Everything here is excellent. Great welcome, especially as we were dog tired after travelling all day. Room was lovely, high quality throughout, as was the bathroom. We thought the shower was brilliant. Very comfy king bed. Breakfast as good as we have seen anywhere. Top class hotel with terrific staff all of whom were helpful and friendly.

Hotel is a converted old historical building.Not a big hotel and the lobby really feels so homey.Reception staffs all very friendly and helpful.Also very proactive in asking if we needed anything during our stay. Room was big with wood panelling decor.I loved the recycled leather luggages they made into drawers.Bed was queen and really comfortable.You can feel the crispness and the soft bedding and know its of high quality.Separated from the bedroom is the toilet.Not a big one but sufficient. All in all a great hotel.

Beautiful property and a great value. Although my vacation was essentially ruined by altitude sickness and related conditions, the contracted medical professionals they have were not prepared for a westerns or American’s emergency medical needs. It unfortunately took two days and two in room doctors visits to figure out I would have to go to a hospital to get an emergency prescribed drug. On the second in room doctor visit by the hotel and its contracted medical personnel I was told I’d be prescribed a medication that ended up not realizing a few hours later. It became a big frustration. The hotel and/or their contracted medical professionals wasted much of my vacation. Eventually I just had to go to a hospital. By then it was too late, the new medication began working great the day I had to check out after receiving the prescription I needed. As a property itself though it is fantastic. Just be well aware of what medications you may need and probably just go straight to a private hospital day one if you need medications more easily accessible in the United States. The property is not a well oiled machine so to speak in terms of dealing with medical needs and maybe it’s part of communication barrier. It was a huge disappointment that the medication that essentially saved me I got one hour before I had to check out. Sure was a great flight home but regretful of the vacation it should have been.…

Beautiful space in a great location. Our room was very spacious and very quiet given the hotel is located on a very busy main road. Artwork around the hotel is interesting and adds to the atmosphere, as do the many floral arrangements. The breakfast room/bar is a lovely space. Staff were helpful. Our bed was huge but very creaky and not the most comfortable - we had many better beds in our 3 week tour of the country. We also had a cracked window pane and cracked sink - details that, in my opinion, should be fixed in such a high quality hotel. Nevertheless, would highly recommend.

We had an enchanting stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina. After the unfortunate experience of discovering a small amount of mold in our initial room's bathroom, we were upgraded to the amazing grand premiere room with fireplace. We were told the old building had an issue with the roof which caused this but opted to stay at the other side of this building to hold onto its ambiance. It made the stay much more magical. Staff was incredible! Staff made a genuine effort to meet every request and we were always treated with great respect and kindness. The breakfast set a soothing pace for the day and spa was to die for. The best massage we ever had so we had to do it twice! What an incredible compliment to the beautiful city of Bogota.

We recently returned from a fabulous day at four seasons in Bogota Casa Medina. Prior to our visit to Bogotá, we weren’t certain if we would enjoy ourselves. How wrong we were. Four Seasons, Bogota Casa Medina made our visit to the city fabulous. We love the hotel, it’s beauty, it’s warm welcome, and fabulous amenities. The breakfast is outstanding and dinner service at the hotel restaurant is excellent. We love the staff, they couldn’t be more accommodating — Andrey is wonderful!!! Will certainly return; and miss it already.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful rooms (ours looked toward the mountains), and the staff is all so friendly and welcoming and helpful. In a great, safe location of Bogota. Spa was excellent as was the restaurant and the breakfast. Highly recommend for a stay in Bogota.
