This charming hotel is well located, not far from the historical center in a safe and quite section of the city. The room are big and clean. Price is OK too. Breakfast ok. Try to have a room not on the avenue, for example 1 or 4

Away from the hustle and bustle yet close to great restaurants and stores, this hotel had everything I was looking for: cleanliness, quiet, privacy, attentive staff. Rooms are comfortable and done in a traditional style. Has two nice patios where you can eat breakfast or you can stay inside in a small dining room that overlooks one of the patios....

We chose this hotel because of its stellar ratings on Trip Advisor; however, although the staff was exceptionally kind and obliging and the rooms were clean, the rooms looked shabby and somewhat in disrepair. We requested a change from our first room because the bed was too hard and a floor board (under carpet) was loose and seemed unsafe. The...

Not wanting to stay in a hotel in La Candelaria and not wanting to be in the financial district, I opted for something in the middle in a neighborhood called Teusquillos on 17th AV at 36th Street. The small hotel is a refurbished large single-family residence built in the 1920's in the colonial style. The owner is a well-known actress...

Casanovas is a safe haven in the busy city. A friendly welcome and clean and comfortable rooms give one the chance to relax. Excellent breakfast too. Transport options are not far away for visiting other parts of the city.

A pleasant small hotel with good sized and well-furnished rooms. Staff unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is good with cooked options available. There is a small bar. No evening meals but plenty of places nearby. This is a pleasant area of Bogota close to the centre.

A unique and hip place to stay in Bogota. The location is near Down town and the Parkway. There is a Crapes and Waffles only 11 min walk from the hotel on the Parkway. It is a nice place to have a walk or run and has beautiful trees. The rooms at the hotel are nice and the staff is...

I have had a wonderful experience in Bogota Colombia. I would like to come back to this Hotel. The attention was the best because they were always aware that I needed. This Hotel is very clean and tidy. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and friendly service. The location is very good, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. I recommend...

We had a great time at Casanovas. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The downstairs portion of the hotel is boutique-ey and quite pretty with cool and unique art and lovely and bright patios. The rooms, however, could use a bit of modernization. Everything works and is clean but the natural consequence of a small hotel atop a relatively...

At first the name made me think of something else but I was very pleased to read other reviews and so booked two rooms for a business trip. The hotel seems to be in a fairly safe area and we were warmly welcomed on arrival. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms but mine was above the...
