Detailed Reviews
The check in process for us was very smooth , we came for a business conference, however my first issue arose here during check in. When the rooms were booked, my boss emailed explaining that they were under two names, hers and mine, and that to have my points credited to my account, Mr Wariel even said "Your Marriott Bonvoy membership was attached and updated accordingly." so when we checked in we were advised this would not be possible, so shame there. We were checked in by Edelyn who was so kind and lovely. Other people who made the stay welcoming were Guilde, Hasan from the dining area , Mary from the dining area and also Mohammed hourri . One downside of staying here is the doors are VERY noisy. Another downside, or wish would be that the food be labeled with the allergens as i assumed the vegetable dishes would be vegan and after breaking out and feeling odd, i asked if there were dairy products in the dishes and there were , unfortunately. I also have to comment that being there for 5 days that the food barely changed at breakfast which was unfortunate, if they had quinoa one day, they made it with green peas the next etc. Overall the hotel was beautiful and well kept, the service was always on point with a yes ma'dme or sorry . The room always provided toothbrush, shaver, soaps, sewing kit and hair net, the bed was very comfortable as well , overall it was a good stay , their menu in dining in the room did have vegan options, as did the italian restaurant which was nice to see, just wish they would do the allergen listing at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet too . Just those few reasons as to why i deducted one star, overall would love to come back here. The location is close to walking distance of everything too, if you want to go to the corniche this is possible!

A relaxing and well-pampered weekend with the fam bam. Our arrival experience was seamless; parking was well organized with clear signages to guide us to the Lobby. Check In was quick and efficient; well distanced and professional. Room product was fresh yet the classic wooden finishing took me back into time; reminiscing a classic merchant ship; hang on....could also represent the Titanic. I met Sunil in the lift; the guy heading Housekeeping; he is doing a great job keeping the guest safe and confident of the product. F&B product and services was the highlight of my stay; service was impeccable. Breakfast was well laid out; super varieties and tasteful. Big smiles all around to welcome and ensure you are comfortable. Rather surprise to see the senior leadership present on weekends to ensure guests are well looked after; I met Arun the boss during breakfast who was on hand churning out cappuccinos. The icing on the cherry was at the Pool & Beach Clubhouse; the entire Hotel was represented by a warrior called Amir. Look out for him; amazing chap, big smiles and always offering personalized touches. The entire team had big smiles and constantly looking out for guests well being. It was nice to also nice to see the Chef come out around the pool and chat with guests; once again senior leadership was present checking in on guests. This time I met Ginu who’s extremely bubbly; great conversationalist. All and all great stay; I left with many memories.

We are half way through our 7 night stay at St Regis Abu Dhabi and it makes us very sad to be leaving in a few days. We are staying as a family with a 6 month old baby and St Regis have gone above and beyond to make our stay special and we will definitely be returning next year. We have stayed at many 5*+ hotels over the years (one& only etc) and what stood out the most at St Regis was its hospitality.
A special thank you to Fenzar for inviting us to the champagne sabreing ritual on our second nights stay. We had such a lovely time and probably one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. Thank you Fernando for hosting this ritual you were very kind and made us feel welcomed!
Our room butlers Chandra and Fenzar you are both a credit to St Regis Abu Dhabi, always smiling, greeting us and ensuring we are always well looked after. Your hospitality is above and beyond. The butler service is exceptional, helped us unpack our luggage and a phone call away in checking the kids pool temperature each day. 24/7 room coffee service is a great touch! Chandra also went out his way to ensure we were provided with a baby bath tub which we were grateful for.
We stayed on half board and were kindly provided complimentary baby food either to our room or the restaurant we would be dining at (we rang in advance to request what our baby would like to eat each day). Not many hotels provide this service which again highlights the high standard of service St Regis team members provide. The chef also took special breakfast and dinner requests off the menu which we highly appreciated as some members of our family had dietary requirements.
We dined at Villa Toscana often and the food is incredible here. Even if your not on half board I would definitely recommend dining here. They have lots of vegetarian and vegan options.
Amir at Cabana, always a pleasure to see you. Amir assisted us with the baby pram on the beach and ensured we were catered for (shade, food and privacy).
So many more team members we would like to thank. This was our first holiday with the baby and were very hesitant in which hotel we selected and now could not be happier we chose St Regis. See you next year!
Regards,
The Varsani Family

