We were pleased with this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the complementary mate de coca service, although we later realized that it's pretty standard in Bolivia and Peru. The room were clean, up-to-date and had everything we needed. The wi-fi was a bit weak on the 4th floor, but very strong in the...

Hotel Rosario is a nice hotel offering most of the amenities you would expect from its rating in La Paz. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated and the bathrooms are clean and have hot water. All the public areas are also well maintained. Breakfast is a buffet and offers many types of foods. The restaurant in the hotel also...

Hotel Rosario was a great place to end our stay in Bolivia. The hotel is modern, centrally located and very clean. The staff is very helpful and they speak great English (probably other languages too). They provide maps of the area and were always happy to help us with any questions we had. The breakfast was very, very large by...

An elegant, homely hotel in a good location. We stayed here twice at either end of our trip around Bolivia and both times we enjoyed it. It was always nice to return to the hotel after exploring La Paz. The public areas are very nice, the restaurant is amazing and serves very good Bolivian food. Breakfast was good, with a...

Great place that really is like a hotel you would find back home with all the mod cons. Although pricey for Bolivian standards it is really nice to relax here after spending a week in the jungle and doing the salt flats. So a great treat. Did not give it 5 stars as I said the price is a little...

Great location, great service (although BOOKING.COM stuff ours and many others bookings up while we were there). Luckily Marcelo at the front desk was cool, calm and sorted us out. Fairly sure we must have ended up in one of if not the best room.. very top level two bedroom apartment with all the mod cons.. tastefully decorated. Hard work...

We stayed here for two nights ahead of heading south to Sucre, Potosi and Uyuni. This really is a great hotel, distinguished in the main by really helpful service and an attractive building. The rooms have nice character (not bland),  are spacious and all amenities work really well. Wifi struggled to reach our room, but there was a lounge area just...

Stayed here for 4 days(3nights) while exploring La Paz. We had a room in the newer section of the hotel (back part adjacent to The courtyard). It was quiet, had lots of hot water. The only challenge with our room was that our shower seemed to lack part of the glass door enclosure so you couldn't help but drench the...

we liked the location of the hotel, we stayed in a room facing the street, the noise from the street was ok, but not from the A/C ? outside the room who lasted till 11 pm, beds comfortable, but the bathroom very little and really very dated. we saw a room at the newer part of the hotel, and these were...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Amazing value for money. We stayed in a couple of different rooms at various times during our stay in Bolivia and both rooms were good. I preferred the ones in the newer part of the hotel (at the back), but the older one was fine too and didn't have so many stairs...
