Nestled near the picturesque Corniche, the Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort in Abu Dhabi is celebrated for its spotless premises and engaging atmosphere, enhanced by live music and festive surprises. While some guests find the rooms cozy and well-equipped, others point out their compact nature and occasional maintenance hiccups. The hotel's location earns high marks for its convenience, and the varied amenities, including pools and beach activities, receive appreciation despite a few operational glitches. The service at the resort is notably commendable, with staff members garnering praise for their dedication and efficiency. Opinions on value for money, however, are split, with some guests questioning the pricing of the all-inclusive options and dining experiences.

Excellent getaway experience! The executive suit was roomy, clean, and comfy. Quiet floor. Not a big view, but sufficient enough.

I was disappointed to learn the executive lounge was closed Restaurant, but all the privileges were provided in the restaurant instead (Happy Hour/food). Restaurant managers (Mohammed & Tamil) made sure I had everything I needed at breakfast and dinner while the servers (Zaman, Hans, and one other server from Nigeria) kept my beverages flowing and offered up great food choices from the buffet. They were friendly and attentive to diners throughout my experience there. All the staff wore gloves and masked and social distancing was practiced at all times. It was very busy this weekend so there was a little wait time at breakfast, but we were quickly accommodated at breakfast by the hostesses (Samila and one other hostess) and the hours were extended so that we got the full experience. The beach and gym are accessible through an underpass leading across the street. Just walk into the gym and sign in. Towels are in your room. Excellent view of the water. Kids pool is separate. Happy hour offers. Several landmarks are within walking distance (Emirates Palace, Etihad Towers, Qasar al Watan, and Founders Memorial) with Marina Mall and the marina about a 5-7 minute ride away from the hotel.

This was definitely a unique and memorable experience and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Can't wait to come back for a visit.

Just returned from an all inclusive week, I had booked this holiday pre covid and was nice to eventually get to enjoy it, I never got the code through to download the green pass and even tried going through everything again but still nothing, my husbands was fine but luckily I had printed my vaccination certificate and had my message from the pcr test on arrival which seemed to be enough to get into everywhere. At the hotel we were upgraded to a suite which cleaned every day and if you are a family has plenty of space but for the two of us was probably under used as we liked to spend most of our time at the beach club. Good food and beautiful location, staff were so helpful and made our holiday so relaxing, the beach is beautiful and both pools are perfect with more than enough sun beds.We ate at the beach club everyday as the food was lovely and the menu varied, the hotel food was just ok and buffet style served by the chefs which meant by the time you sat back down it was cold but this was due to covid restrictions.

I would like to thank Rameez the beach club manager and all his team Manish, Rajeev, Dinesh and Deepak for making this holiday so enjoyable, it was great to chat to them and learn about their cultures and family, they could not do enough for us and always with a smile. We would definitely return for a chill out holiday at this time of year.

We spent our weekend at Radisson Blu hotel Abu Dhabi on 9th and 10th October. It was two families stayed in suite 610/611. We indeed experienced a fantastic stay as our kids enjoyed the weekend after a long break. We knew our stay is going to be fabulous from the time we made the reservation. Karan from reservations helped us a lot in booking the room. The rate was a very reasonable one. Thank you Karan for your hospitality. Mary from front office was a extraordinary person who made our stay very comfortable. She booked us two connecting suites as it was our first stay at Radisson. Very helpful girl. Thank you Mary for all what you have done to make us happy. Richard from housekeeping was a very helpful guy who always attended to our requests without any delay. The honeymoon set up in suite 611 was very nice and our friends were very happy. Thank you Richard for all your support. Also the hero from hiltonia Mr. Rameez you made our saty fantastic. Even though the beach side was very busy Rameez was very active with his usual pleasant smile and attended to all our requests without being hesitant. Thank you Rameez and the team for tolerating us and thank you once again for your priceless service. The food was very tasty. Big thank you for the ex. Chef and the team. These team members are diamonds in the hotel and we will surely come back during our next holiday.

This was Hilton Hotel before and I could say it was way better before when they changed the management.
Chandrakant and Faith on the front desk made it worst they should not be in this hospitality industry.

The entrance door is so dirty and they don’t care
The hotel is doing renovation and causing so much noise that can be heard from our room. I have reported this to consumer protection of UAE they should close this hotel until they finish the renovation.
The beach area is also very dirty and when we used the beach bed we’ve been bitten by so many ants!

