I had a 10 night reservation visiting my son and his girlfriend who were already there and was thrilled with the accommodation, especially the food. I prepaid for the breakfasts, excellent. And, we ate dinner there one night, also excellent. You can eat inside the lounge or outside on the terrace. The cocktails they offer at happy hour (which is 6 hours) are tasty and good value. The pool table is a fun extra. The location is safe and great proximity to lots of restaurants whether you walk or Uber. I found the staff very friendly.

the small rooms with shared bathroom have not windows and if you are closed to the bathroom, you may hear the noises. Also we have an issue with the breakfast as we were asking 30 minutes to be served. it looks it was a distraction nothing important, but we were disappointed.

The Check-in process was quite easy and they didn't charge extra fees for storing my luggage while waiting for the check in time. My complaints are more related to the room. Even when the fare was not high, the expectations were to get something really closed to what the pictures of the rooms were published in the website. The reservation was for a "Shared Studio Apartment". The mattress were comfy however the physical state from the furniture was poor. The fabrics were ragged. The Bathroom was looking good, however, the floor joints next to the toilet were really dirty and the toilet itself was not 100% clean as there was something stick to the ceramic like "spunk". The shower itself was also damage and when the water was running, it went in all directions from the top of the taps. The walls were not neat. If you are a person that doesn't care about the details, you can still stay. For me was not a good stay compared to what was offered in the reservation website.

The hotel had leaks from the ceiling. Our room had been occupied without housekeeping. There was no free parking. The parking garage adjacent to the hotel lied to us about pricing and overcharged us by 150%. No-one was at the reception area until 10am. I will never visit again and neither should anyone else!

El estacionamiento no está incluido ya que es una empresa aparte la que lo maneja, usualmente tratamos de ser lo más precisos con eso al momento del check in. I book a suite room for 3nites, room is huge though a bit old but the price is good, so I have no complain. The breakfast is also delicious with some selection that you can choose with barcode. There is a supermarket & salon nearby so I can do manicure after a long journey and have my haircut The only problem I have was there is a bar/cafe or discotheque I don't know which have the music so loud until after midnight, so I complained to the receiptionist and they move me to other room nearby with overlooking the road, is okay, I hear the traffic but not as loud as that musickeep up the good work.

I made a reservation for 3 days, 2 persons. Second day I received an e-mail for check inn although the reservation was made for 3 days later. I tried to explain the situation using the hotel e-mail.
