Difficult to know where to start, but the Sea view 40th floor room is fab, the size of the room is perfect and the butler service is just amazing... Try everything, but don't miss out on the scallops..... From the moment you check-in (and we were 3 hours early) they dropped everything it seems to sort our room first, it was the wife's birthday and OMG, they rolled out the red carpet...

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service... Every associate greets you by name and always stops to chat and ask after your stay... The butlers are wonderful , always friendly and respond quickly to any requests... The Terrace restaurant serves a perfect breakfast, whether ordering off the menu or choosing from the extensive (and very delicious) buffet... The restaurant staff is attentive without being intrusive and remembers your beverage choices from the day before... Creative dishes with the freshest ingredients and wonderful service... The concierges are a goldmine of information about what to see and do and fascinating trivia about the hotel and its storied Astor history...

Yet again the St Regis welcomed us back with open arms and the incredible service we’ve experienced time and time again. As our teenage children stepped into their room we could hear them say, ‘Welcome home!’ It’s not that we have spent months or even weeks at this hotel, 8 short staycations in the past 4 years, but every single one being nothing short of exceptional... A warm and friendly greeting is extended by front of house staff upon arrival and this seems to be the ongoing theme and ethos of The Regis... The butler service, operates like a well oiled machine, expertly led by the lovely Mr Taris, ensures you feel pampered throughout your stay... Mr Sam, the Director of Food and Beverages, obviously conveys his passion for high quality service all his entire team... This amazing service is experienced back in The St Regis Bar, with happy hour currently from 5pm until 8pm... The commitment to the guests continues into The Terrace restaurant... In the Terrace restaurant, during Ramadan , Rajeesh, the sous chef, was able to cater for my needs most graciously with the simple , tasty fish dishes... We were always personally greeted by the hostesses at the entrance to the Terrace restaurant and were given the best service from the team of butlers we met , Albin, Alam, Charleen without forgetting the attention we received from Htet, Santosh to named a few... The ladies who work in that bar are a credit to the hotel and we enjoyed chatting to them... The Beach club is tremendous and nothing is too much trouble to any of the staff who work there... The managers were always present and took the time to stop by for a chat each day... All the staff we encountered there were great with special mention to Milan & Vincent who are both wonderful and as an avid Manchester City fan we had several chats about football and Vincent switched from being a Man United fan for the duration of our stay 🤣... We ate at Catch which was outstanding and Villa Toscana was also very good...

I kinda expected to have not that late, but what he said to me, that made me feel satisfaction in a short time... He might have trained very well or he knows how to take care or he had many experiences how to talk with customers in *sincerely* way... But he and his manager from the beach side ( F&B teams) they really treated people in sincere and respectful way… some people just pretend that they understand my inconveniences, but they even made feel happy after that... If general manager from this hotel saw this message, encouragement and support them well... Even the room had a problem but they changed the room quickly... I barely spent my time for reviews, but your team made me spend about an hour to write.. St.Regis Abu Dhabi is awesome...

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and could not recommend it more highly. This is our second time at the Abu Dhabi St Regis and the service was beyond what we expected... Every staff member gave the highest level of service and the management team were checking in daily to ensure we were getting everything we needed... Our butler, Aman was also brilliant and left wonderful amenities such as as chocolates and cake in the room throughout our stay... The service on the beach was also brilliant and the food was great (Brie and avocado sandwich is a must try)... The hotel had a wide breakfast buffet selection - from granola to cake, and eggs made to order... Meanwhile you can get cakes and great hot chocolate at the Crystal lounge... We had Balinese massages in the spa which were some of the best we've had - would recommend trying if you have the chance... Overall we could not recommend this hotel more, and having stayed at all the top hotels around the world, really note that the service here was above and beyond...

While the paperwork is done and you go up to your room, your luggage is being brought there as well... As with all people in this hotel, the person bringing the luagage will do his best to put your suitcases on the right spot on the usual suitcase racks and not long after we were greeted by our butler... 'Your butler' in this St Regis hotel means there is 24/7 butler service from a team of butlers... On arrival they can unpack your luggage, bring a complimentary cup of tea or coffee and we found them to the best the first point of contact for anything in the hotel... We personally prefered to contact them by Whatsapp (the mobile number is on the contact cards they hand out on first contact but can also be found in the services book in the room)... The butler service provides a 2 pieces per person per day complimentary garnishment pressing service witch we enjoyed a lot... We let the butler team know which pieces and where they could find them and it would hang perfectly pressed in our room when we got back from the beach/pool... Also at the pool the service is great... You first have to go to a small reception, write down how late you arrive and with how many persons and you are good to go... Staff will bring you a bucket with ice and water, usually 4 towels and set you as you want (full in the sun or put up the umbrella as you wish)... Breakfast in this hotel is also impeccable... After a couple of days they will remember who you are, where you want to sit and sometimes come by for some small talk and/or ask if everything is your stay is good... The staff frequently comes by to ask if you want a new coffee, tea or orange juice and the cooks will make everything you can think of, if they have the ingredients... If it's possible, they'll make sure it gets done...

