From the first I step out from my car I felt the warm welcome by a guy (forgot his name) then Cindy and jadeeda from the guest relation assist us to go to check in process, Latifa the one who did the check in and explained everything and don’t forget to mention mention to vaibhav who assisting us while we have some questions! When we reached to our suites, we are surprised with the amenities which is my friends birthday occasion prepared by our lovely butler Sumar and Denisa, we felt amazed by the service already but the surprise not stop there in the afternoon we got another surprise by Murtaza another butler who personally introduced his self and offer assistance in any difficulties ( well don’t forget to mention that he brought another gift for us ) In the evening we went to Sontaya ( one of the best Asian restaurants in town ) - and we got another amazing surprise by Nicole( if I’m not mistaken) It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in hotel, The facilities,, the people, trust me they made you wanna stay forever there!…

The hotel is just perfect! They have the best beach in the country , food is something else and the kindness of the staff surprised me and make me feel like home always that I’m coming, BIG THANKS to: Chatty,Ram,Rahman,Tungana,John (From breakfast); Abhijit, Oshen, fahim,Kamal ( from pool & beach) & Denisa, sumar and Mathew( from butter) that always treat me so good and make and amazing job ! Everyone working at the hotel is very helpful and kind and always with a big smile thank you to all the mentioned ones and rest of the team that couldn’t mention yet.

I was lucky enough to spend my birthday at the St. Regis on saadyiatt Island. The staff was absolutely amazing and made my feels so special. Especially our butler Chatty, he was so attentive and was always one step ahead of our needs. He was also so warm and kind to our two young daughters. He definitely made my birthday weekend a magical one. We can’t wait to back.

We had a wonderful 10 days family stay at the Saint Regis Saadiyat hotel . If you are looking for a place to recharge your batteries ,a place where stress has no place …look no further… Professionalism,availability,kindness and smile are the philosophy. All staff members make you feel that you are special and like at home with the only disadvantage of having to leave home at the end of the holidays… A special mention for Arun,Sana and Issam who will welcome you wonderfully well, not to mention Waseem, Gaya, and others for their availability and smile. Dear St. Regis Saadiyat, We stayed at your hotel from Feb 8-19th travelling with a larger family group in total 11 people. This was the 2nd year in a row we decided to stay at St Regis Saadiyat and once again we had a very positive experience. The hotel grounds and the beach are fantastic, the service in the Olea buffet restaurant was very good and in particular the superb butler service we received from Chaitanya made our stay extra special. We would also like to thank Niraj at the pool bar for his excellent service and also Jareco for offering so many interesting activities and engaging with our children while they were trying out archery at the beach. We will be happy to return to your hotel another time.
