What a stay it was, all thanks to the best receptionist we ever encountered Ryan! Eventhough it was late and after searching for more than 3 hotels to check in too, Ryan was kind enough to give us a fast and smooth check-in even with a smile and hospitable manner. He was also kind enough to upgrade us and consider giving us late check out. I really appreciate how he understood in giving us late check out, given we were exhausted at around 2-3am. Moreover, he even checked on us after settling down in the room. Now this was actually our second stay in the hotel and he has been by far the only one who had followed the hospitality standard so far out of all the staff in the hotel. Given the fact that I am a hotelier myself, I have noticed that majority of the staff do not follow the standard especially when it comes to answering phones. Everything was perfect. Lobby is very nice and pleasant smell outstanding. Check in and checkout was very smooth all the team did the great job I highly recommended this hotel to all Abu Dhabi visitors rooms are outstanding specially studio view was amazing cleaning is at its highest level proper hygienic and well maintained Special thanks to adil and nisar hk team to make my stay comfortable and my family was also very happy. We stayed at the hotel for 1 night only for our anniversary. As hoteliers ourselves, we would like to say that we are very understanding. We tried not to make any complaints during our stay just because of this reason. We did not want to be seen like we are seeking compensation. But receiving survey links through whatsapp 3 times is ridiculous. I will give the property exactly what they want to hear. (I doubt whoever is the head of Front Office cares at all about this property and who they hire nor supervise how these people act. But still.) First off, Wissal is working by force. No greeting, no smiling, face mask under the nose, im speaking to her in English yet she prefers to reply my questions in Arabic to my fiance completely ignoring my presence even when i made clear that i'm NOT an Arabic speaker. Second, we went up to the pool, there was no one to guide us where to go and we obviously didn't want to use what we thought of "fire exit" stairs like roaming around by ourselves. I had to pick up the recreation duty mobile and dial 0. I'm quoting exactly what the philipino lady from reception said; "ma'am i told you already 18th floor." I explained we are calling from the pool desk and she said "there is someone already ask them" i hanged up. Why would i call and ask from pool desk then??? She didn't mind to listen. Even in the lowest of low hotels you will NEVER see ANYONE speaking like this. She was sighing on phone. We went down, my fiance confessed that he requested for amenities during booking but it wasn't placed and apologized from me for something that is not his responsibility. When he approached Guest relations desk, (i'm assuming this long black haired Arabic speaker lady owns the property, she did not stood up, greet nor smiled at my fiance.) She told him that she will provide a cake while we are outside (HE CONFIRMED THE DELIVERY AND INFORMED HER THE ROOM IS ON DND) and that the towel art is chargable. In which hotel is towel art chargable? just assist the guest and make something simple, you clearly forgot our cake request and you are still bargaining. Do not get me wrong, the rate we got this night was literally free. We chose this hotel just because we had to go somewhere near by and we wanted to try since the rate is super low but oh boy. You can pay EVEN CHEAPER to the neighbouring hotels and feel literally at home. our case was not affordability to chose this hotel but all i can see is staff is the mirror of the prices. They have let go of this hotels roots and name. I saved the best part for last. When we went up to our room, i simply lost it. In between bed and the night stand, there is literal chips and rubbish from the previous guest and a FAKE EYELASH on the night stand. I really did not want to ruin my anniversary since my fiance went above and beyond to match our available days. I didn't want him to feel horrible because he was the one who chose this hotel. But what kept me awake was the huge handprint on that bed frame. I'm assuming it's some type of oil. I couldn't sleep straight untill 11am because i have to be stupid to not see what had happened in this room and how this room was sold at it's state. After this embarassment of an experience that this hotel staff made us go through, i would've shut the hotel and focus on my hobbies instead. I stayed here several times, rooms are super clean and luxury. Decor is super perfect, and the staff is very professional and friendly. The swimming pool and gym facility available housekeeping carmoo nisar did a great job to make our stay comfortable.

Location: this hotel has excellent location. Check in: had a to wait for a few minutes as the hotel was busy. When it came my turn, Jing was very efficient and friendly. Room: spacious and quiet Bellman: was very helpful and quick. Other than this we don't have much interaction with other staff and due to short stay we didn't use other facilities. Would love to stay again, should we travel back to Abu Dhabi.

The room was not clean properly, the carpets are dirty and with stain. There were only one towel and amenities although they charge extra for additional person which never happened with all hotels i visited. I understand if there is a third person but charging for the second person and there is nothing mentioned about it. It is not about the amount but rather the expectation just went down. But I appreciate Wissal from reception because she assisted us on our first visit here and took care of us. But they have cancelled my booking through Booking.com even though I arrived at the property.

Semphony Restaurant I have booked group on voucher for 2 person iftar and I reserved table through website hotel when I come the welcoming is very bad The treatment is very bad also they said it’s fully booked just wait if someone not come will give you table they treat us like animals all staff they have very rude attitude even the mangers they can’t solve the problem and restaurant isn’t fully booked as they said after 30 min they give us a table in the corner we start to eat then the local guest came they want us transfer to other table one lady come to me maybe she’s manger I don’t know how she asked to transfer to other table I told her I will transfer not for you for the guest she taking with very rude attitude. food is not tasty buffet isn’t same as they sharing on group on I did not advise anyone to come here very pour quality and This first & last time to come here…

The worst hotel ever. The room was horrible, dirty and smelly. No amenities. I asked for a non smoking room, they put me in a smoking room i couldn't breath. The duty manager came to my room knocking on my door at 3AM in the morning. I asked them to change my room they told me they r fully booked. They didnt give me a refund. Worst Hotel Ever

When I arrived there was an issue with me not having my physical ID. This was sorted very efficiently by Wissal who is an absolute legend. She will do everything within her power to address concerns. I wanted to enter the gym at 6am and it opens at 8am she also arranged for the gym to be opened at 6am for me. The room was nice and clean. The only poor point was the food, I ordered room service and the food was bland and tasteless. My second night I got a takeaway and took it back with me as the food was that poor!!
