Me and my family stay one night at the hotel at was the most amazing hotel we have ever seen. A must mention Carren Adeny from the reception how helped us whit all the rooms upgrades, thanks Carren 😊
Where do I begin? What an amazing hotel! From the drive into the hotel, to view of this beautiful hotel it is stunning. We arrived early and no way did we expect an early check in or at least the usual comments you get from hotels of “sorry you are too early …..” they simple made no fuss, they searched the system to see if they could check us in and they did. They didn’t even mention it to us and made us feel welcome straight away. We were then taking around the hotel straight away and shown the essentials which made us feel comfortable with our surroundings. Every passing staff member smiling and welcoming us making us feel even more comfortable. The level of services and the people really make this hotel what it is because you can just book in for a tour if you want to see the hotel but you will never get the full experiences unless you stay purely based on not being able to have the time with the staff in the hotel. The rooms and the hotel always spotless, staff really care about the facilities with housekeeping always ready to come and make up your room. They would always come at your convenience and nothing was ever to big or small for them. If I could name every single person we had spoken too I would, everyone was amazing. From the first day of breakfast to the last it was the same experience the staff don’t just give you an amazing experience one day its every day. From always being greeted by a warm welcome from Felise who has a real talent for making guest feel relaxed, then having staff like Simon. Simon would really get to know you and always go above and beyond, he would help you feel so comfortable giving you exactly what you wanted each day without you even having to ask, he really cared about all his guest. One of the hundred encounters we had of excellent services would be our smoothies and coffees which were always ready for us before we have even ordered. The breakfast itself was always so fresh with lots of healthy and sweet options and a fresh juice bar offering smoothies juices. I could go on and on about the breakfast and the team at Vendome! We was touched when we had been given a card from the team on our last day and we really felt like we made lifelong memories with some amazing people. The Gym, all the essentials you need they even have a gym timetable for classes if you want to do that. We didn’t do any classes but used the gym which again was always spotless with towels and waters always ready for us. The pool, the most important place. The hotel has two pools East side, West side and a beautiful beach so you have many options to relax. West side had more families and kids as it has a wonderful slide and a mini water park which is a kids dream. Although it had kid’s facilities it never felt overwhelming as it’s so big and always kept clean. We always stayed by the East pool as it had a bar in the pool, outdoor jacuzzi and was quite with more adults. The pools are so big with space so it never feels busy, you would think that’s all you need sounds great, but the best part of this pool area is the staff and all I can say is WOW. Firstly, the level of service is of a very high standard, Priyanath would have our beds ready each day with towels and cold water before we even arrived after one day of seeing us he knew what we wanted. My wife is pregnant and was nervous about being by the pool but Priyanath would have umbrellas and extra cold towels ready for her without her even saying anything. Then we have faroque who really deserves a special mention, he was so attentive, we used to be thinking we feel hungry or thirsty and he’d already be by our side ready and offering us food and drink options. He really knew how to make a guest feel special. He would be running around for everyone doing the same thing and his standards never dropped. Concierge team is another important part of this hotel, Ajit was extremely helpful he not only suggested and booked us dinners, but he went the extra mile and helped us with our PCR test and Alhons App which he could see was a bit stressful for us as it wasn’t working. His cool calm nature would always offer a solution and his level of knowledge was great. Morrice who was also in this team was another person who amazed us, not only did he always have taxi’s ready for us helping with bags etc, he went above and beyond. Example of this was, we had to go get PCR test done before 11pm and we had only 10 minuets to get to the area which the drive took 20 minuets, he got us a taxi and was personally calling the PCR team to tell them we are coming and if they could wait which they did. He was also calling our taxi driver to check we was ok the whole journey. He even waited for us by the doors of the hotel when we arrived back to check if we had everything sorted. Every restaurant was delicious our personal favourite was the BBQ on the beach as the setting and again service was outstanding. My wife was cold one night and they brought her extra blankets and even a hat. The team in this hotel really left us with a beautiful memory which we will never forget. We checked out with a heavy heart and went to Dubai for a four-day trip. We arrived in Dubai and missed the Palace and the team so much. The Palace is so relaxed and not busy as it’s so big and we really missed that. This is how much we loved and missed Emirates palace we drove back after staying one day in Dubai! This just proves to you how much we loved our time here! We left and came back! We cannot wait to come back and ever since we have come back we have been recommended to all our family and friends. 10/10…
We had a wonderful Suite with a sea view, enormous comfy bed, quiet, large bathroom, another WC with bidet and vanity unit, dressing room, large Sitting Room with a massive TV, large Bedroom with another large TV. Every member of staff greeted us cheerfully and couldn't do enough. The Hakkasan Restaurant was excellent we went again next day and the Tomahawke Steak out of this world in the Talea Italian Restaurant, Martabaan the Indian best ever. The Buffet breakfast second to none. It really is a wonderful hotel, so much so that we are taking the whole family (10) there next month. Be prepared it is vast. We have been going to Dubai for over 20 years, in future we will go to The Emirates Palace.
