Detailed Reviews
We stayed in the Hill House Hotel while we found somewhere to live in Bogota. Our room was clean and comfortable- the bed was super comfy and gave a good nights sleep (they also offered a range of pillows). Our room included a small dining area, sofa and kitchenette (including a fridge) so we could store/ make food if we liked. However the chef, David, cooks wonderful food, including a mix of local and more western style dishes- loved having breakfast and lunch everyday we stayed there. The front desk was helpful and English translation was possible with Google translate! Great location too- located in Usaquen so weekend market was easily accessible and the area has lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy too! Only down side we found is that the location next to the busy highway meant lots of noisy traffic and lots of late night karaoke! Otherwise would definitely stay here again.

Everything very comfortable, clean and pleasant. I recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfort. It is in the heart of Usaquen, where there is an excellent gastronomic offer. Very good price. Perfect soundproofing of the rooms, you don't hear anything from the traffic or the nearby party places.

It is definitely my hotel in Bogota, I feel at home
I want to give some feedback on the breakfast service, the hotel reports that delivery starts at 6:30 but upon arrival at that time, the service is not yet completely ready. Can you program it so that upon reaching the dining area the service can be quickly evacuated?
Thank you

I can't believe this hotel has 4.3 stars on Expedia. The worst experience I have had in Bogota. The photos are false advertising. The price does not correspond to the quality of the hotel. I am staying with my husband and the room is like a closet. It has no ventilation and smells musty. The supposedly queen bed is super small and short. The safe's instructions are confusing. We arrived, we put our cell phones in the safe to go get something to eat and when we came back it couldn't be opened. It was 4:30 p.m. and Alejandro from the front desk said that he couldn't do anything because the manager had the master key and he had already left. He said we wait at 7:30 a.m. of the next day. We had work appointments from 8 a.m. and we only hope to solve the next morning. It turns out that this Mr. Alejandro never told the manager. The next morning we were told that the manager was not coming because he had a medical appointment. We were incommunicado and anguished. In the end a maintenance man came at 11:30 to open the box. The truth is that this whole situation is super frustrating and for the price we are paying as if it were a 4 or 5 star hotel, it is absurd. The customer service is lousy and they don't care about anything and the hotel is lousy.

Excellent service, I stayed at the hotel because it was close to the clinic where my wife was hospitalized. When they found out about my wife's situation, they were extremely attentive and caring and even gave us a room upgrade to better accommodate my wife, who was discharged. I was happy and moved by the care we were treated with. The hotel location is well located, and close to markets, restaurants, pharmacy, hospitals. Simple breakfast, but it's well made and delicious.

We had reserved a standard suite, which did not meet our requirements. Too small and not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Since we were staying for a whole week, we were able to switch to a junior suite, which was a small apartment with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a sofa. We really liked that. We would love to go back!
Usaquén is a small oasis within this huge city. In the evenings it is full of restaurants where you can eat well and stroll around. It has retained its character as a small village and at the weekend there is always a lovely market with lots of typical things from Colombia. Absolutely worth seeing!

Centrally located near bars , restaurants and a large grocery store . It is a simple hotel with no frills and I feel safe alone as a woman . The rooms are small but that’s all I need .the furniture is basic and there is a refrigerator. The place is clean .

A good hotel (3+) but nothing more. Nice staff, as is the case everywhere in Colombia, the layout of the rooms is a bit strange and not all of them are accessible with disabilities.
I didn't try breakfast.
The rooms are well equipped even if not all of the sockets work. The kitchen is well stocked
