The staff here are amazing José, Yisset and Nubia where particularly helpful as were the other reception staff. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was lovely. I booked a room with a balcony. The wifi was excellent and i was able to work comfortably in the room. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic! Best hotel I have stayed in Bogota. The room was great, the location is perfect and the staff are so friendly. Freddy is the stand out for me - anything I needed he sorted including a heater, iron and ironing board and he even came at night to fix my tv when it stopped working. Freddy was a real highlight as were the rest of the staff! Would 100% stay here again

Nice hotel but the rooms need a refresh. Too many corners damaged in the room, paints peeling off in the corners and bathrooms. The rooms are large but it is not enough with the so many other hotels within 100m.

Boutique hotel with superb breakfast and the nicest , genuinely friendly staff you will ever meet. Clean, safe. On the edge of Zona Rossa and on a beautiful park. We enjoyed watching the people exercise, walk their dogs etc. Tons of superb restaurants in walking distance

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean, and spacious room. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The hotel is also very well located, close to Parque de la 93 and Zona T. Great experience overall!

Hotel Jazz Apartments is truly an amazing place for both short and long stays. For starters, it is located in one of the most popular areas with the beautiful Virrey park opposite to the hotel. You would love walking around and watching lively bogota people with many weekend activities happening at the park or around that area. Now coming to the hotel itself, the hotel and rooms are extremely clean and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job to keep it clean everyday. The hotel breakfast is another great point here, with very healthy options( exotic fruits, fruit juices, soups etc ) and amazing chefs to prepare anything you want. The spread is different and has local Colombian dishes as well. Now lastly coming to hotel staff. This is my first time in Bogota and the hotel staff …

I was in bed in my house in New Jersey 15 hours from my stay in this hotel when I received a message saying that my room was not longer available in the hotel, my reservation was made more than 2 months in advance and I also had the airport to hotel transportation already set up, so I jumped out of bed and started back and forth with them and they said no, there was a problem with the room and I have to go somewhere else. I was forced to cancel and they wanted to charge me 1 night for the late cancellation… crazy!!!! So I had to make a last minute reservation ( I did it with Hotel Bioxury) go here!!! It was a lot more money because of the last minute, also they arranged my airport transportation. Never in all my travels a hotel cancel my reservation specially within hours of check in. DONT USE THIS JAZZ HOTEL!!!!…

Very good option in Bogota. Love the park with lots of flowers and doggies across the street! Walking distance to nice restaurants, bars, and even a drugstore. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind sleeping in a hard mattress.

Cozy little hotel in a safe neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants and Nightlife. Staff is super friendly and attentive. The hotel surprised my sister-in-law with birthday acknowledgment /celebration. Our new home when in Bogotá!

The attention of the staff is wonderful! It is located in a very convenient spot for long stays, malls, restaurants and markets are walking distance. The beautiful Parque El Virrey is in front of the building so you can exercise o just stroll along it Rooms are spacious and clean
