If you don’t find fault with the little things (the bathroom is designed with an economical screen, water flows on the floor, the handles on the door fall off, the switches get tired, instead of two pairs of slippers there are only one, I had to ask for more gel and shampoo, etc.), then the hotel is quite worthy of 4 stars. The rooms are more or less recently renovated, large TV with Internet access, tea, coffee, sugar, refrigerator, iron, shampoo gels, cleaning every day. If you are a coffee lover, then take your coffee with you. For breakfast, the coffee from the machine is of disgusting quality, all of it. I took different ones for comparison. Breakfast is good, not very varied, but you won't go hungry. The story with fruit is so-so. Not the season, apparently. We took apples and pears to take away and have a snack on the beach. Sometimes they changed dinners for lunches. This is practiced. There is fish, seafood, chicken, but the beef has never been soft. If you are with children, there is no separate menu for them; it will be difficult to feed the children. If you are flying in hot weather, take a warm top with you. The air conditioning in the hall and food area is simply at maximum, it’s very cold, it’s not comfortable to sit there. Wifi is just a nightmare. It constantly crashes, if you want to make calls (calls are exclusively via Viber, WhatsApp does not work for calls) or work, you need to look for points. On the beach and pool the fishing is even worse. There are several restaurants on site where locals hang out, and a large screen where they watch football. There is no place to walk here. There is a great room for sports fans. There is a mall nearby, across the road, there are almost no European brands, there is a bank downstairs to change money, take your passport, there is also a large grocery supermarket. Across the bridge from the hotel is the Gallery Mall, with luxury brands, we went there as an excursion, the entrance is through the hotel. The Louvre can only be reached by taxi, about 15 minutes. Basically, there is nowhere to go for a walk, the embankment is so-so near the hotels across the bridge. There is no other one nearby.

When settling down there was a room with a view of the city, where a transformer was making noise outside the window (the room itself liked), because of this she asked to change the room, to which the staff without any further conversation showed the room, asked if it liked me/fit and changed, which was very pleased. The room is spacious, everything is available. Every day there was cleaning, replacing towels, updating body cream, toothpaste toothbrushes and other supplies, and water in the room was abundant. The food in the restaurant was very nice, delicious (there was fish, but one kind, meat was more than enough, vegetables, fruits, salads, salts, cheeses, sweets - enough), the only thing in the morning was coffee, but in the evening only water, wanted tea/coffee to be available in any meal. It is very convenient that there is its own beach, while walking distance to visit shopping malls/supermarkets.It was also wonderful that at check-out you could stay in your room until the transfer (14:00). Polite staff, no matter where they worked (from reception to those who handed out beach towels). I was pleased.

Staff are amazing and make this place what it is. One guy in particular called Sunday Ali who works in the pool bar is an absolute credit and I sincerely hope that the hotel appreciates what he does day in day out.
Hotel has a great location only 40 mins from the airport. 5 min walk to the malls etc.
In my opinion the hotel is nice but looking a little dated.
Now for the reasons I won’t return.
If you’re on the right hand side of the hotel you’ll no doubt be kept awake by the nightclub below pounding out the music until 3am.
On Saturdays the hotel puts on an amazing lunch which is a real highlight and far better than every other day. However, the downside is that the hotel for some reason is promoting a 4 hour buffet session for non hotel guests. Sadly this means the pool bar is completely swamped by groups of very young females being plied with drink by middle aged business men that could be their fathers! This made the whole environment uncomfortable with the amazing pool staff being run off their feet being rudely shouted at for more alcohol whilst desperately trying to provide service to the hotel guests who weren’t even able to approach the pool bar. And there are no other bars open!
This culminated with a very young drunken female basically collapsing in one of the cabanas with a middle aged man. Then two further drunken girls were treated to a jet ski ride by yet another middle aged business man! They could hardly walk let alone use a jet ski.
I think it’s sad that a hotel like this has resorted to promoting these kind of events. Hence why when I travel to AB again I’ll be staying elsewhere.

The hotel is old, the rooms are tiny with low ceilings and no balcony, the windows cannot be opened, the curtains are dirty, the food is poor and very monotonous. There are 3 guests in the room, two sets of slippers. There are no paper napkins in the restaurant, there are wild lines for omelette in the morning, and they don’t serve drinks. Cleaning is not regular, closer to 16/17 hours, which I consider unacceptable for a beach holiday. Towels for the beach are issued upon signature and strictly 1 at a time. Entrance to the beach is not earlier than 8. There are not enough sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. at the pool bar they demand to pay for ice cream and drinks even before delivery, although we paid for a super extended stay package. The staff at the pool are unhelpful. I really don't recommend this hotel.

This hotel is all the better for its old fashioned low level design. The interior has been modernised so everything like the bathrooms are sleek and clean. Bedrooms are comfortable with all the usual facilities and the house keeping team are always in the corridors with anything you need.
The outdoor plaza, swimming pool and beach area are really comfortable and there were always plenty of beds and umbrellas. The beach itself is surprisingly nice for a city bay.
The biggest asset here is the staff. Plenty around keeping an eye on things and cleaning up after guests. Without exception they are friendly, happy to chat and being multinational are very interesting people. The lifeguards and security team keep the pool and beach spotlessly clean, keep a close eye on children and fish them out of the pool when parents go missing. Chalmith looked after us well preparing our beds with towels and checking when we wanted to go to the pool. Prince, Lucky, Azir and many more made this a memorable stay. Thanks guys, and for letting us stay an extra couple of hours past check out.

We stayed here for a weekend and had such a great time. From the moment we check in, the attentive staff ensures that members feel welcomed and appreciated. Special mention to the lady in charge of the club lounge who ensures we have everything we need when we’re there.

