My Bolivian tourism agency offered this hotel. This is 4 stars hotel but stay away. First, towels are very old and their color turns from white to grey. Second, all power plugs loosen that is why you have to find right position to begin charging etc. Third, I ordered an omelete but their LPG tube has gone then I have...

We stayed at the Plaza Hotel for 2 nights and although the lobby is very pleasing to the eye, that is where anything pleasing about the hotel finishes. Our room was on the 15th floor and we had a great view of the city to the south. However, the furniture was very poor and should have been replaced years ago,...

A lovely hotel, during my stay I felt at home the staff is very helpful and attentive to any need you have, the location is perfect because it is close to all embassies in a safe area and close to the tourist sites of the city , The rooms have a minimalist decor but with a lot of style, the...

The tub and sink are completely plugged and the rooms are very hot. No air conditioning only Heat. Fans ordered but no delivery. Wake up calls don't happen. Lower floors are beautiful but the rooms are shot and some are grimy. Fine for a convention but not a place you want to stay. It has the air of a place...

We stayed here for two nights at the same time as the Bolivian football team, which gave it a real buzz. The reception is rather impressive, spacious with spectacular lights, and the staff were helpful and attentive. The coca tea was the nicest we had. Our room had a fabulous view over the square and towards the south, with a...

The general atmosphere of the hotel and restaurants is nice. The food was okay. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Nothing remarkable. The wifi was sketchy except in the lobby and restaurant. My room had a beautiful view at night. A small park is across the street which was nice for reading outside. I asked for more facecloths but...

On a group tour with VJV...Hotel is dreadful. Towels are grey and bedrooms really dated. Bathroom dated with plenty of mould on grouting etc. Reception gave our passports to the wrong tour guide which caused he'll of a panic. I asked for an early morning call for 7.45 but didn't get it until 8.13. Pillows tiny little pillows. I am...

The towels in the bathroom used to be white but they're grey now. The bath used to be white - that is also grey now. The water didn't drain properly from the bath so I was ankle deep in water when showering. The hair dryer cut out after less than a minute. There were no plugs into the bedroom so...

....the staff cannot do enough for you. Yes, a bit dated but the room was clean and we had a nice view of the city. Our wi-fi worked fine: they have network routers for each floor and one was right outside our room. Breakfast was quite nice.

The bones of this ex Radisson hotel remain as solid as ever. Yes the carpet is frayed in a couple of places, but the hotel is clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful and even forgive bad Spanish from Australians doing their best. Breakfast is very good, with a staffed egg station.
