Sent a message to City Express Bogota for picking me up at the airport in Bogota, using the link below on their web page. Some 8 hours lateer I received a message from theri customer service in Mexico that I should call the hotel, and find their number on a web page that did not open.. Not helpfull.. Perhaps they could have forwarded my request to their hotel in Bogota. But I found their phone number and going to try that
Booked Bogota Airport hotel without any great expectations. We had 5 adults (family with 3 adult kids!), and pleasantly surprised that 3 rooms were much more reasonable in price than any other options around Bogotá airport!!! Stayed 2 nights and had excellent service from all staff, so good to be picked up from the airport in a new Mercedes mini-bus and taken to our rooms directly when tired from long flight. Was a bit worried about not speaking Spanish, but Daniel on reception was great with the language gap and ever so helpful... I had several specific requests over the 2 days and he deserves special mention for his wonderful customer service. Free breakfast was great. Would go out if my way to stay with them again.. such a great surprise... rooms were comfy and we got 2 great nights sleep before 30+hrs flight home, exactly what we needed. Thanks CE Junior, great value, great service…
I flight from MCO and stayed one night on 9 December in room 607 for transit to Cusco on the following day. The location was closed to the airport. The front desk people were quite friendly but they spoke English very little. I had to use google translator to communicate. The room was quite small to us but clean. The breakfast started at 3-6 AM. They also provided free hotel airport shuttle.
Stayed near the airport to catch a next day connection. Overall excellent, the staff was very hepfull and friendly. Taxi service and shuddle also. Supper in the restaurant very good. The service stood out. A very good for a stop in Bogota
We found the shuttle easy enough as the airport clearly signposts where hotel shuttles are so cannot blame the hotel if you can’t find it. Our check in experience was good and the staff had sufficient English for us. Our room, 204, was quite near the breakfast area but more than that they have for some reason placed a long table outside where they are banging plates and cleaning cutlery from 5:45am. This is not acceptable. The rooms are perfectly adequate but I would be sure not to be in those rooms near the breakfast area. The breakfast is pathetic. The coffee comes from a machine but all the coffee has sugar in it which is astonishing in a country like Colombia. Scrambled eggs were among the worst I have tasted.
