We stayed for about 5 nights in total. It is a quiet place with comfortable rooms in a safe neighbourhood away from the noisy city centre however it is around 15-20 pasos each way (10-15 minutes) to get a taxi to the city centre. The breakfast really lets the place down and was disappointing. Our kettle didn't work and after...

We were booked in for a few nights in September, and took a cab to the address but we did not realise it was so far from the centre of town. The driver had great difficulty in finding the hotel, as it was in a short cull de sac in a residential area and not well signed. We lugged our...

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distances to restaurants, cable car station and shops. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are all huge and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and hot shower. Breakfast in the rooms (bread is provided in the morning). The only negative aspect is that it's an old building and it can therefore...

We were foster homed in to A la Maison by the owner of Rendezvous Guest House owner in somewhat malicious and uninformed circumstances. That said, we found the room in A la Maison, spacious, well equipped with a kitchenette and big bathroom with hot water fantastic. Jorge the manager was friendly and very helpful. We had lunch at the Ludo...

We stayed twice, at the beginning and end of our time in Bolivia. Super helpful Jorge will sort everything you need for you with minimum fuss. Rooms are cleaned perfectly and there is a friendly atmosphere to the whole place. The rooms and suites are all funky and upbeat with a very arty and stylish feel. Comfy beds, soft towels,...

Allthough the place looks great from the photos, you must know that the building is very old and if your neighbour upstairs is simply walking around, it makes a terrible creaking noise. A lot of travelers check in late or leave early in the morning, so to get a good night sleep, you have to be lucky... we were not...

We stayed here in march 2015. The appartments were big, very comfy and very clean. I felt really like at home. The owner was a really nice guy always willing to help. We asked him for a supermarket to buy some jelly and some other stuff and the day after we had a delicious handmade marmelade in our fridge. I...

I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My flight got in at 3AM and the hotel provided late check in..The check in was fast and smooth. The beds we comfy, the kitchen was stocked with cereals, the refrigerator had milk, juice. Fruits were on the table. So if you had an early start the following day,...

Really appreciated the huge room and the kitchen so we could eat in since Bolivia is not famous for good food! The supermarket is next door and so is the yellow cable car, both very handy. The dvd player was also a great touch, and the quick laundry service (even if a bit pricey for Bolivia). The downsides we had...

I stayed 5 nights in total (2 times) while I was visiting Bolivia. The place is quiet, not far from the gondola, and the nice area of La Paz. The staff is amazing (Thanks Jorge!) and very helpful. Great accommodation! If you have the chance to meet the landlord Ludo, do. He is quite something ;)
