We spent a family vacation at this hotel, staying in a spacious family room with 1 King size bed, 2 actual beds for the children, 2 toilets, walk-in closet and a little kitchen. The room equipment was excellent and very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and especially front desk very helpful and attentive (one of us fell ill). Food was OK, nothing spectacular. We mostly went to eat out. The pool and beach were really nice and enjoyable. Short distance to some of the main tourist attractions, which can easily be explored without paying for a tour. Taxis are cheap.

The hotel management was perfect .stay . Facility ( reception , horizon resturent , massage , pool , beach and health club were very good , staff very friendly and welcoming to their guest perfect , the food in kammon resturent was very good while the service in Kammon resturent was not good at all .

Everything about this hotel is really excellent. The rooms are big, well designed and comfortable. The balcony overlooking Qasr Al Watan The President Palace, which is on walking distance. Situated on Corniche str., close to beach clubs, opposite the Emirates Palace hotel. The beach and the pools of the hotel are great and the food is excellent. Overall it was a beautiful experience.

Cleaner room, excellent food, nice staff. If we need, they help us with everything. Nothing was a problem. We need late check out and it was possible without charge. I hope that we will go there again.

When ever I have an appointment at Abu Dhabi I stay in this hotel. They have the best customer service, great location, good food and very nice, clean rooms. I cannot think about anything that was not great.

Our first time to Abu Dhabi. Came for the formula 1. The hotel stay was perfect, We arrived later than expected due to flight delay so we missed dinner, which they let us have lunch the next day which was so kind. As we were half board. The room was clean, the staff were so friendly always said hello. Food was delicious. Beach was beautiful and the pool was just lovely we enjoyed evening swims. We will definitely be back!

Had a very enjoyable stay short break at this hotel. It was very clean and everyone seemed to be very friendly and helpful. My son really loved the animation activities and team (Lera and Malika) . They were one of the highlights for him. Super friendly, fun and inclusive of big kids like myself too. He was very sad when we left as he enjoyed the activities so much. The only thing I found frustrating with the hotel was the checking in process (which they messed up) and wasn’t fun to deal with after an overnight flight with zero sleep. Other than that, all good.
