Very recommended place to stay in Yas Island Abu Dhabi. we came early like 1pm (check in is 3pm) but they allowed us to check in early we entered the hotel with a very Warm welcome from super friendly reception. thank you to Tayyab for being very fast & accommodating.. 👏👏👏

Great hotel, it matches its price and the staff are very very kind. The also fulfilled my request i had that made me really happy. Sai kumar from house keeping was amazing. They saw that my girlfriend water bottle was empty and rushed to give her a new one.

Everything was good but the breakfast is still need more and the crew was friendly and give me the real information of theme park which time open and close and some advice for our family and i stay 3 days was very good

Unprofessional receptionist;very dull;didn't explain any thing(timing of breakfast;swimming pool;gym);the smell of the room is cigarette despite it has label of non smoking( iam chocking);you need to improve the quality control;the tea mug in the room is broken from its top so it hurts my lips,the glass of the window is dirty;I hope that my vacation here ends faster to leave this terrible hotel

In regards to the positive aspects of our stay, we found the hotel's location to be particularly advantageous, especially for those interested in Formula 1 events, travelers with layovers, or those visiting nearby amusement parks. Furthermore, the staff members we interacted with at the reception were exceptionally welcoming and well-informed, which greatly enhanced our experience. On the other hand, we noticed a few areas in need of improvement during our stay. Specifically, our room could have benefited from more thorough cleaning and maintenance. We encountered some stained curtains, bedside lamps that could benefit from updating, and an antiquated TV. Furthermore, the sun-beds at the pool appeared to have some stains that resembled bird droppings, which detracted from our overall experience. In conclusion, while we had a pleasant enough stay, we have reservations about returning to Centro Yas Island in the future, as it seems to have lost some of its shine over time.…

The staff was very helpful, the room is very clean with a nice view and location of the hotel is close to the airport and some very popular tourist destinations. I would definitely stay there again when given the opportunity to visit UAE again. The staff even went outside to call for a taxi. Otherwise, I would have missed my flight had I waited for another 15 minutes to get a ride.

Very good hotel on Yas Island. Bus stop right outside gets you all around the island. Great staff, very nice rooms. Pool area and gym were exceptional, with the gym being excellent and so much kit! Reception area very welcoming, nice place to chill.