We have just spent 5 nights here and have nothing but praise for the hotel and its staff. Everyone is professional and extremely well trained but also friendly and chatty. Our room on the 44th floor overlooking the Corniche was most comfortable and spotlessly clean. We found the WhatsApp butler service to be most useful when we needed a question answered or to tell them our room was ready for cleaning. A great idea!
Breakfast was very good. We tried the evening buffet once but the main courses were not to our taste and were rather lukewarm. After that we ate in Villa Toscana where the food and staff were excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Thank you to all the staff of the St Regis for making us feel so welcome and well looked after.

I just checked out of this hotel and can't rave enough about it! It is the epitome of luxury and class. Upon entering my room there were some complimentary gourmet chocolates, and later in the evening they brought mini-tarts. They also offer complimentary green and black tea, and coffee provided by your personal Butler. The exclusive touch though was the free pressing of clothes and shoe shine. This property has a private beach which is just gorgeous! (Albeit a 10-15 mins walk). The highlight for me was the breakfast which has to be the most decadent breakfast I've ever seen! Truffle scramble eggs, 8 different types of honey, 6 different types of fresh juices! Pretty much anything you can imagine! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone going to Abu Dhabi.

This was my second stay at the hotel. It was during COVID-19 and at a time when none of the facilities were allowed to open – no restaurants, bars, pools or beach. The St Regis team nonetheless still tried their very best to make my stay pleasant. They upgraded me to a suite and honoured my late check out request. The butler service was still up and running with personal introduction etc. Whilst breakfast couldn’t be taken in the restaurant, it was delivered to my room in a proper table trolley. I was amazed by how they still managed to keep everything elegant during these tough times. No doubt the in-house team was also going through uncertain times at a personal level but they just carried on their jobs professionally. Hats off!
My last stay was a year and a half ago. Back then the facilities were fully operational. The gym was nice, if not a bit surreal with chandeliers hanging above treadmills! There was a choice of two swimming pools – one right under the hotel and another by the beach. Both very nice and catered for different needs. Pool staff were courteous, let me choose which sunbed I would like and then laid it out for me and water delivered without asking. The beach is not the biggest but still pretty decent considering the hotel’s city centre location. Breakfast was superb with a separate section catering for non-Muslim diet and was served until 1pm – does that still count as a breakfast?
The St Regis Bar was great too. Interesting drinks menu and the setting was like a library in a country house which did encourage guests to feel at home and relaxed – elegant without overpowering.

Superb experience, we had a FLAWLESS staycation with my husband and our 3 year old daughter at St Regis. From the moment we arrived at check-in until we left, my family and I felt truly pampered by the caring staff that catered to our every need. I would like to thank everyone for making our stay special, and especially our butlers Henry and Chimmy, as well as Mr. Manish who made sure we felt at home and relaxed.
I would like to particularly stress on how well trained the staff are at the St Regis Corniche, and that is exactly what made our weekend getaway significantly more special than in any other 5-star we stayed at in the UAE. I have to admit, we are a pretty picky couple and never left a place without having a few negatives noted down, but this weekend went so smoothly that it restored our faith in hospitality management excellence and happy staff. There is honestly nothing I can think of that didn't surpass our expectations!
Another important aspect we particularly appreciated, especially with coronavirus lurking and having a curious toddler, is the cleanliness of the common areas, the room, room service, the lifts, and the beach.
Our daughter truly enjoyed the beach (very attentive lifeguards!) and the coloring books given by Henry; it was difficult to convince her that it was time to go back home.
We'll be back very soon!

