The breakfast is also sensational with various types of food, separated by countries (due to the various nationalities that visit the Emirates) and everything very organized and spaced. The juices are natural made from fruit at the time it is requested, which is a great advantage as they are not industrialized. The egg season is also organized and when ready take to the table, that is, you do not have to wait. One of the attractions of Abu Dhabi is in the hotel itself, overlooking the Etihad Towers which has a great view of the city itself. Level 45 at the Conrad Etihad Towers celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary with a High Tea. Compliments to the Chef for providing a delicious assortment of high class savories followed by scones with various condiments that included Jam,Clotted Cream, Lemon Curd and Fresh Strawberries. The deserts were heaven to the taste and again we were given quite a few different delicacies. All this wonderful food was complimented with a nice Champagne to toast our special wedding anniversary. We would like to give thanks to all the staff but especially to Carol our waitress for making our day so special and memorable. Later we were taken to the Observation Deck by Dinesh to conclude our afternoon looking at the terrific views over Abu Dhabi.

I stayed for a month at the Conrad Etihad Towers with my 2 children. I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and always come back due to the impeccable service, high standards and quality. Every member of staff was outstanding (Prima, Hani, Mandip, Ghea, Marianne, Lizza, Hamza, Tintu, Joy, and many more. These members of staff were like family to my children. My husband and I were blown away with generosity and effort the members of staff went to, thank you. Nahaam restaurant was excellent and the level of service again was outstanding. The pool area was perfect with pool staff ensuring fresh towels, ice lollies and water readily available. Adrien, Shree and Fergus thank you for everything. Adrien was so professional at all times and helpfulz my children adore him for his friendly attitude. The life guards were attentive always and lovely natured with the children. A special thanks to Tintu Tom who ensured our stay was as special and memorable as possible, continually checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. All management staff introduced themselves. I could review this hotel all day and speak about every members of staff from the pool to the restaurants to the lobby to the gym etc. what they all have in common is the best service and kindest and dedication throughout their job. I can ignore all the simple problems above except for what happened to me the 2nd day while I was sitting in the lobby. I ordered me coffee and their famous cheesecake. After I started eating, I discovered that the fork given to me was dirty and had not been washed well. For someone like me who is sensitive to this issue of cleanliness, I did not finish eating and did not drink coffee because I lost confidence in their seriousness in providing cleaned dishes and silverware . After I told the water that this was not permissible, he coldly told me that he would change them for me. I responded with a firm no and stated that I did not want to finish eating or drink coffee because I did not trust the cleanliness of their items. I was surprised that they still charged me for those items despite the inconvenience I experienced. There are small, unknown restaurants and cafes that are still respectable and prioritize customer satisfaction. At the very least, they would waive the charges. But here, the exact opposite happened. I kindly ask them to reconsider their approach and emphasize the importance of cleaning and taking care of food supplies and what is served to their guests.

Had an amazing stay at the Conrad, Abu Dhabi. From the warm greeting at the front door to the cheery farewell, this hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed at. The service levels at this hotel are 'off the scale', the staff are so very well trained & friendly and it shows.
The hotel is well situated to visit some of the amazing sights in Abu Dhabi - the Presidential Palace, The Louvre and the Grand Mosque - all easily accessible by an inexpensive taxi ride.
The hotel facilities are fantastic, it has 3 large swimming pools (one is for adults only), it also has a small beach area. there are plenty of loungers & umbrellas, and staff on hand,to provide you towels, and can bring you food and drinks from the pool side bar.
The rooms are maintained to the highest quality ( thanks Adeline) and provide great views over the city or the sea.
The gym / spa has 'top notch' gym equipment.
We had the half board package which allowed us to have a 3 course meal in 4 different restaurants - Lil Beirut, Sole, Rosewater, Nahaam. We tried them all, and all provided really good food and service.
This will certainly be our hotel of choice if we return to Abu Dhabi.

