Stayed here for a month whilst working in Abu Dhabi. The location is out the main city but handy to the airport and on the road to Dubai. The staff here are excellent; polite and accommodating. The daily cleaning staff were professional. My room was serviced meticulously each day and Reheme ensured I had everything I needed including additional water each day. Geo was also fabulous and stopped to check that everything was ok. The staff arranged a complimentary anniversary surprise with the room beautifully decorated and delicious heart-shaped cakes. The breakfast selection was extensive and both Jennifer and Camille were delightful hosts. By the second day I was greeted by name and my coffee order was remembered and appeared daily from then onwards. Thank you for a comfortable stay. I will certainly recommend to others.

Nice hotel with professional staffs and lot of choices for food. Swimming pool with attached bar was good addons . Rooms were clean / sound proof/ TV with connectivity open to work with your device /laptops and i find this unique that there is no door bell to give you ting tong wake up :P

I have stayed here a couple of times and the staff are always warm and friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are first class and staying in a 1 bed apartment you have the added benefit of a kitchen, washing machine. Highly recommend this hotel and ideally suited for business travelers to Abu Dhabi

It’s a good hotel, I stayed many times. But this time was frustrated, I made my reservation by call at 3:30pm and they confirmed to me, once I reach to hotel they told me to take the other entrance as the renovation is there, when I ask the receptionist she said no renovations but the entire park rotana booked by a company, then I been transferred to Arjan, and they told room service will be the same as in park R. later on the hotel staff told me that park rotana is fully reserved for quarantine and there was no transparency as a customer I have the right to know. Room service also was not allowed to serve fully as park R. Better to be transparency especially with customer from the beginning. Thanks

I've stayed here twice, first for business travel and then i came back for a holiday. The staff are excellent. Door staff, reception staff, lifeguards and housekeeping all very polite attentive and efficient. The hotel is well designed, well run, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, quiet and have good facilities. This is a good location to either explore the city, or alternatively just to spend a few days relaxing. The gym, pool, sun loungers, tennis court, and restaurants give you plenty of options. Food is good and they have a British themed pub on site. PCR tests are easily arranged and they will come to the hotel for much less than you would pay in the UK Car parking is available for guests They have a childrens pool and tennis and swimming lessons can be arranged easily The only improvement i would suggest is that the lobby area is fragmented and a little sterile, mostly taken up with a little-used cafe, divided into two parts. It would be nice to have a more social and relaxing area with a few english newspapers available, to encourage guests out of their rooms more.

This hotel was beautiful. We arrived in the evening and had dinner on property and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated with two queen beds, a walk in shower, a bidet and toilet, double sinks and a huge picture window. We also used the outside pool and bar area as well as the lounging area in the evening. Both breakfast and dinner were very delicious and there were many selections to choose from. I had no complaints about my staff at this hotel.

Booked in rotana but moved to arjan. Get to the room and I was booked over the pub where I could not sleep due to the loud sound Secondly I repeated to all reception of my partner arriving late with all his details and requested not to be disturbed. A lovely hotel with amazing friendly staff from the doorman ‘George’ in particular, the pool attendants to those who tidy the rooms. In particular Abdul Awal who leaves the room spotless and always ask if we need anything if we see him. The towel arrangements left on the immaculate bed make us smile and appreciate life in the hotel. The waitresses, waiters and front of house in the dining room work tirelessly.

During my journey in the United Arab Emirates, the Park Rotana Hotel was “home” for my wife and I for the three days we were in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is large, but maintains a boutique hotel feel because of the friendly professionalism of the outstanding staff. The front desk staff made check in and check out very smooth and were helpful in answering questions.
We stayed in Room 528 which provided a nice view of the surrounding area. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had modern appointments and was spotlessly clean. Before entering the room, there was a tape seal letting us know that the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival!
Our breakfast was included during our stay and was served at Ginger Restaurant; the food was delicious and had a nice variety. The ParKafe is a small café in the lobby that served hot and cold beverages as well as light food offerings such as sandwiches and baked items.
The accommodations at Park Rotana are outstanding and will satisfy the most discriminating tastes!

As LesG12665 mentioned the sun is up almost all through the day and we also have sunbeds situated around the pool area so that even as the sun shifts you can still find a place to relax.