Thank you for arranging the presidential suite tour - it was a great experience... The staff provided such an exceptional services and we appreciated everything they did for us... Dinner on our last night in Azura, Akshay thank you for looking after us so well... The Crystal Lounge was a beautiful place to relax and enjoy pre/post dinner drinks and we were treated to the St Regis 7pm Champagne ceremony having been invited by our Butlers... The ladies who work in that bar are a credit to the hotel and we enjoyed chatting to them... The Beach club is tremendous and nothing is too much trouble to any of the staff who work there... We ate at Catch which was outstanding and Villa Toscana was also very good... The location of the hotel is ideal easy walking distance to other restaurants and the Marina Mall...

...Just a wonderful week at the st Regis Abu Dhabi could not fault anything Great location for relaxing stay with superb beach for walking ,nothing was too much trouble for the attentive staffs especially at the beach. The lifeguard dirga who always stop by to check our ice bucket and water ,the restaurant staffs at the cabana Vincent and milan, they went extra miles to make sure we were okay throughout our stay with lovely gesture as well they always anticipate with our needs... sea view room with magical sunsets worth the money we will definitely visit here again!...

From the very beginning, you can feel that you are in an extraordinary place! A majestic lobby, a unique service that welcomes you and takes care of you from the very beginning when you cross the threshold of the hotel!... We spent seven wonderful days in this hotel and everything – literally everything – was top notch... We lived on the 39th floor (room number 3917), we had a very comfortable Junior Suite, so both my wife and I and our nine-year-old daughter had our place... The food in the hotel was delicious and if you do not want to move from the hotel, everyone will find something for themselves and certainly will not be disappointed!... Because we were here on vacation, we also used the gym and the private hotel beach, which can be reached by an air-conditioned tunnel available only to hotel guests... Both the beach service and in bars and restaurants is at the highest level!... The staff is always smiling, responds instantly to every request and makes every effort to make the moments spent in this hotel special for guests... On the first day, Ganny showed us around the hotel and told us about its functioning and showed the largest 3 bedroom penthouse suite (1100 m2)... Ganny was always available, every day at breakfast he asked how our stay was going and with a smile on his face he helped to organize the plan for the following days and evenings (including Champagne Evening Ritual and Bloody Mery)...

...Best hotel stay in years, they really didn't put a foot wrong. Welcoming from the start, organising check-in and luggage with no fuss, and very swiftly, with plenty of staff on hand to smooth things along... Very grand entrance, with a nice large lobby area, with plenty of seating to loaf around and meet friends etc... Marble fittings everywhere, and although some of the fittings look a trifle old fashioned, everything is maintained and works perfectly...down to the volume dial in the bathroom to play the TV sound while you shower... Access to the beach club through an exquisitely polished marble tunnel, and again lots of areas outside to settle in for an afternoon drink... Lot's of good restaurants in walking distance also,with Catch very much recommended... Staff could not have been more helpful and professional... Rooms well appointed, with multiple bottles of water placed everywhere...

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and could not recommend it more highly. This is our second time at the Abu Dhabi St Regis and the service was beyond what we expected... Every staff member gave the highest level of service and the management team were checking in daily to ensure we were getting everything we needed... Our butler, Aman was also brilliant and left wonderful amenities such as as chocolates and cake in the room throughout our stay... Our room was very nice, with a gorgeous bathroom and a lovely view... The beach is very big and although it was busy, it never felt crowded... The service on the beach was also brilliant and the food was great (Brie and avocado sandwich is a must try)... The hotel had a wide breakfast buffet selection - from granola to cake, and eggs made to order... The St Regis bar is also worth a visit and they have a great happy hour selection before 8pm... Meanwhile you can get cakes and great hot chocolate at the Crystal lounge... We had Balinese massages in the spa which were some of the best we've had - would recommend trying if you have the chance... The hotel is well located (felt like an upmarket part of Abu Dhabi), 5 min taxi from Emirates Palace, 15 min taxi from the Galleria Mall which is the one with all the designers, and 20 mins from Saadiyat...

From arrival to departure, the St Regis team delivered an excellent experience. The entire team were welcoming, the property was spotlessly clean and opulent... Room spacious, well furnished and a very comfortable bed... Butler service from Henry and Maleka was flawless and generous... Beach and pool area calm and friendly, led by Victor and Vishnu... Food in the terrace restaurant was varied and of a high standard and our waiter Akhror looked after us... Any request was met with a smile and quickly delivered on...

