Good place to stay for a maximum of 03 nights, the location is very good. The room is small but comfortable, very small bathrooms. Breakfast has little variety, but sufficient. The attention of the staff has been very good, especially Anaisabel Contreras.

I booked on its own website and there was a mix up about the available discount which was advertised. Imagine flying more than 10 hrs and the reception telling you the rate is not applicable altho the hotel failed to apply the discount they offered. Took no less than 45 min to resolve!
Otherwise the reception was helpful and the breakfast was great too. Safe location near the Parque.
The room was clean but tiny. Not exactly a good value for money.

I reached out to the hotel to inform them that my flight from the U.S. was cancelled on the day of my scheduled arrival, making it impossible for me to honour my reservation. I requested to reschedule my stay for a different date within the next ten days, without seeking a refund. However, the hotel’s response was disappointing. They informed me that my booking was non-refundable and refused to accommodate a change in dates.
This lack of flexibility and understanding reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. Consequently, I have chosen to book alternative accommodations for my upcoming week-long conference. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel for its approach to customer service.

After a 24-hour flight, our check-in took more than an hour (!). My prepaid booking could not be found in the system (!). The receptionist apparently could not explain how our booking confirmation came about. Attempts to explain from reception: the hotel is closed until December, but at the same time the hotel is fully booked. We didn't understand the whole thing. In the end, we got a very small room without a window. Not a word of apology.

What a great experience staying here! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone working there are very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I will definitely go back every time I need to travel to Bogota :)

It's not a good place. Its cold, no water first day I arrived, poor service, poor quality... Just a cheap place that is trying to look nice. The only nice people were the cleaning personal. On photos looks nice and comfy, but far away from reality.

Good atmosphere to rest, I do not like the idea of a bathroom made with glass walls. But showering is acceptable. I like the idea of raising awareness about the waste of water by washing daily towels, at least if it is solitary or as a family you can reuse the same towel Thank you.
