It was a great stay. My whole family enjoyed it. I have travelled lot but I must say your facilities are better than some of the 5-star facilities I stayed. Frankly speaking I never heard of your hotel chain as it is mainly in UAE. I was bit apprehensive but your facility surpassed all my expectation. Thank you and keep up the good work. Greetings!

The Rotana team (reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant) were really good and took good care of us. the rooms were good and it has good play area for kids and the swimming pool was also good. The only small issue is flight noise during the night.
