I wanted to love it. I will start by saying that the staff members were all amazing- Daniela, Robinson, and everyone who works there were just incredible. I paid $243 per night for this place which, by the area standards is a lot of money for a luxury hotel. I wanted the two bedroom feature with breakfast included, so I chose this place. The beds are comfortable, the space in the room was super, the mini bar items were great. I LOVE the concept and it had such potential. Based on the reviews I’m in the minority but I felt compelled to share my experience. The breakfast was just ok. The room service lunch and dinners were good. Much of the furniture needs replacing because it’s stained, scuffed, worn down, and just looked lived in. The property is undergoing construction so all we heard for the first full day was drilling and hammering. I work remotely so I had to leave the hotel to go and work from a cafe. We had a leak in the kitchen from the ceiling on the second night which caused the stove to error code in the middle of the night since the leak was flowing into the stove from the ceiling. When I called reception in the morning, I was told we would move rooms…and no one ever got back to me. I had to ask for the housekeeper to come and clean the the room. Then the electrical sockets stopped working in the kitchen (probably a breaker) which they fixed right away…but still no one offered to move our room again hours later when they returned for this issue. I am in tourism, so I understand that things happen. But, for the rate I paid, I expected more all around. I hope this was just a random mediocre experience!…
Where do I start? Reservations-handled quickly and accurately. Housekeeping-amazing. Rooms super clean, comfortable beds and pillows!! Bath and kitchen well stocked, comfortable bath towels. Chefs in restaurant - kind and cook excellent food. We are here adopting teens in Colombia. The entire staff made us feel at home, were kind to all of us, made the kids feel comfortable as they go through the transition. I have nothing bad to say at all and am grateful that we found such a dedicated and caring staff. It has made a fun but exhausting time in our life much easier because we felt safe, cared for, and I could write a novel. Special thanks to Pier, Tani, Robinson, Ivan, Alexander and Isidro. You will forever hold special places in our hearts. T, K, A, and S

93 luxury Suites is a great option for your stay in Bogota, Colombia. However this is not a 5 star hotel as indicated by Expedia, Booking, Orbits, Travelocity…..This is the best of the best 3 star hotels. Why is this place not a 5 star hotel: 1. They do not have a pool and hot tub. A pool and hot tub is required to be a 5 star hotel 2. They do not have a dedicated concierge desk 3. They do not have a spa 4. They do not have multiple restaurant offerings on their grounds 5. The hotel is solely the building of unites available to use as hotel but no grounds Now, here is why this is an excellent 3 star hotel 1. The rooms are spacious and nicely apportioned for a short or long stay 2. The rooms are perfect for families 3. The location in North Chico in Chapinero is one of the best. So many restaurants and bars and very good shopping close by at Andino Mall 4. The restaurant on the premise is pretty good 5. The staff is kind and helpful Here are things that the hotel must fix to my great frustration 1. The internet is terrible. I mean one of the worst internets I have ever used in the modern era 2. The doors to the suites have issues, opening, closing and room keys not working a lot 3. Some of the rooms are a little worn around the edges…

It was truly a little gem in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Great space and wonderful service. The front desk person even checked in on us during an evening out because we told her we were going a bit far and asked questions about safety in the area...loved that personal touch. I would highly recommend this place to stay and I will be staying here again when I come back.
Great place with all the things that you need to have relax and have great moments in Bogota. Perfect location, great restaurants and places to visit. All the staff has a great service behavior and always ready to help you in anything you need. The place is well distributed and the rooms are nice and comfortable
