We chose the GHL Hotel Hamilton based on the location in the Chapinero area and the price and the hotel was a great place to stay. The hotel is near to shops and restaurants and made for a great base to stay for three nights.
The room was fine with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and quiet too.
The staff were all really helpful and friendly and there is a great choice for breakfast served in a pleasant area downstairs with piped music and the coffee and drinks are served at your table.
We arranged an airport pickup too through the hotel and found that was the cheapest option with arrangements of who was picking us up made before we landed. We used the same driver to go to and be picked up from the centre of Bogota and this worked out fine and we had some good chats too.
With the location, price and friendly staff we would be happy to stay there again.

Nice hotel, located in a really nice area of the city, felt really safe with lots of places to eat, drink and shop around. Msin tourist sights Plaza Bolivar, Montserate are a 20 min uber trip away.. Staff were professional although i mailed them before i arrived and got a reply after i left! Rooms are a bit old fashioned but perfectly comfortable. Breakfast buffedt was great plenty of options. Really liked the area that it is so worth a stay based on that

The location of the hotel is perfect in Zona Rosa. The staff at the hotel were very nice and super accomodating.
The beds are not vert comfortable though, mattress are hard as a rock. :s

Great place and breakfast but PLEASE don't use so much plastic for EVERYTHING. Breads don't need to be encapsulated in a plastic that will take 300 years dissolving, same with juices, yogurts and the rest. Maybe at the start when we knew nothing about covid this was acceptable but now its proven that doesn't work.

My suggestion is in relation to the toilet in the room that does not flush properly, becomes clogged and you have to call to have the problem solved. The rest was fine, the staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms are cozy, with good air conditioning and comfortable.

I really like staying at GHL Hotel Hamilton. My room is big, bright and very comfortable. Staff are absolutely friendly and helpful. Most amazing thing you can check out latest 3pm. Hotel located right in centre of Zona Rosa. So many shops, restaurants, bars, shopping mall only 2-3 minutes away from hotel. Also day and night area is very safe. Perfect location to stay.

Super well located, next to great restaurants, in a nice area, quick access to shopping and fun.
The hotel is quite charming, being a bit old and beaten. It seems a Paris style old hotel.
Staff was super friendly and professional.
Rooms are quite average, with small bathroom, but it's a great option value for money.

I could only address objective points in this evaluation of the GHL:
- excellent location in Zona Rosa;
- breakfast with Colombian cuisine delicacies;
- large and comfortable suite.
But I also need to mention here that GHL Hamilton has a team that made me and my family feel welcomed and at ease. Furthermore, the child-friendly tour tips they offered us were excellent.
A hotel that will remain in our best memories of Bogotá.

I think the air conditioning can be used as a heater adjusting the temperature you like to have. Nevertheless they have very good blankets.
