Not perfect but it’s good, the fridge was not working, the noise level is very high ,front desk promised me to change the room but they didn’t do it,tv is not working properly , overall is good but not very good , it can be better with the amount I paid

We stayed at this hotel for 6 day. The location was not the best in Abu Dhabi but we felt here so good ande valued and spoiled so we didn't mind in the end about it. All the stuff is so attentive and kind and client oriented. It was amazing. Good breakfast. We thank to all the staff that worked to make our stay an amazing vacation.

- Reserve the 2 Parking spots in front of the entrance door in Basement Parking 2 for Handicap people & don't allow others to park there except Handicap people. - Bath tubes are no longer valid now days, changing them to standing showers will be more practical & feasible. - Improve the house keeping workers to higher standard, got tired of calling them to bring more towels. CRISTAL HOTEL is the best & greatest Hotel in Abu Dhabi, my second home & no other place like it.

The staffs were very kind and helpful.The location was amazing in the centre of Abu Dhabi,next to mall,hospital and restaurants. There was parking facilities included which was also amazing. Overall this stay was one of our best stays.

Arju was fantastic from day one and extremely courteous. We were confused with our date of stay and Arju anticipated the same without prior communication and held the booking for us. We're able to check in safely later on with no issues what so ever. Excellent room, spacious, very clean toilets and comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay in a city where we spent nearly decade of our lifetime.

Very pleasant as usual. Room service and housekeeping staffs are very cooperative. Reception area and cafe are is very nice . Hotel location is big bonus as it's right at the city center. Check in and check out are smooth. On downside Room 805 s toilet flush needs repairing.

Excellent service, friendly staff, very good breakfast, perfect location, very comfortable room. Super fast night room service. Excellent airport transfer with luxurious auto. Excellent bar with live music in 17th. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and we will come back again in a year.
