All staff are attentive to our needs. Excellent service and equipment for leasure. SPA, Swimming pool... I don't know if all the room are like that but when I took the shower at any time, the water was in few seconds hot. No more to add. Try and enjoy !

If you are looking for a very convenient located, you can get any better than this. Hotel Cosmos 100 is very comfortable and service is good. Ideal for any type of traveled, solo, couples or with family, they have all room options that will adjust to your needs. This was my second stay and won't be the last.

The staff at the hotel is friendly and very accomodating. The bellstaff is always ready to welcome you and assist. Also the property is located in a very good and safe area. Taxi transportation is always readily available right outside the front door.

Hectours told us this was a 5-star hotel. It seems like they have never been to one. First, we had to wait approximately 45 minutes to get our rooms because the reservations were all wrong. Then, one of the rooms had no a/c. When addressed with the front desk, they expected us to just open the windows (even though we paid for rooms with a/c). In another room for three persons, there were only two towels, so we called the front desk, asking for an additional towel. It never arrived. The bathroom needs some repairing and the furniture is so worn out that it should be burned down. The sink overflows when used. Like the title says… a complete nightmare.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel as they are advertised! Specially for the amount of money they charge, the bathroom is extremely old, walls are chipped and the towels are extremely old, worst is the front desk and restaurant staff have a bad attitude. The bar is the only good thing and the pillows too. That’s it!!

From the moment you arrive, they welcome you super cordially at the entrance and are very willing to help you; While waiting for my room I went to Bar 2600 where Jonathan Gómez and Laura Bello gave me the best service and made me feel so comfortable that I definitely had to return for dinner in Guadalupe. I loved the guys' recommendation, the Asado al Vacío (one of the best meats I've ever tried) and above all, it got to the table very quickly.

From the reception a terrible experience, either people are exploited at work or they are bored with their work, terrible service, unfriendly and unfriendly people at reception.
The security staff no longer greets you on your cell phone and is unfriendly to answer questions.
Apart from a junior suite, the room with the super worn foam made it uncomfortable to sit in, the bathroom with tiles, hair dryer and taps in terrible condition, the tub does not fill.
The quality of the buffet was poor, they did not have refills of fruit breads and we went down around 8am.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had and I was supposed to book the Cosmo because of its star rating and fame, but I think that's just the name.

The service was very cool. They came faster than the stated time. Paola (the person who served us) was very attentive and provided us with excellent, first-class service! The food was very delicious and, honestly, since we arrived at the hotel everyone has been very attentive. Thanks Paola!

Excellent service and delicious food, for starters we had some gratin mushrooms and for the main course we ordered a stuffed chicken and a pork with creamy rice. Have a pretty good pitcher of sangria and the prices match the dishes.

The best option in our city on weekends is visiting landmarks as Monserrate Hill, downtown (La Candelaria Town) and museums for example El Museo de Oro, also if you like party or shopping you can go some places as 93 Park, Zona T, etc where you can find pubs and malls.
You should take care the same basic things people consider in a big and Capital City.

I m been in Cosmos 100 around 20 times (by business), I don´t stay never any room with Kitchenette, as the hotel have restaurant, Sushi Bar and Sport Bart don´t have reason to have it