Their amenities was a surprised too, being a member of club carlson I enjoy the smell of their shampoo and shower gel and we have noticed that the color of their dark blue shower gel is quite light means they have manipulated it by adding some water mixture to save, same with their shampoo.

Do not dare to book your stay here!

We stayed here for a week as a family of 4 (kids aged 8 and 6). Location is great, the hotels west bay resort is a 5 minute walk via the underpass, the pools were nice and beach was lovely. Staff at west bay were helpful and welcoming. The weather was also great during our stay, in the low 30s, and never felt unbearably hot.

We stayed on a half board basis, and breakfasts and dinners were always of a satisfactory standard. There were some covid restrictions in place with the buffet service but overall it was well organised.

As previous reviews have stated, rooms are small for families, when compared to others we have stayed at in the region, and are more like those found in London, not the usual luxury found in this region, and I would say that they were also not the sort of room I would expect of a supposed 5 star hotel. We had an executive room with lounge access, but the name executive is misleading as it is no different from any other room in the hotel, so I would not waste the extra money just to be on a higher floor, unless you are desperate for lunchtime canapés.

The main reason for my 2 star rating is the service at the hotel, the reception staff that we dealt with were horrendous, extremely unhelpful, and if you asked them for anything it is like you are asking for the world. What should be simple queries, come across as complex issues. Service we had not experienced before on our previous 4 stays to the region. Reception is normally the face of the hotel, and are supposed to make guests feel welcome and at ease. Staff in general around the hotel did not come across as friendly, although there are always exceptions to this, such as Abdoulie from the concierge. We did also have an issue which was sorted by the manager fairly swiftly which was helpful.

Overall, I would not stay at this hotel as I found the service appalling hence the 2 star rating but would stay in this area as the location is good and many of the hotels on the corniche have their own private beaches. The West Bay resort area was good and is the highlight of the hotel but is let down by the main site.

The reason why I chose this hotel is the fact that it has its own beach, which did not frustrate me. The beach is wide and clean, has the sufficient number of the sunbeds and the music is there. There is a bar and a restaurant, so one won't be left thirsty/hungry. The staff at the fitness center are genuinely friendly and helpful. This is where the good things about this hotel end.
Customer service at reception is below 0. Simple requests take ages to be fulfilled, if ever. The receptionists seem to be stressed and incompetent. I have never seen this kind of an attitude, especially considering the ranking of the hotel.
The cleanliness is another nightmare. I felt disgusted to touch any object in the room, as it looked filthy. The "old" smell was also there. The towels were old and worn out. I even had a hole in mine. No bathrobes provided. Slippers were upon request and not of the best quality. "Make up my room" button was on since the morning, however when we returned after 5pm, housekeeping just started cleaning.
The room itself is small and the interior design is quite weird.
With a huge choice of hotels in Abu Dhabi, I will definitely go somewhere else next time.

On arrival our initial room was disappointing, wallpaper peeling, stains on the rug, damaged laminate floor ( patched horrendously ), but this was dealt with promptly by the team and we were moved rooms. Second room was faultless, it was modern with a large LED TV. We payed to upgrade to a sea view at £200 extra, given there is no balcony and the windows are small I don't think it was worth the additional cost.

The west bay club is brilliant, large pool, wave pool, lazy river and stunning beach. We went all inclusive and could take lunch at the pool bar overlooking the sea. Food is very good for an all inclusive and we were not disappointed with the drinks selection.

The team in the restaurant, Josepphine (Lee), Sajid, Christian and Mariana were excellent. Very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Sajid would even fetch warm milk for our little girl before we left for the evening.

The all inclusive breakfast buffet is very good, wide international selection even fried noodles. That whilst it felt a little wrong they were delicious.

The dinner buffet whilst not the largest selection is done very well. Really enjoyed the different dishes each evening and I cannot fault. Better than a lot done poorly as I've experienced at other hotels.

I would definitely recommend the all inclusive package, prices in West bay and the hotel are very high.

The hemingways bar was like an old English pub, including the smell of cigarette smoke. Don't worry there is a non smoking area and the all inclusive drinks menu was pretty good. Budwiser bottles and house spirits.

The hotel location is excellent, on the Corniche there are restaurants, beach front walks and all trips are generally not too far away.

I would recommend the raddison blu, only reason I cannot give it a 5 is because of the poor condition of the first room (536).

