Very personalized, friendly assistance particularly from Rosa. I guess it offers an excellent value-for-money in its category (max. 3 stars). A bit old-fashioned and noisy (thin walks to neighboring rooms). Wifi slightly unstable. Breakfast a bit basic.

Rosa and her team run a friendly and well-done establishment in the arty Sopocachi area. The rooms were clean and in great shape, a solid breakfast was served every morning, and the terrasse and gardens were a lovely retreat from the city. We had a great stay!

We stayed at the hotel on three occasions when passing through la Paz. The staff were very friendly and helped us e.g. storing luggage, ordering taxis, giving us a room when we arrived early. The decor wasn't quite as expected from reviews but on the whole clean. Some room for improvement with breakfast. 15 minute walk to city centre on a quietish road.

My friends and I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the location is excellent! It's a very nice area, where you can find a supermarket, pharmacies and very delicious restaurants just a walk away. The staff was very helpful, especially Rosa, she is a very kind lady that will go out of her way to make you feel at home. They don't have a restaurant, but if you feel like staying at the hotel and don't eat out, you can ask them to prepare something to eat (for an extra charge). If you need a pick up from the airport, it is better to call them directly before your trip (you can call with Skype credit). We called them and they already had somebody waiting for us at 2am, once our plane landed!
