The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment you set foot in this hotel. I arrived three hours before check-in and was shown the amenities on the first floor and given a nice cup of tea. I was shown to the waiting area and, without asking, they checked to see if the room was ready. It was. They showed me...

The rooms are clean, with everything you need. Bathrooms are nice, with big showers. Nothing outstanding, though. Same for the breakfast. Some eggs, buns, croissants and cereals. Coffee, hot chocolate and juice. That's it. Service is friendly and helpful, as is common in Colombia. The gym is not much use, just a bike, a treadmill and a weights machine in...

A good hotel located about 20 minutes taxi ride from downtown. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel can collect you and drive you to and from the airport if required. When going out at night get the reception to call a taxi for you, important point because they have trusted...

The hotel staff is service orientated. The breakfast staff could use some attention. Overall the hotel is quieter than many in Bogotá. We were quoted an amount to be taken to the airport on our leaving after a few day stay, and the charge came back 3 times what we were quoted. So make sure you get something in writing,...

We were so happy to find this hotel, close to the embassy, upscale, good price, excellent food, clean, modern, and warm rooms. Staff is helpful just ask what you need and they make it happen for you. Thanks management.

Terrible place yo stay. VERY NOISY. VERY EXPENSIVE for what they offer. Also cover sheets are old, you can feel it. You sleep with the traffic. Service it's ok, but there are many five starts hotels near for the same price or less, Sheraton, Holliday Inn, Marriott... I came because a taxi driver told me the cost was less than...

The shower door was broken when we called and complained about it, the answer was.. "yes, we have informed this to managment already but they have not done anything about it". Horrible staff, rude... not polite at all. I booked in this hotel because the other hotels in this area were full, but it has been the worst experiance ever!
