First of all the staff was exceptional! From the front desk to the room service delivery people to housekeeping and laundry. All where so and friendly. The room was better than I expected. It had a beautiful sitting area, a separate bedroom with dreamy queen bed, black out curtains and a large bathroom with both a soaking tub with shower. As well as a stand alone shower. The housekeeping kept me hydraulic with as much bottled water as I needed. Great, refreshing stay.

We stayed for a night at Ramada Corniche and we really felt welcomed.
Our room was a non smoker room but unfortunately smelled like smoke, which we really did not appreciate. But even though the hotel was full and it was not possible to move us to another room, Linton made sure that we good the room refreshed and the technician made sure to open the pre-glued windows just for our sake which allowed fresh air in the room.
The staff from the night shift also was very helpful and gave us tips where to go. We are very happy with the service.

We booked a room for a family of three via booking.com as part of the retirement celebration trip. The room was said to be suitable for three adults but we discovered it only had two 3-feet single beds. We were alright with the added charge for an extra bed but Mohamed at the counter offered to provide it for three due to the misinformation on booking.com. We hope the hotel would look into it with booking.com and we want to thank Mohamed for his help. Efficient valet parking with parked car delivered within 7 mins. More than happy to tip.

Myself, my husband and I travelled to Abu Dhabi from Dubai as we had business to take care of and planned on staying overnight as we have a 4 month old baby. We checked in at the hotel and as we were checking in a cleaner was spraying material around the lobby to disinfect, to which end I was praising them to my husband and the receptionist for being so vigilant. I then noticed people around the lobby with white boxes but it didnt register still with me what was going on. One or two people in healthcare worker attire walked out of the hote, assumedly going to work.wearing masks but no gloves. Two people walked through the lobby without masks whisly we were checking in. I went to my room and felt very uneasy. My husband retuned from completing business and i said i wish to leave as i didnt feel comfortable staying in the hotel. White packed boxes are usually provided to people who are healthcare workers in self isolation as they cannot go back to family home due to potential exposure within the healthcare setting. As we were leaving i noticed more of these boxes arriving and people sitting around the lobby that were clearly healthcare workers in self isolation. I asked at reception if there were any guests at the hotel who had covid 19 i was told no. I asked if there were healthcare workers staying there self isolating. I was told yes. I couldnt believe it. How were we not told this checking in?! My daughter is 5 months old and because we werent told and our booking completed i have potentially exposed us and her to an environment that is highly likely to have people staying there exposed to the virus. This is categorically disgraceful. I am writing this to ensure others do not check in here. As a hotel you have a duty of care to inform guests of the potential risk fur to the high risk category of healthcare workers staying there. Disgraceful. We now will be self isolating for 14 days yo not put anyone else at risk if we have potentially been exposed. No refund was offered but to be honest we wete glad to get out of there as quick as we could.

I booked the hotel based on the reputation of the hotel brand. However, I was disappointment from check in. The man at the desk said I have not booked a deluxe sea view. When I did pay for that. He said that he will put me in one as a gesture of good will. The booking confirmation stated a king deluxe sea view. So I got to my room to find that I couldn’t see out my windows with all the dirt from the outside. It was disgusting! The lamp was broken too. I complained about the lamp on the night where a technician came out with another lamp. However this lamp was broken too. He said that most of the lamps are in that condition. The lamp seemed to function better than my original one but still missing a part for extra light. The carpet had orange stains on it. I went to complain the next day about my windows. The manager came to speak to me she advised me that the windows are contracted to another company to clean them. I understood this and asked if I could move rooms with the same view but actually see out of the window. She said if the problem is not sorted by tomorrow I will be able to move rooms. I eventually got to move rooms later that evening.
To further increase my disappointment the room that I was staying in room service didn’t come. They asked me in the morning what time would be best I said afternoon. I came back on the night and it still wasn’t done. This was an inconvenience as they were cleaning around me and I had to pack to move rooms as they told me last minute.
When I came to my new room the lamps didn’t work fully (the extra light bit is broken) both of them. The vanity light doesn’t switch on at all in the bathroom. The windows are cleaner but still can’t fully see out of them.
The walls are thin as you can hear neighbours and people above the room.
Overall not what I was expecting. I came to Ramada to treat myself since it was my Birthday. I was disappointment with the service and condition of the rooms. It has put me off at staying at Ramada’s in the future.

We booked the hotel one day before we came in Abu Dhabi and the price was really cheap in compare with another hotels. Our room was big and a housekeeping did great job to make shure that always clean is. The service was allways frendly and helpfull in the situations where we needed some help or informations. We can highly recommend this hotel!

Before we went in the pool, they said it opened at 9 am however we tried to contact and finally answered at 9:15am, and the one we spoke to he said he will send us a pool towel but we dont receive anything. We went to the pool and we went back to our room and we cannot open the door. And it takes 30 mins to assist us knowin that we were both wet and freezing!!

Only the food is Good. The conceierge staff needs serious training about managing group bookings and room services. After making the full payment before check-in we were first informed that payment was not received, wherein fact the hotel made an agreement with us only after full payment. But the horror started when we come at reception for the checkin 5 out of our booked rooms were not provided because the concierge person at night did not make correct entries in their system. We had to fight with them for 2 hours to get our rooms. Plus they don’t routinely clean the rooms after guests have gone out. Plus take 2 hours to come for cleaning after informing about it, to our surprise the cleaning guy comes at 11:30 at night to do the cleaning. Pathetic experience

The hotel location is good. One can easily walk to the persian gulf water front, the dates market, abu dhabi mall, and shops in the neighbourhood. The restaurant offers good quality tasty food and the staff is very courteous.

Was staying in the suite on 15 floor where i was able to enjoy the beach view. Suite has 2 bathrooms and 2 showers which is very convenient specially if you are staying with family. Room is clean with all amenities placed inside. Requested for pool towels and staff delivered to the room with great pleasure. Special thanks to Melody at reception, she accommodate all my requests and she is one of the main reasons that my stay was memorable. What also makes this hotel special is pool which is located on the rooftop. View is amazing from the rooftop and pool temperature was just perfect. It closes at 9pm which gives us more time to enjoy swimming. I have already recommended my friends to visit this hotel, even though i like to try different locations, but if i want to make sure that my stay will be spotless i will be choosing this hotel again and for sure will return in the future. Only thing can be improved, staff in different departments can be trained more to have more information about hotel facilities in general, and please change posters in elevators, they are old and having old information,so guests won’t be confused. Apart from it, hotel is great and definitely worth to stay, you will not regret and will enjoy the stay, staff is making their best to ensure you feel comfortable during the stay.