Just stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and the experience was absolutely amazing. The service was on a whole other level from other 5* hotels we have been to in the UAE. You get your own butler to make your coffee or tea, wake up call, press your garments and more. Housekeeping was done twice in a day, room was huge with a stunning view (rooms start on 33rd floor and up). They have beach and pool access, gym, spa and more.
They have high tech equipments with regards to their room entertainment, speakers in the bathroom, even the tv screen is etched in the mirror of the bathroom, so yeah you really get what you are paying for. Bathroom amenities are also great. Overall loved everything about this place including the service. Kudos to your houskeeping and maintenance team for doing an impeccable job as well as the front office and comptroller. You made a really great first impression. Keep it up

We've been now twice to this hotel and both experiences were comparable.
When you enter this hotel, you arrive in an impressive beautiful lobby. Check-in is smooth in a separate beautiful room where you sit at a desk together with the receptionist. As one might expect from a luxury hotel, no queues and quick service.
While the paperwork is done and you go up to your room, your luggage is being brought there as well.
As with all people in this hotel, the person bringing the luagage will do his best to put your suitcases on the right spot on the usual suitcase racks and not long after we were greeted by our butler. 'Your butler' in this St Regis hotel means there is 24/7 butler service from a team of butlers. On arrival they can unpack your luggage, bring a complimentary cup of tea or coffee and we found them to the best the first point of contact for anything in the hotel.
We personally prefered to contact them by Whatsapp (the mobile number is on the contact cards they hand out on first contact but can also be found in the services book in the room).
The butler service provides a 2 pieces per person per day complimentary garnishment pressing service witch we enjoyed a lot.
We let the butler team know which pieces and where they could find them and it would hang perfectly pressed in our room when we got back from the beach/pool.
Also at the pool the service is great. You first have to go to a small reception, write down how late you arrive and with how many persons and you are good to go.
Staff will bring you a bucket with ice and water, usually 4 towels and set you as you want (full in the sun or put up the umbrella as you wish).
Breakfast in this hotel is also impeccable. After a couple of days they will remember who you are, where you want to sit and sometimes come by for some small talk and/or ask if everything is your stay is good. They have a great egg menu which you get when you enter the breakfast room, but the buffet is great as well. The staff frequently comes by to ask if you want a new coffee, tea or orange juice and the cooks will make everything you can think of, if they have the ingredients. So you are not limited to the card or buffet, if it's possible they'll make it.
Overall this seems to be what the hotel is all about. If it's possible, they'll make sure it gets done. They don't easily no.
We really enjoyed both stays here. Especially with sea view, it's amazing to wake up and see the white beaches and beautiful blue sea.
To reach that sea, you do have to go through an air-conditioned tunnel, but the walk really isn't long. Because you're inside it feels different, but we've been to many luxury beach resorts where the walk was longer but felt different because you could see you were walking towards the sea, don't let it be a dealbreaker.
The restaurants of this hotel are all pretty good and if you want some fast food for about $3 to $4 you can get an Uber to the Marina mall nearby.
This hotel is really great and we would totally recommend!

There are hotels, good hotels, excellent hotels, superb hotels and then there is the St Regis Abu Dhabi. This was our third visit to this hotel and it just gets better.
Check in was friendly, efficient, and quick. Our superior sea view room was spotless and the bed to die for.
We took the half board option and dined in the terrace which has a buffet, all food was beautifully cooked and plenty of choice.. The Christmas Day brunch was outstanding
The half board package also allowed us to use the Villa Toscana. The Christmas Eve dinner was superb with good wines. A word of warning before opting for the Villa Toscana - make sure you are VERY hungry as the portions are really generous
The standard of service in this hotel is outstanding.
I must mention our room butler Shaoib, he could not do enough to help us. We spent most of our time on the beach and the purpose of our holiday was to have a complete rest after working hard all year. We were superbly looked after by Vincent and Francis who were absolutely superb.
All the staff in the hotel and the Nation Beach Club are exceptional and their interaction with the guests is genuine
I would like to keep the St Regis a secret but in fairness to the St Regis I cannot recommend it highly enough .
We will definitely return

Not sure. He just turned up at our door as we were unpacking.
Maybe something to do with the room grade.
It was a nice surprise.
