The receptionist Alyssa absolutely uneducated she need training on how to deal with customer. I stayed couple nights this will be my last time. Never stay in this hotel from security to reception to a managers believe me they don’t know what the are doing. Just there to be there. Believe me chose another hotel instead of wasting your money and arguing with the staff. You will think that they don’t care about service. It’s like a small prison but you still paying money for it. Worst ever experience

Customer service does not exist at all in this hotel, I would advise anyone thinking of booking at the this hotel to think twice and certainly go for a different hotel. Chargeable parking and cash deposit for any damage which age of customer service is this hotel stuck in ??? Someone wake them up and remind them this is 2021. No one from the management is available to discuss and provide a sensible solution to your issues. No hot water in the bathroom, very poor housekeeping service. When talking the a customer the Duty Manager (7th November 2021 at 8pm) answers his mobile in the middle of a conversation walks away into the back office and does not return. Leaving the customer with no idea if he is going to return to finish off the conversation or not. Then the receptionist on duty has no clue about customer service and when asked of the whereabouts of the Duty Manager has no clue. No one is available in the hotel or to be spoken to on the phone to sort out simple issues. Do not keep their promise that the Duty Manager will 'contact you as soon as possible' !!! I have stayed in hotels around the world over the last 30 years this has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life...........avoid the hotel like the plague.

The most worst experience I ever tried, you must leave 100 deposit, chargeable parking, unprofessional front office staff. Even the staff told me yes we have bad policies, they even don’t support they’re management.

Please do performance review on your hotel staff. They are very rude to the guests especially the female receptionist named Anjie. No pleasing personality at all and this is the first quality you should be looking for especially since she represents your hotel. I’ve been to a lot of hotels before, overseas and local, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such attitude from a reception service. I think she needs to look for another career opportunity. Absolutely no guest satisfaction from our side.

The female receptionist who is on duty at pm shift July 17, 2021 has an extremely rude behavior. This is my first time to encounter this type of receptionist who didn’t have even a an inch of hospitality the way she handled the guest. Why did Nehal hotel hired this kind of staff? a receptionist shoud be welcoming, and directing every guest appropriately but she really failed on that.

The size of the room is good for a family. The location depends on your need which in my case is the best location for me. They clean the room everyday and provide the things that we require. Not sure how old is the hotel but it is still good at some point. The only thing for me is the rust on the clothes line if you want to hang wet clothes. The bidet also have some rust or dirt which I always forgot to inform the front desk regarding this due to my busy schedule. Most of all, the wifi really gave me headache. You will have a separate router in your room but man it does not work! And if it does, it takes time and always disconnecting. Already reported it many times but it is always the same issue if not every other day, everyday whenever I use it (which is mostly at night where I stayed for 8 nights) and to add to this, I did not realize that this hotel doesn't have a pool.

Hello dear. This is the worst behavior I ever seen in hotels. This is not allowed in hospitality industry. The name of receptionist is "kathelin" she hang out the phone in my face . She doesn't have the etiquette of receptionist at all. It's not my first time in hotels but I know how to be professional. She is affecting on hotel reputation. Hello dear. I want to complain about one of receptionist stuff her name is "Kathleen calderon" . She is not professional at all i I'm a previous receptionist i talk to delivery guy better than she do with customers. I'm staying here for more than one week every time i ask for sugar or anything else she starts complaining and talking with bad way . I know verry well how to talk professional and how to talk rude in a nice way. I'm asking for sugar she brings me 3 pieces i have pressure get down and ulcers i cannot eat that's why i ask sugar the minimum that i use in coffe is 4 pieces. She told me we don't have unlimited sugar here and this is so rude . It's not here first time i only came to work here and i pay the room , at least she must tell me that with nicer way . She's not professional at all. I warned her before about the way that she's taking to me . But without results. The others stuff are pro but here sorry for saying that she's so rude and this affect the reputation of the hotel . I don't have problem with sugar i can but a big bag with 3 aed . But I'm reporting on the way that she's dealing with customers. The security also start yelling and this is not allowed in hospitality industry. The first thing we learn in hospitality is respect customers even when they are wrong and try to find a solution. Not the opposite cause we're paying our money to get the respect from stuff. Thanks for understanding.