My wife & I have just returned from a 7-day perfect holiday at the Radisson Blu and its amazing West Bay beach club. The Hotel delivered on all accounts; from large spacious bedrooms, to newly decorated and furnished public areas that the staff kept in an immaculate condition. At mealtimes there was plenty of choice, but our tip would be to select the all-inclusive option! As if you decide on room & breakfast only, you could easily have a daily spend for two that could top £200 per day! My team award of the month must go to the Excellent Pool and Beach staff whose faultless service was nothing short of amazing, that exceeded and surpassed all expectations! So, a deservedly shout out for the Pool Manager Rameez and his staff of Divine, Maanish, Deepalk & Mukesh as recognition, must be included in this review. This team made our holiday so enjoyable with the faultless service and their truly professional attitude and happy disposition. We will be back, and the Radisson Blu has out total unbiased recommendation.

I'm really fulfilled haven been part of this well announced Hotel with a massive Resort ⛵ and wonderful personals all over the place with a warming hospitality spirit, from the welcoming to the last goodbye of this hotel is top-notch.
The Rooms are amazingly clean and well taken care of. I spent Nine days (9) with my wife and two (2) kids in this property and I must tell you that every moment spent in this property was pleasant and will never be forgotten in a horry. Comparing with the levels of other hotels in terms of been homily and hospitable Radisson blu corniche has made it 10/10 pass mark in rating.
Haven visited all the restaurants in and outside this property,I want to be specific in mentioning La Terrazza restaurants where we usually go for our breakfast and Dinner for the whole Nine days (9) Christian in the breakfast and Lunch never stops from making every single soul who goes to the buffets where mask as the rule demands to make sure all covid rules are been followed accordingly.
This young man Christian is not just a role model in terms of his hairstyles but clean and polite in speach, Christian always try as much as he can to get us smiling while enjoying our Breakfast and Lunch every morning 🌅🌄 before starting our day.
I requested for a slice gluten free bread for my wife who seems to be a gluten free patient, the particular roll bread chef gave her, she complained of not liking it but chef has no other bread to give her, until we had to speak to Christian who went out of his way to provide slice gluten free bread 🍞 just as she wanted it for the whole Nine days (9) of our stay in the hotel.
Christian is really a wonderful soul, his hospitality is not professional but an habit from dept of his heart. Christian is a truly a champion 🏆 as my wife have described him.
We appreciate your effort of making our stay a good memorable one to always remember. We will definitely visit again just to have it again with Christian..........cheers to Radisson blu and big Thumbs up to Mr Bernard the hotel manager for having Christian in the Team as hospitality figure

Exactly who is in charge of the star system these days? In what universe does this hotel pass for a 5 star? My husband and I booked an all inclusive staycation. I used the restroom in the lobby and my bum faced some abuse from the massive crack in the toilet seat. Okay, these things happen (usually not at 5 star hotels). We checked in and headed off merrily to the West Bay. Gorgeous pools, incredible views and decent service. The food quality was also good. Now this is where I think there may be some confusion over what “all inclusive” means. Having stayed at other all inclusive resorts, I assumed we would be able to get food and drink whenever we want. That is how it’s been at literally every other all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed at. Around 3:45 pm I went to get a snack for my son. Toddlers don’t always eat when we want them to, so he hadn’t really had lunch. We were told that there is no food from 3:30 till 7 pm!!! What??? But the kitchen is not closed, if you want to pay extra on top of what you already paid to have everything included in terms of food and drink, you can order and pay extra.

Then comes the dinner fiasco. There was very little choice, food quality was barely edible, and we retreated to bed hungry and frustrated. Breakfast came, and we decided to give it a go. The choices were eggs, eggs, eggs, eggs and more eggs. And hotdogs? Strange. We did enjoy the fresh fruit though but the lack of English speaking staff was confusing. I asked for scrambled eggs and the server pointed to almost every tray apart from the actual scrambled eggs. There also seems to to a shortage of teaspoons, as they kept bringing us table spoons for our tea and coffee, so when I did get a hold of the only teaspoon in circulation, you can bet I kept a hold of it for the remainder of breakfast!

So in conclusion, if you want an all inclusive stay, stay away from here. If you want decent service, and good food, stay away from here. BUT if you want to spend an afternoon at one of the most beautiful pools, lovely beach and with decent food/service head over and get a day pass at the West Bay. Steer clear of the hotel though! This hotel is comparable to a 3 star hotel, and has a very long way to go before it can be considered 5 star!