The rooms are recently renovated so it feels quite modern and comfortable. The housekeeping staffs are very nice and friendly, they always greet you with a smile everytime we pass them.

There are a lot of dining options as the hotel have a couple of restaurants on the premises, and the breakfast spread at the Latest Recipe restaurant elevates the morning experience. It has a complete array of breakfast choices, from waffles to curries to shakshuka to indulgent pastries.

The hotel’s strategic location by the waterfront added an extra layer of charm, providing stunning views of the beach by the pool.
Overall we had a pleasant stay, and we’ll certainly be back the next time we’re in the city.

The environment is great. The hotel and the staff throughout the hotel are very nice, friendly, helpful and always smiling. Everywhere is very clean. 👍

The pool and bar were nice, but very busy in the afternoon.
The food was excellent, varied. Always perfectly prepared. The restaurant is nice and spacious, but less air-conditioned.
The waiters were very attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Akash Sharma and Aris for their attention and excellent drinks. 👍

Room: very nicely cleaned, daily drinking water was refilled and towels were changed. The air conditioning was great. The equipment of the room and bathroom was sufficient. Thank you very much for cleaning.

Negatives: room without a balcony (2nd floor), there was no possibility to let fresh air into the room, or to dry wet bathing suits, towels outside...
During the day and at night, a lot of noise from the fans that are on the roof on this floor.
The fridge was cooling at a minimum, just enough to keep the chocolate from melting.
Unfortunately, the view is only on the roof. 😔

Overall, we rate the hotel and the staff very well, the professional attitude of all employees. We recommend it to everyone!

Unfortunately much too expensive. Coke for €8 at the bar. Breakfast is OK in terms of the selection, but it could be better in this price category, as I experienced on my UAE tour. Pool and beach area are OK, although very noisy with the music being too loud, making it almost impossible to relax or read a book in peace. The staff, both at reception and in the cleaning area, are extremely polite, helpful and friendly. All in all OK, but there are still a few minor things that need to be worked on. Especially the prices of drinks. A tip on the complex is the restaurant khana khazana, which is not part of the hotel, but is one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to, with incredibly reasonable prices for the food (coke only €3.80).

We chose to stay here for a week primarily due to the public transport links, not for the pools and beach area. However we were very pleasantly surprised with the beach in particular (I'd expected it to be very concrete-y) and spent our beach days at the hotel rather than going to Corniche, which was so much better for our 5 year old son. We arrived late in the evening and the staff said we were entitled to a "free meal" that night at the evening buffet to stop it going to waste, which was appreciated given we had a child with us. The staff were all very friendly, particularly the young men waiting tables at breakfast and the lifeguards/pool staff, who all welcomed our son. Our room was set up with a (comfortable) additional bed on arrival. There was a large fridge in the room (they have removed the mini bar but kept the fridge) which we used to cool the ample water provided by the cleaning team. The bus stops for the A1 airport express and the non stop bus for Yas Island theme parks are within minutes of the hotel.

We also chose the hotel because it was very clear during the booking process that our son would be provided with an additional bed in our room, and it would be free, as would the breakfast. It was very unclear on a lot of the other hotels whether we would be expected to share the king bed with our child and/or we would have to pay for a separate bed to be set up, and I did not want to take that gamble.

Our only niggles were the layout of the breakfast area - it felt far too congested where the pastries/fruit/yoghurts are which could easily be solved by moving the door for the fruit onto the other side of the fridge, and likewise there seemed to be a lot of wasted space in the middle area where the bar is currently located meaning everyone (guests and staff) had to do a dance with others to get anywhere. You also had to be at the pool/beach area by 9:30ish each morning to get a lounger. The staff were very helpful at moving umbrellas/loungers, but they obviously can't work magic and it was disappointing that we were "moved on" because people had "claimed" loungers by putting one folded up towel on it, but did not use them (or return) for the entire 4 hours we were there and we were unable to let our child play independently in the small pool because we couldn't safely watch him as a result. This was during the week when (globally) most children are at school, so I don't know whether additional loungers/rules are enforced during busier periods.

We arrived late at night, but they didn’t check us in right away, they said pay an extra 250 dirhams and we’ll check you in right away, that is, they had rooms available, but they wanted to rip off more money, despite the fact that we already paid an additional hotel tax of 90 dirhams for 6 nights
Check in at the hotel, like everywhere else, is at 14:00, and the time was only 04:00 in the morning. We sat in the lobby for 3 hours under a powerful air conditioner, went outside 10 times to warm ourselves up and then a guy came up and called us to the reception (I don’t remember the name night shift from 17 to 18 August) he checked us in and thank him very much

The hotel rooms are clean and bright. Housekeeping are good guys, they will always answer if you have questions and give additional accessories

The food in the main restaurant is very tasty, from salads to desserts. The breakfasts there are very large, I was very impressed, if you go there you know you won’t leave hungry. But there is a big minus in the hotel concept: if you are on a breakfast and dinner basis, drinks are not included. That is, in such heat of 45 degrees, you still need to buy additional drinks (the average price is 70-80 dirhams)

In terms of service, the staff in the restaurant is welcoming. I would like to mention three waiters Azizbek, Mansur and Munna; these guys always paid us good attention and did everything to make our stay comfortable. One evening we were on an excursion and were late for dinner, all the waiters were not happy, since we were the last, but Munna helped us bring the plates and served us properly.

As for the beach, there are no complaints about the sea, but there are some shortcomings in the pool area. Many sunbeds were all stained, even simply torn. We found this situation, there was an inspection at the hotel and before that the staff tried their best to hide these holes on the sunbeds, it was very funny to watch this