Me and my wife stayed here for 8 nights for our wedding anniversary. This hotel is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in, the staff go above and beyond for you, to the point we had a knock on our room door every night asking if we needed anything and every other night they hand a little token gift out to you.
From pulling up to the hotel we were greeted with staff opening our car doors and taking our luggage, fruit juice whilst checking in and a quick and easy process. We arrived around 11:30pm so the restaurants had closed however the reception team told us to spend 160 dirhams each from the room service in which they organised someone to take our order once we had managed to look at the in room menu. You can decide whether to pop a bank card down for payment so you can charge things to your room whilst staying or instead like us just pay whenever you need to.
The rooms were beautiful, we had the queen room which was a nice size overlooking both the pool and beach. A lot of nice touches in the rooms which you don’t usually see in other hotels.
We stayed half board and mainly ate in the rose water which was the buffet restaurant as we loved the food! They do drink packages on a night as well which helps you not spend too much.
Around the pool on a day time you got free bottles of water and then the staff also came round with little fruit juices and ice lollies now and again all free of charge.
We decided to go for a day in Dubai from Abu Dhabi and when pricing taxis up it was going to be very expensive nearly £200 return. With a bit of research I found a bus that costs just £5 each way instead and only takes an extra half an hour which was a great find.
Thankyou to everybody for making our stay so enjoyable it really is a great example of a 5 star.

The layout of the room was horrible, the TV was to the side of the bed and not able to move. The shower would flood after a few minutes. The bathroom had a motion sensor light that would turn the lights off after 5 minutes and you would have to open the shower door so the lights would turn back on. No takeout from any restaurant on site, even when I had small kids, I couldn’t take to the restaurant. Room service food was bad. The service at the hotel was pretty good from the bellman and valet.

Stayed in the hotel for the week of December 11, room 3503, the hotel is great - starting from the view from the window, the view of the bay and Qasr Al Watan. The room is large, well equipped, there is a bath and shower, all possible facilities, there is an iron with ironing board, a capsule coffee maker, with capsules, cups with platters for tea and coffee, glasses. Room service is available daily, in the evening additional room service is available. For breakfast, a buffet with an abundance of cuisines from Indian, Asian to European, lots of fresh fruit. This is our second visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. It is a really lovely place to stay. Our room was very nice and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was extremely good and each night we received a small gift in the room. Everywhere in the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The pools are really nice with one for adults only. The beach is great (which they also keep very clean) and always sun loungers available. There is a great choice of food, we went half board so also ate in the hotel restaurants which were very good. The buffet restaurant has a very good variety catering for all requirements. We stayed over New Year and there were lots of packages to celebrate the new year in. We chose the level 74 to see the fireworks which was very nice but on hindsight I think the gala on the ground floor looked better as they had live music and were outside. This was our 3rd stay at Conrad Etihad Towers and yet again it did not disappoint. From our check-in, Lory was extremely helpful, and despite a couple of hiccups, we were able to finally unpack and start to relax. Meryem the guest relations manager made sure that we were happy and settled, ensuring that we had everything that we needed. Meryem remembered us from last time which made us feel very special and was so attentive that we felt like royalty. I cannot stress how welcoming, helpful and attentive all the staff are at this hotel, although I must stress that after visiting twice before we do take this for granted, knowing that we will be spoilt by everyone that we encounter during our stay. From the concierge team who meet you as you arrive, through the reception and guest relations team in reception, onto the dining teams in all of the restaurants and the housekeeping teams who keep the rooms and guest areas absolutely spotless nothing is too much trouble or effort for these people who actually go above and beyond what is expected. I have to give a special mention to the Rosewater Team, especially Lizza, Prima, Mandip, Hani, Letitia, Marianne, Gitea for making our stay so special, but also the rest of the team as well. Chef Surya is also worth a special mention as he went out of his way to provide me with options for my special dietry requirements. Rays bar (floor62), is always worth a visit with a nice pint of very cold beer, and fantastic views over the Corniche and surrounding areas. Sometimes the music is very loud, although if it is possible (and you ask nicely ), they will turn it down slightly so that you can at least hold a conversation.
