We were not spending long in La Paz so wanted somewhere central. This is on the same street as the Witches market, lots of shops, cafes on cobbled street. A few blocks away from the main food market which is definately worth a walk through. We had a lovely double room with a window in the Bathroom which enabled a... More

This place is in an excellent location. It is nice and clean and the patio is lovely, with plants and pretty decoration. A fan heater is provided for the rooms to keep you warm and the showers are really hot. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A generous breakfast is provided everyday. A really good place to stay.

I came to Bolivia to climb mountain. So I was in and out multiple times. Every time I was checking in the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is basic but typical of this part of the world. WiFi is fast. I watched Netflix in the evenings with no problems. Location could not be better... More

Simple but nice and clean. Quiet street right downtown where all the crafts markets are. Nice staff. Run like a hostel, but with individual rooms. Great hot showers, large single beds, and lots of travel agencies, a cafe and a restaurant all within the hotel patio. Good cost benefit too.

Great location safe area reception is selling bottled water and there's storage for suitcase if you're checking out and need to leave your luggage. Plenty of market in the same street. Took the two single beds with private bathroom everything is fine except the shower area was flooding when taking shower.

We stayed here for one night while passing through La Paz. Upon our arrival we were shown one room where there was garbage in the corner of the room that still had not been cleaned from the last guests. The second room we had was clean. That evening we were awaken at 3 am by a stranger knocking on our... More

Pros: Great location Delicious breakfast They have lockable wardrobes for luggage Cons: Wifi is appallingly slow and their router has been hacked so you are constantly 'web-jacked' when browsing. Over-priced ($42pn) The courtyard rooms may be better but ours was out the back. Dark and dingy during the day. Illuminated by corridor lighting at night (no curtain to block it... More

We stayed just two nights. The location, breakfast and the attendants were fine. The room was old, the sink of our room was clogged. They didnt clean the room in theses 2 nights. This hostal is near the Witch market, the Plaza San Francisco and the red cablr car station,

A Very nice hotel in the heart of the touristic area! Very well located to reach all interesting areas in La plaza. Warm water, nice bed,...Try to book room 214 which is much more quiet . Price around 40 eur ( 300 bolivianos). Not the cheapest but you are in La Paz.

This hostal is very centric yet quiet. The rooms are a bit dark but clean. The breakfast is quite good also. We stayed two nights there. There are three travel agencies in the internal patio of the building, this can be quite handy. The location is a great starting point to explore the city center.
