We stayed in this hotel for a week. Large triple room equipped with every comfort. Everything absolutely spotless and well-kept. Excellent breakfast, we had it included. The location of the hotel is excellent for getting around, close to the bus stop and taxis outside the hotel are always available (the average cost of a taxi journey to reach the main attractions was 5 euros). The hotel is located in a "lively" area of Abu Dhabi with many restaurants where you can eat at cheap prices. On foot in 10 minutes you arrive at the Abu Dhabi Mall. Very helpful staff, they booked both the Ferrari world and the dinner in the desert for us at no extra charge. For any problem available and quick to resolve it.

This particular hotel is located in the city center and we chose it for one night while we were in the city. This is a luxurious hotel, with spacious and highly equipped rooms, which have everything one could need. As for breakfast, you will find a huge buffet with plenty of options, which are constantly renewed, for all tastes. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, while the price was perfectly normal for what they offer. I highly recommend it.

This 4 star Hotel is a good choice if you are looking for a not so pricey place to stay in a good location in Abu Dhabi Downtown. This suited our purpose as it was close to the places we wanted to go.
Though the hotel looks a bit old, the rooms are maintained well. Housekeeping service is very good and is very responsive. Inside our room, the wallpapers at some places shows a tendency to break free from the walls, but it is not a major minus. The lifts do not sense the room key (card) easily and this was an irritant at times when we had to use the lifts.
We did not opt for breakfast as it was not great. There are plenty of eating options all around the hotel, and one can find any cuisine within a very short walking distance.
The basement parking ensured that our car did not have to be parked in the open, out in the sun.

It was our first time to travel to abu dhabi and we chose Ramada Hotel for our stay.. when we approached the receptionist I forgot the name , we pay 300 for our 1 night and supposed to be he should charge 300 but he charged us 808 ,thanks god that time i don't put that much money in that bank so it will be denied,the problem is what if we have money in that account? what he will do is charge more than 2 nights, be responsible enough to double check the card machine when you are putting the amount because that time i was talking to someone on my phone that's why i didn't check it.. when we enter our room,there was no tissue, when we open the window full of poop so we decided to close the window,😞 the toilet was blocked, it's so hard to call the housekeeping they don't answer the phone,they don't even check or ask or feedback how was your room are you comfortable,the bed was so dirty ,there are so many stain in the bed cover and it's broken 😞😞😞 i felt so much disappointed that time... i couldn't imagine i will experienced that 😞😞😞 so please don't waste people money because we are paying, it's waste of time to go in ramada hotel , you will regret it .. that was so old hotel.. please be mindful for this .. I don't like to disappoint anyone who will read this comment but it was my experience in ramada.. so disappointed..

Checkin was pleasant and the staff were excellent. Room was average for a 4 star hotel. Room a/c system would not warm up and maintained room temp at 17degrees. Called reception to get maintenance to look at Aircon and the guys came did something and said it will warm to 22 degrees in about 30 min. Never happened. We turned the A/C off and slept the night.
Day 2
Complaint was lodged with front desk. They sent engineers again and same as day before. We went out for the day and came back to a freezing room. Called front desk and they decided to change room at about 1030pm. Next room smelt so bad that we went in and out. Apparently the carpet was cleaned and didn’t dry properly.
Next room allocated on the 8th floor. This room smelt of cigarette smell but I was told it was a non-smoking room. As it was about 11.30pm, we accepted the room and thought we could make do.
However, this room had the same temperature issue. The room was freezing and now smelt of cigarette. Issue didn’t stop here as now the laud music from the night club could be heard in the room and the base was very prominent. This went on till 4.45am. Hence didn’t get any sleep.
Day 3
Complaint to manager who was very apologetic and eventually shifted us to another room which was not perfect but doable. Hot water shower had no temp control, there was a big step into bath to have a shower but the Aircon worked and the room was clean so after the first couple of days experience, I was just happy.
Manager was very apologetic and offered dinner on the house. Great gesture but for the inconvenience we had to stand, I feel was not enough.
UAE prides on service and hospitality in the tourism market and this hotel by far is not a 4 star hotel. In its day, it may have been but not any more. Staff are excellent but there is a limited amount they can do. What I didn’t appreciate was being listed to for the smoking room. They were fully booked and I guess they had to put a guest somewhere.
Breakfast is average and probably not worth paying the extra amount for it.
One of the worst experience in an Abu Dhabi hotel.

The Ramada by Wyndham in Downtown Abu Dhabi is conveniently located in walking distance from the Abu Dhabi Mall, where there is money exchange and the start of the HopOnHopOff Big Bus, useful to get a first overview of the city.
My room on the 4th floor was large enough, had a good bed and was quiet at night. If I missed something it was a reading lamp by the writing desk, which made it impossible for me to use it at night. The whole lighting in the room was generally a bit weak. All fine was the bathroom.
On the top floor, the 9th, is a small pool with loungers next to it, which I used once, since nobody else was there. Towels are provided. Next to it is a fitness centre, but due to some back pain I had instead a good one hour massage by Thai staff, which can be had as well.
At the 'Sura' restaurant is a rich breakfast offered as of 6.30am, but also a dinner buffet, which I used during my stay. The food was mainly Italian, Arabic (Lebanon, Morocco) or Indian, when I was there. It changed every evening.

Due to pandemic its hard to travel and scary but as always Ramada downtown always makes me feel safe as i know that they are sanitizing the rooms and all of the facilities. A 4-star hotel with a very good price, located in a quiet area in the heart of Abu Dhabi, 5 min. distance from Abu Dhabi Mall. With a very friendly staff, very good facilities for dining (restaurant serving very good breakfast and real cafe in the lobby), entertainment (nice bar with Karaoke) and relaxation (very good spa facilities).

Excellent value for money. Good location. Prompt service. However, the Key cards never work on Lift access and frequently on room also. Each time we have to come down to Reception and ask them for fresh keys. Staff well aware of it, but seemed helpless.
