I booked 2 nights, ended up staying for 4. Loved Bogota and Colombia At Home. The location is walking distance from Chapinero centre and short taxi ride from La Candelaria or El Retiro. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. Booked single room. Yes, it is small but enough for my needs. Comfortable bed, cable TV, fast wifi. The bathroom is just...

I loved a lot of things about this little place. I would not stay here again, but would recommend it to anyone looking for a basic but clean place who is OK with road noise. Positives: Amazing staff. While the ladies speak only Spanish, they will go out of their way to help. Room is basic but comfortable and clean....

Stayed 3 nights as a solo female traveler. Travelled in October 2016. Basic accomodation: The room had a TV (I never turned it on, so not sure what channels they have), the room doesnt have a phone. No fan/AC, but the weather in Bogota is like AC and is not needed it. Positives: -Great location. Used the transmilenio which is...

Staff was really friendly!! Super helpful with everything! The room was in a building. A bed was placed on the floor. There was a bathroom and other stuff. The other stuff was several things, like all sorts of hotel related stuff. Even a reception.

More like a home stay than a hotel as such, but full of good points. Hosts are lovely people and eager to help guests. Price point is very good for Bogota. Location of neghbourhood while a bit gritty, is safe and just 3 blocks from a TransMilenio stop. Would definitely stay again if in Bogota

Very hard to find better value at this price. Friendly efficient staff, super clean quiet hotel in a fairly central location with good travel links. I will definitely stay here on future visits to Bogota.

We stayed 4 nights, really nice place. Very secure, ladies on reception are excellent and always willing to help (but only speak spanish), safe area, 5 min walk to bus stops to get to city, room was small but very clean. The only downside is it can be noisy sometimes as every sound seems to travel through the whole building....

Colombia at home is a great hotel. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, professional and kind. We used google translate to communicate with them, worked fine for us. She helped us get a taxi/store our bags for 2 days. Breakfast place nearby is good. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 8 nights in October. Colombia at home is a great hotel. The owners are very professional and kind. The ones who did not speak english used google translate, and it worked out perfect for us. The service was also really good. They helped us order food, taxis, and of course the hotel is...

Colombia at Home advertises the feeling of being at home while visiting Bogotá, and they do a great job of it! You come and go as you please, rooms and common areas are cleaned immaculately during the day, facilities are top notch (private bathrooms with great showers, in-room safes, comfortable beds), and the neighborhood is quiet. The atmosphere isn't particularly...