Beautiful restaurants ,excellent beach Exceptional hospitable staffs,every employee, the hotel is spectacular in every way , i would like to highlight those working on the beach especially vincent He was so grateful for his participation in any matter and invariable goodwill... He made our stay even better many thanks to him for that!!... Beach club was something else amazing staffs running from one angle to another just to make everyone feel at home... Separately,i note the hotel rooms -they are beautiful and the staff who always made up our room...

We spend 1 night at this hotel for quick visit to AD, simply amazing hospitality from valet and welcome team with coffee and till reservation team. Hotel has a nice loopy design and live piano which tells us you St Regis Abu Dhabi is a unique hotel... Breakfast ring the ball with top quality service / food and thanks to Mr Hussam who really focus to guests and support them for all their needs... The location is unique and connected to the beach and close to Al Watan palace and Emirates Palace...

...Our junior suite was spacious and well appointed. The private beach club and pools were pristine... The quality and variety of breakfast items was not as good as some of the other hotels we have stayed at, but was perfectly fine... We enjoyed having drinks at the variety of bars on the premises... Everyone, from check in to housekeeping to the restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure that all our needs were taken care of... The hotel is well located, and we enjoyed being able to stroll down the Corniche at night...

...If you are lucky enough to meet Ahmed, Santosh, Dianne and Raj, you will be be taken care of by the best the St. Regis has to offer. My husband chatted with the Head Chef (who prepared two wonderful grilled fish for our table) and the Pastry Chef who made him feel right at home... Each day we were greeted by smiling staff that remembered our likes and dislikes... They made our stay at the St. Regis a 10 out of 10...

...When you enter this hotel, you arrive in an impressive beautiful lobby. Check-in is smooth in a separate beautiful room where you sit at a desk together with the receptionist... As one might expect from a luxury hotel, no queues and quick service... While the paperwork is done and you go up to your room, your luggage is being brought there as well... As with all people in this hotel, the person bringing the luagage will do his best to put your suitcases on the right spot on the usual suitcase racks and not long after we were greeted by our butler... 'Your butler' in this St Regis hotel means there is 24/7 butler service from a team of butlers... On arrival they can unpack your luggage, bring a complimentary cup of tea or coffee and we found them to the best the first point of contact for anything in the hotel... The butler service provides a 2 pieces per person per day complimentary garnishment pressing service witch we enjoyed a lot... Also at the pool the service is great... You first have to go to a small reception, write down how late you arrive and with how many persons and you are good to go... Staff will bring you a bucket with ice and water, usually 4 towels and set you as you want (full in the sun or put up the umbrella as you wish)... Breakfast in this hotel is also impeccable... After a couple of days they will remember who you are, where you want to sit and sometimes come by for some small talk and/or ask if everything is your stay is good... They have a great egg menu which you get when you enter the breakfast room, but the buffet is great as well... The staff frequently comes by to ask if you want a new coffee, tea or orange juice and the cooks will make everything you can think of, if they have the ingredients... So you are not limited to the card or buffet, if it's possible they'll make it... Especially with sea view, it's amazing to wake up and see the white beaches and beautiful blue sea... The restaurants of this hotel are all pretty good and if you want some fast food for about $3 to $4 you can get an Uber to the Marina mall nearby... This hotel is really great and we would totally recommend!...

...The hotel is beautiful, our room was great, very spacious with beautiful views and great amenities... The AC in the hallways was really strong but we expected that... Thank you for arranging the presidential suite tour - it was a great experience... We mostly ate at “The Terrace* but also tried Villa Toscana... The staff provided such an exceptional services and we appreciated everything they did for us... Our kids loved all the staff in the restaurant - thank you for the special treatment you gave them and us... When staying on the beach or at the pool, the staff at the Nation Riviera Beach Club were very nice and always had a cabana or sun loungers ready for us... The Concierge staff helped us a lot prior our visit with all the queries we had... This is an amazing hotel with great customer service and we highly recommend it to anyone... We had fabulous holidays in Abu Dhabi...

A really beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The views of the corniche from the hotel are really special and the whole place is very welcoming from the moment you set foot into the opulent lobby... All the staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful... In particular, the room service was the best I think I've ever had - very easy to arrange, really well presented, tasty and impressively quick...

...Amazing hotel and service with a special mention to Henry from the butler team. He made our stay extra special looking after our guests who were truly amazed by the level of service provided... Now, if they can only get the Saturday Brunch restarted it will be perfect...

...we've been in this amazing hotel from 25th august to 5th September and it was the greatest vacation ever!... Also, breakfast and dinner was incredible!... everyday different food, always several types of meat and AMAZING DESSERTS!!... Sand on the beach was very comfortable and the sea was very warm... Swimming pool was great to cool off during the heat... Also we're liked sauna in the zone with gym!... Thank you so much for amazing staff that made our vacation better!...
