cool place which made me feel like I was in Europe - staff at the front desk are very helpful and competent - they got me a taxi in less than 5 minutes ! Being in the downtown area, there are lots of places to eat from if you don't want to eat in the hotel cafeteria.

This is a standard ibis hotel that you would expect in south america. You get what you pay for: great value for your money. What makes this ibis so exceptional is it's location. It is next to the nation museum and surrounded by restaurants. This is a good and safe location!

We thought we were getting a great deal on a nice hotel but could not have been more disappointed. We requested a pick up from the airport but never received any response- so took a cab and got over-charged. Then the room was so ugly and bare- no carpet, cheap built-in furniture, no mini-bar or coffee maker- not even a...

The people on reception were really helpful, polite and pleasant. Especially with transport directions to make the most of being so close to the transmileno. The hotel is walking distance to most the the tourist sights but is also nearby to some great neighborhood cafes and restaurants. The rooms were typical Ibis. Nothing to love or loathe. It would be...

After a less than satisfactory stay in the Medellin Ibis, it was with some trepidation that I checked in here. I needn't have worried. The reception staff were all exceedingly helpful and efficient. The wifi was working and fast. The room was standard Ibis, compact but efficient. Great shower, TV with English channels and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Hard to...

The staff is nice and helpful, the room, bathroom and restaurants are simple but everything was always clean, safe, welcoming and comfortable. And the extras (phone calls, restaurants, etc) are fairly priced. The couple bed is a regular size (not big or small, just regular), shelves are doable (no closet), safe, air conditioning and small flat screen TV. NOTHING else....
