I'm always amazed at how friendly everyone is in Bogota! The same counts for the NH Boheme. Thanks to all the staff for making us welcome at all times.
The location of the hotel can hardly be beat. Right in the middle of Zona T, opposite the Andino Shopping Center with lots of restaurants and shops around it. We always felt safe and getting out of Zona T for sight seeing was just about what could be expected in such a big city.
Good breakfast buffet with enough variety, special egg orders were taken care of promptly.
The hotel is shy of five points for two reasons:
1. The street in front of the hotel is one huge construction site and taxis cannot stop in front of the hotel door. We had to get out of the taxi at the next street corners and maneouver our baggage (after a 20 hour trip) through the construction site to reach the hotel. None of that was informed in advanced.
2. When checking out, I was asked if we had something from the minibar. I answered truthfully that we had four bottles of water. The clerk then picked up his walkietalkie and in front of me called housekeeping and told them to go check the minibar in our room. Dear NH Hotel, with that procedure you're effectively telling a guest you don't trust what he/she says. Then why bother asking in the first place. Just call housekeeping and tell them to check without asking me first. Just a suggestion.
Conclusion: should we visit Botota again, the NH will definitely be on our list, providing the construction site is gone ;-). Thank you.

What we were looking for when we booked was location and this hotel couldn’t have been more perfect. Although not much of the staff spoke English, you felt welcomed from the minute you walk through the door.
The rooms are kind of small and tight but they are super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing every morning and the servers were very attentive. We loved the selection and the ga t that they tried to change it up a little everyday.
What we loved was that restaurants, the mall, the theatre, everything was in walking distance and it was perfectly safe. There were a few hagglers ones the street but it’s Bogota.
Whenever we needed a taxi, the hotel had one available. Parking along the street was terrible as it’s on a very tight street and although being in the main road, there wasn’t much noise at night to keep you awake.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the city.

I stayed at NH Bogota Boheme Royal for four nights and honestly was quite disappointed with the quality of the room.. the sheets had stains, the towels as well and one could tell the floor had not been cleaned in a while as it was quite sticky. The staff at the reception is also quite cold and for instance did not ask about my stay during check out (I was also surprised that as a four star hotel there was no complimentary water bottles in the room). The hotel however is ideally located in Zona T and very close to everything you may need.

I was with my grandson on vacation in February 2024 and everything went well. Everyone was very kind and helpful, including Javiel, who spared no information we needed. Super well located, couldn't be better!! Top ten for breakfast. Elegant and delicious. Very well served. The bathroom was just missing some hooks so we could hang our clothes and towels. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it’s a lovely little hotel in a great location. I am a firm believer in customer service either making, or breaking the experience and this hotel excels with taking great care of their guests. The front desk really goes above and beyond from printing Covid tests to getting air conditioning units fixed promptly they are always happy to help. I wish I could remember names but it’s two very nice gentlemen and another woman with brown and silver hair. The woman with the silver hair really does an amazing job. I will definitely be returning to this property because of their excellent hospitality. My only suggestion is that they turn on the lights in the hallways of the 7th floor! I kept returning to visit the gym and everytime I went the lights were off and very dark when getting off the elevator and I could barely see! In the gym the lights automatically come on, but in the hallways off the elevator it stays very dark and someone could get hurt. Other than that I highly recommend!

Excellent hotel well located in the center of the restaurant district (Zona T) of Bogota. We have spent 4 nights. The rooms are comfortable, clean. The breakfast buffet is gorgeous. The front desk and staff are very effective and friendly. The hotel is convenient as you can go out for dinner and shopping safety as the restaurant have their own security in the pedestrian streets.

Well located in Zona T, right next to Andres DC and adjacent to Andino Mall. Rooms are spacious and clean, and did not smell of smoke as reported in some other reviews. Good price considering the area - close to dozens of bars and restaurants and high end shopping. The road in front of the hotel is currently under construction (February 2020) but was not noisy from our third floor street facing room. As per other reviews this presents a taxi problem - but it's less than 50 yards to the corner, and you can't blame the hotel for municipal work. It looks like it will be done soon. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ask for Dayra - She speaks English well and was able to book us a ride from the airport and dinner reservations at Andres DC (via email before we arrived, but she also works the reception). Though the area is very nice, it's kind of a long taxi ride to La Candelaria, where you will be spending some time if you are a tourist.

Excellent place near City Centre, delicious and broad range of breakfast spread they have. Limited options for veg food but manageable. I will again go there to stay. Pedro their staff in particular very cooperative and ensures guests comfort who do not know much about Bogota city or Colombia country. He deserves a mention for sure.