We stayed for 3 nights and everything was amazing. Especially, Pathimas who is the concierge was so kind and helped us all the time. His attitude and kindness makes us want to stay this hotel again!!! We met such a nice concierge. Thank you so much indeed. Also, Chinese restaurant was so authentic and you should have dinner there when you visit. 3泊こちらのホテルに母と泊まりましたが、本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。 ホテル内はとても広く、どこの写真を撮っても映えます。プールも子供用と大人用で分かれており、ビーチに行くとラクダに無料で乗せてもらえました。 そしてとにかくコンシェルジュが素晴らしかったです。とても親切にしてくださり、部屋からわざわざコンシェルジュの所まで行かなくて済むようダイレクトコールできる番号を教えてくれたり、何か困っているとすぐ助けてもらえました。とにかく広いので、何回も迷子になりウロウロしてしまいましたが、至る所にスタッフも立っていたので目的地まで辿り着けました。 食事はホテル内の中華レストランが絶品です！イタリアンやインド料理もありますが、迷ったらまず中華レストランをオススメします。
This was our favourite hotel pre pandemic and we have stayed there regularly. This stay was very disappointing, the service was way behind previous levels. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival, we didn’t get there until 14:45, we were just by the pool when somebody came to say it was ready they then left us in a corridor for 20 mins whilst they went to get a key. No butler service as before, our mini bar hadn’t been fully stocked and throughout the stay wasn’t replenished at all. Pool service was hit and miss, after pressing for service 4 times we had to go and find someone. The biggest complaint was the lack of communication regarding renovations. One wing including a pool was closed, the main cafe was boarded up and there was obviously work been done there. The beach bbq restaurant and bar was closed and with the Havana bar closed the only place for a drink in the evening was in Chinese restaurant bar. Shout out to the manager of the Chinese who was excellent and apologised for the hotel failures even though it was nothing to do with him. Had we known about the renovations we could have changed dates This was my 60th birthday two year delayed holiday and wish we had stayed longer at The Chedi in Muscat where the service was outstanding Don’t think we’re be going back again…
Having stayed here pre pandemic we were once again very excited at our 10 day trip to the Emirate’s Palace Abu Dhabi. After a very pleasant flight care of emirates we were greeted at the front entrance by the staff who couldn’t do enough to greet us and get us to reception. Reception staff were very nice and quickly got us booked in and off to our room. Hmm first impressions weren’t great our room had an adjoining door I’m sorry but it’s not for me. I immediately returned to reception and advised them of my issue I wasn’t staying at a 7 star hotel with an adjoining room who knows who was next door? the assistant manager Ahmed came to see me and after seeing a few rooms we settled on one which we thought was fair enough. Now we got unpacked and off to the pool and this is we’re we encountered our second problem. It sounds funny but one of the things we enjoyed most on our previous stay was the “lazy river” and we now found out that the hotel was doing renovations and the pool was out of service for the next 3 weeks. We were now directed to a second book by the restaurant and bar area which wasn’t ideal but we couldn’t do anything else. The staff around the pool area were just amazing and nothing was too much trouble and this helped a lot. That afternoon we returned to our room and had a look at the different restaurants unfortunately there were more renovations inside the hotel and some of the restaurants were closed or not available every night. We enjoyed the buffet as they has a great selection of local foods and chefs specials however once again this wasn’t available every night as a result of the renovations. We tried the Italian restaurant and on the first night it was ok however on the second night food wasn’t cooked fully with the fondant potatoes being raw. We also tried the Indian which was ok and the Chinese again was ok the menus were limited in all restaurants. On our previous visit all floors enjoyed a butler service and this is now limited to the suites which is disappointing. The hotel has recently come under new ownership which always brings change however they have reduced services to paying customers who expect more from a “7” star hotel. During our stay one of the guests invited approximately 150 of his friends to stay at the hotel for his birthday which is fine and good business however this was done at the expense of the other guests who couldn’t access all areas of the hotel due to the hotel making arrangements for this guest and blocking of areas to everyone else. Ahmed the assistant manager did his best to make our stay as good as possible under the circumstances however the fact still remains that our stay in this hotel seriously suffered as a result of these renovations and single guest priority. Had we been informed of the renovations at time of booking we would have stayed elsewhere and possibly visited the emirates palace another time. I have to say after spending a considerable amount of money on this holiday I left very disappointed feeling let down. My advice Emirates Palace is if you have issues Own them don’t hide them you are supposed to provide. a 7 star experience and on this occasion you definitely didn’t. I appreciate that hotels are a business and about making a profit but this is not the way to do it by dropping your standards. After leaving I was informed that on our next visit we would get an upgrade hmm who o visit again probably not you get one chance to make your pitch and you blew it the time to offer the upgrade was while we were there. This is just my experience and I was disappointed.…
Whenever I have to choose … I will go for Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi . Over and over again . Amazing as always ! If you wanna experience you get it & you will not regret it !Thank you again for the arrangement in the room .
We came frontal Brazil to drink the famous Golden Capuccino, but we were surprise with the kindness and eficience of Yasine. He was very atencious and polite. We loved the experience. The gold seemed even more golden.
Stayed a couple of nights while on a business trip. Great hotel: room was spacious, modern with a great view. Had dinner at two of the restaurants (Hakkasan and Oriental one), food was great and service excellent. We were looked after by the entire staff during our stay, in particular by the Ajit and Nasser from the concierge team.
My wife and I spent a couple nights here. OMG! The Emirates Palace is an enormous place and we got lost a few times. The service and food are outstanding. The staff in the breakfast buffet were friendly and we felt right at home. We were surprised when they presented us with a cake wishing us a safe trip home. It made our stay special. We will never forget this. Do not miss the friendly people at the Hakkasan bar for happy hour.
