Me and my wife had a wonderful honeymoon stay. The staff was very customer oriented. Specially Sebastian, Jairo, the security guy and our driver Humberto. They made us feel like at home. Not an international 5 Star Hotel, but it was clean, well situated, excellent breakfast (not as the traditional US continental breakfast). We sure recommend this Hotel will sure...

We had a wonderful experience at the Santafe Boutique Hotel even though we arrived late and departed very early. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, bending over backwards to grant our requests. We were provided with a great breakfast of exotic fruit and lovely buttery croissants at 5.45 am.....with a smile! The receptionist organized a first class taxi driver...

We stayed in one of the two penthouse suites, and we really enjoyed just hanging out in our room for the first time in a long time!! Friendly staff; extremely clean; great little bar & free buffet breakfast, which was delish! Our room was home for our 2 weeks in Bogota Norte in a beautiful residential area, with loads of...

Spent two months in this hotel. Started as Just Santa Fe Boutique. Then was bought by EXE and went downhill fast. Anyways the location is great. Lots of food options within walking distance. Mall within walking distance. Grocery store right across the street open 24 hours. A short taxi from anywhere you would want to go in the safe areas...

For a location that was NOT in the middle of the city, it was great. This only means that while stuff was close by, you also had a place directly outside its front doors to sit and relax and people watch, or read. So it offered a nice area that was located close to 2 shopping malls, a supermarket, and...

We booked a Junior Suite which was on the 6th floor. The whole experience, from being collected at the airport by Andres, through check-in to a 4 night stay was excellent. Breakfast was good, though you may be asked to share a table when it's very busy. The hot food changed each day and there was a good selection of...

Kinda retro, clean and the stuff is very helpful and friendly. Spoke good English. Very nice breakfast too. Lots of fresh fruit, pastries and you can order eggs any way you want it.Arranged shuttle from the airport for us ($15). 24h grocery store across the street. Nice and safe neighborhood.

I wouldn't consider it to be a 5 stars hotel, as they advertised. the rooms are ok, the corridors and the public spaces are at the 3 stars level. unless you have business in this specific area, I don't see a real reason why staying at this place. no one of the stuff spoke reasonable English, at least not in...

Reservations were initially made online - very EASY - three nights. We ended up cancelling the third night, as we wanted to stay one night in the mountains. Staff handled with ease. Then when we came back, we stayed at this same hotel for three more nights because we liked it so much. And the location was PERFECT - across...

“If you use the taxi services offered by the hotel (white vehicles) you will pay double rate that usual, but of course it is very safe. And if you charge the fee to your room you will pay additional charge. It is common, but it was not announced to me.”
