Took our booking. Confirmed 48 hours before. Decided to cancel less than 24 hours before our booking. Used some very poor excuse that the government had stopped them bookings. However it has come to our attention they have decided to cancel our booking due to someone else wanting the Villa for longer.

We had a reservation for 3 days, 2 nights and planned the trip 5 months an advance. At breakfast (9 am), on our second day, a manager told us, we have to leave the Island by 12 because "important people are coming". They offered us a refund or another reservation in a hotel near by in Abu Dhabi. The manager told us the room is ready for us now and we can check in straight away (otherwise we would go back home to Dubai and request a refund). We got off the island and drove to the new hotel, where they informed us that the room is not ready until 3 and we have to wait for another 3 hours, which basically means we are losing the whole day of holidays , which we paid a fortune for- 13'000 dhs for 2 nights!

We went there for my brother's birthday and they had prepared a surprise for him. How lovely ! They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out late. The service was exceptional , Don took really good care of us . Would definitely send a friend there.

Hello, my name is Priscillia, Yo, so Nurai Island? Total vibes, seriously. The place is like paradise, no joke. The views are insane, like Instagram dreams coming to life. And guess what? Our butler, Don, is the real MVP. Dude's got this whole hospitality game on lock. He made our stay lit – always there when you need him, making sure everything's on point. Nurai with Don as your butler? 10/10, would recommend for a chill, boujee getaway.

I did my husbands birthday surprise at Nurai, and Ayman Abbade god bless him! Helped me make all my dreams come true, he arranged everything from A TO Z and supported me and made me feel very comfortable and confident in getting exactly what I want and expect! If you ever go, you have to visit a restaurant Frangipani it has to best waiters. The food arrived fast and it was bussin. The waiter named Ashu was the best, you have to ask for Ashu trust me! He gave us ice cream and i couldn’t be more satisfied❤️

We came over to Nurai from Dubai, to have a chilled and relaxing day, which we had once we found the entrance to the club house! It is not as per the directions or the link on the website as they appear to have now closed this entrance. The entrance is actually to the right of the traffic lights adjacent to the bridge as you come down the slipway from the freeway. Access is on the other side of the road so you will have to take a right at the lights, go under the bridge the do a U turn when possible and come back on yourself. The clubhouse entrance is right after the bridge on your right. From coming off the free way there is no signage and the actual sign at the entrance is poor. Once we got to the club house the day began. The boat trip across to the island was good and the resort is chilled and well organised. The food and beverage for the brunch is excellent with plenty of fish, meats and salads plus some extras like tacos and sliders. There was a wide range of drinks also. Overall, this was an excellent day that we really enjoyed. The last boat back was 19:00.…
