an upscale neighborhood - Noisy rooms do to street facing windows (can't open windows with privacy) - @ breakfast, staff...

Rooms were large, modern, and well-equipped. Staff could not have been more helpful. The neighborhood is packed full of restaurants and shops. Street traffic was a bit noisy at night. Breakfast service seemed an afterthought.

Got a lovely spacious room with a king sized bed on the first floor. The inside of the hotel is designed well, with sleek modern lines. The location is in Zona G, where there are a lot of restaurants and cafés. Very easy to get to other parts of the city (even in Bogota's perpetual traffic). Ask if the restaurant...

I saw the rooms online and when i got there the room I had reserved was really small. There was no room service and no food or drinks since the restaurant was being remodeled. the location is perfect, no place is better located. It should have a bar or a terrace.

Hi Maria, Thank you so much for staying with us and for your review online. It is important for us to receive feedback from our guests. At this moment, we are indeed remodeling the restaurant, which will open in April 2015. Concerning the size of the room, I see that you booked a standard room, which are only 18sqm. Our...

We selected this hotel as we only had one night in Bogota before returning to the UK and were not disappointed. The location was great close to airport (20mins by taxi) and to the old town (10mins by taxi). It was also right in the heart of many nice restaurants and bars within 2 mins walking distance. The staff were...
