I stayed in Park Inn for 3 months, some part alone and some with family.
All staff is very nice and genuinely helpful. Rooms were always clean.
Small small things makes your stay comfortable e.g. there were always plenty of water bottles, coffee etc. and housekeeping was prompt to clean the room when our 1 and half year old baby make it a mess.
Specially I want to thank breakfast staff Arum, Arun, Akhron, Hmingtei, Manish, John, Sandip and all who are not in this list but did justice to their work and always kept smiles on their faces. A smile and good greet in morning makes the day.
I have stayed more than 100 hotels across the globe ranging from standard to 5 star but never bothered to write a review. But I would like to thank housekeeping and breakfast staff of Park Inn to make my and family days comfortable and memorable.

This is a very well located good hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean and the staff excellent. The breakfast is very good, with a varied choice, and the food at the Amerigos restaurant is very good. You get a free pass onto Yas Beach, there is a shuttle to Yas Beach and Yas Mall, and it is across the road from Yas Marina Circuit. The Yas Express complimentary shuttle buses also stop across the road. I did have one issue which I have highlighted in my review of the Amerigos Restaurant which I will summarise here. There is a happy hour 50% off but that is only from Sunday to Wednesday, the full price for a pint of beer is £10. If you stay here you will also get 20% off the bill at the restaurant. I got a hotel transfer from the airport which was AED 110, my taxi fare back was less than half that price. If I came back I would stay here again.

Me and my husband stayed 2 weeks at the Park Inn hotel. We had a beautiful room, with a balcony and a nice view. The staff was amazing, especially Peter at the reception who was really professional/polite and answered perfectly to all our expectations. We are used to stay in hotels, and Peter is so far the best. As well as Mary who was in charge of cleaning our room, she did an amazing job, our room was always cleaned and fully replenished (towels, water, cups...), she was even doing extra work as preparing decoration in our room for Valentines day. We had an amazing stay during Valentine's day. I made a reservation and got assisted by Rhea who is very friendly and warm to us from the reception team and upon our check in and as we entered our room our bed was perfectly set up for Valentine's day with red rose petals as shown in the picture. Wanted to mention Gajendra and Raquel who made sure everything is set up and to the housekeeping attendant Mary. We then had dinner in their restaurant called Amerigos and we got assisted by Clair who is also very assistive and helped us choose some items in the menu as it is our first time to try. We will never forget you guys for the best ever stay experience at Park Inn. You are a part of this milestone to our relationship. Many thanks everyone for looking after us. This property has now become my favorite hotel in Abu Dhabi - they have all the professional hospitality staff members and indeed a Five (5) star experience it was💜.

Safety precautionary measures are followed upon arrival. Your temperature will be initially checked while entering the hotel premises. We were warmly greeted by Marj and assisted us with the check-in process as well as all the details regarding pre-booking of swimming pool usage, Yas beach shuttle, and even ladies night schedule. 😊 She’s helpful and very accommodating. Our room is with a great view, good lighting, fully sanitized, and equipt with our essential needs for our stay. We requested slippers and additional water which was accommodated in a very timely manner. So far, all the staff we have encountered are friendly.

A wonderful experience staying at Park Inn. Being on a work trip, everyday/time coming back to a place full of friendly people with their pleasant warm personalities almost made me feel like am coming back home. A shout out to some members like Siyumi, Lama and Benjamin who’s hospitality really made me feel like part of a family! This being my second stay here, I’ve noticed things amped up and better than the last experience, which is a great sign that they are always striving to give people the best stay possible. Another shout out to the Housekeeping teams, who were always supportive and flexible to meet my needs based on my timings and keep my room clean always. Great Going Park Inn. We were group of 6 people in 3 rooms on different floors. Rooms were not prepared as they should be... but they tried to solve this problem as fast as possible. My friends who were on second floor had problem with service room almost every day - no towels or shower gel etc... I stayed on fourth floor and room service was PERFECT thanks to SAMUEL. Everything was nice and clean, clean towels every day and he paid attention to shower gel, toilet paper, bottle water etc. Just PERFECT every day for whole 2,5 weeks we stayed there. Breakfast are very good there, just too much people during weekend...

I had called the hotel a few days before and I spoke to the very helpful Peter who was head of guest services. He helped me a lot over the phone with my questions and Peter and the Marj also followed up with 2 other courtesy calls before our arrival. So we felt like they already knew us before we arrived. So then Peter and Marj also arranged a free upgrade to a suite for my family which was a lovely surprise. Mr Samuel was an excellent help in housekeeping. Any time we needed something moved or needed extra items he was very fast and had very friendly interaction with our kids by arranging our towels into wild animals. Mr Samuel and also Swadheen in house keeping went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel has a wonderful outdoor seating area for breakfast which is a bit easier when you have kids. The breakfast restaurant staff were fantastic. Again the likes of Arrum, Froileann Mr Lama and Mr John were always more than happy to go further and help us no matter how many times our youngest dropped his cutlery from the table or helping him to the table while he carried some of the delicious food prepared by the chef. It is a wonderful location on Yas Island and the pool at the back of the hotel overlooks the golf course and the sea. There is a really good tennis court and coach there too that I think you can book lessons with and also there is a nice playground for the kids which is very safe and clean. I would have no problem recommending the hotel especially if they keep on those wonderful staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights .. we were in group n all were Jain. They served tasty jain food for breakfast like idli sambhar , dal rice...dal rice in breakfast sounds odd but it was superb... It's going to be a little tight, they provide baby cots, great for 2 year olds...might be uncomfortable for children taller than 85cms. There are two restaurants at the park inn, more at radisson blu, I'm sure you can check out the menu's if you do a little bit if research about the hotels and restaurants in there. I would plan about 200 dhs per adult 120 dhs per child per meal. YAS mall is close by, if you want cheaper alternates, they have IKEA, and tons of other restaurants and food establishments.

Hi, there is a Yas Island free shuttle bus which stops at one of the entrances to the circuit. This free bus is just across the road from hotel.
