Very good food, expecially served by Waqar, nice and super fast. My advice is to try it at least you can confirm my opinion. I propose him as a supervisor. The food is always warm and fresh,they replace the empty pod immediately with the full one.

There are so many positive reasons why we never regretted staying at this Property. So how do I start my review?
1. The promo price last Eid even included breakfast buffet at the Choices restaurant, which is one of the best restaurants in Qatar. It is the most economical yet deluxe deal one could ever avail and be proud of.
2. The management made sure the customers are informed of the minimum safety and health protocols due to pandemic. Stubs or appointments for using facilities are duly coordinated. Routine cleaning doesn't need to be requested as you can see the duty cleaners will come and tidy up the rooms.
3. Special thanks to all staff who assisted us, Mr. Manuel Luna, the Chefs and waiters from Choices, among others, who did excellent job.
4. Restaurants within the hotel premises are promising. No need to plan to dine outside as there are a lot of cuisine to choose from.

Cleanliness of the place is superb compared to the other four star hotels here in doha. We are very picky when it comes to clean air conditioned room at clean carpet because my family has allergic rhinitis. The price of the room is fair enough for a single room with 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool is well maintained. I was amazed o. The food selection of the breakfast buffet. Splendid array of food being served. From Asian , European to American breakfast, they all have them. If you have some preferences, you can ask them to cook it for you. From the waitresses to the Chef de Cuisine, chef Nicolas Maligaya, they all took time to ask make sure that our morning breakfast experience would be memorable. They even provided a small cake for my boy to blow when they found out that we are staying here to celebrate his birthday. Thank you. Truly made our stay memorable. Will come back again next week to celebrate my other son’s birthday.

We had a most enjoyable stay in the Oryx Rotana Hotel in Doha When we arrived at the hotel we asked if we could avail of an early check in and a late check out the following night and they accommodated us and they also didn’t fleece us on the price which was good. The Hotel looks quite ordinary on the outside but is extremely luxurious on the inside and the Lobby is huge with a glass elevator in the centre which is most impressive. Our room was lovely, very comfortable with everything you require. Breakfast was most impressive with an array of food to please every nationality that would visit. We also ate in the Cellar Tapas Restaurant, it was lovely and the staff so attentive. We also took a driver from the Hotel and he took us around Doha on a sightseeing trip for about an hour and a half and it was quite reasonable and very enjoyable and if your time is short I would thoroughly recommend doing that. The following day we took the Bus Tour which was a bit long and we sort of doubled up on what we had seen the previous day with our driver. We went to the Museum housing the Islamic Art and it was so impressive and interesting, would recommend a visit there. Also went to the Souk and ate in Le Parisa, not cheap, but the food was very good and it seemed to be a spot where all the Quatarians ate too. Overall we had a great stay.

Did not seek this hotel out in Doha, nor any hotel but was put up here due to a missed flight connection by Qatar Air. The hotel was very efficient and accomodating for our short stay, plenty of place to eat from an extensive buffet to a fine dining option and finally a great casual outdoor/indoor patio with shisha, alcohol, huge TV's with sports on, and a variety of traditional Persian food items.
Seems more suited for business than pleasure but they also did have a nightclub as well so maybe locals come here along with tourists to cut loose. Anyways, wasnt very central or walkable to anything from a tourists standpoint. Rooms were nice and clean, and my stay there was comfortable. Didnt have time to use any amenities. I have no idea how much the room cost but after looking online rates seem to be very reasonable for what you get.

I stayed at the Oryx Rotana at the end of November for 2 weeks whilst working in Doha. The hotel is approximately a 10 minute shuttle bus/taxi away from the Airport. The hotel is conveniently located and is only a short taxi ride away from anywhere in Doha (Taxi's are very cheap). The new Metro (underground) also has a station (Umm Ghawailina) on the red line a few minutes walk from the hotel. There are a number of lovely restaurants in the hotel, with plenty of variety/choice. There is quite a good gym at the hotel, with plenty of cardio and weights and also a nice swimming pool area. The rooms are very nice and are what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Note:- Some rooms outlook into the glass covered reception area, and some rooms have an external view. I can't praise the staff at the Oryx enough, they are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I I will be staying here again for 2 weeks early in January.

Qatar airways booked us here for an overnight layover. It's a very attractive hotel with at least four restaurants on the premises. The room is large and comfortably set up. The bed is firm but not hard. Only downside is that they have only a duvet cover, which is too warm for the climate. The shower is huge! It has both an overhead "rain" type shower and a wall-mounted hand sprayer, and a bench for your supplies or your partner. We are at the out-door Arabic restaurant. The food was great!

So we decided to celebrate our anniversary at The choices by Hyatt Regency Oryx near the old airport, Doha. We had read some amazing reviews on Google and trip advisor. We had buy one get one offer on Entertainer / Mybook. This was a good deal as the Weekend Friday International BBQ night buffet is priced at QAR 220 so getting two dine ins at this price was absolutely worth it.
Ambience was spot on with very open and cozy space, Aesthatics are really nice as the lighting is dim at places and bright at other places making it very romantic and peaceful place. The seating is also strategically placed for easy access to food stalls. Talking of food stalls, they are categorized into main courses, sides, beverages and desserts . They have live cooking stations for pizzas and baked goodies, pasta station is also impressive , I liked the way they have placed all condiments in a decorative style. Apart from this there was the live grill with lamb, chicken and seafood items, a heaven for meatlovers.
Now let's talk about the food taste and variety. The food was very high quality and the taste was so good. They had a wide range of food items from Indian to Mediterranean, from Asian to continental. I was amazed by the salad bar and appetizers range, it was enormous. The fresh juices were made to order and were absolutely perfect with no artificial additives, pure fresh juices.
As I have a sweet tooth, I was waiting to try the desserts, they had everything, from cakes to pastries, from Arabic sweets to French tarts.
Finally let's talk about the staff, they were super friendly and attentive, passionate and understood customer needs very well. The manager Sujith was so attentive that infact he was walking to all customers and asking if they needed anything more, this is customer service truly beyond expectations. They brought us a special cake for our anniversary, this was unexpected and pleasantly surprising for us.
I would suggest this restaurant to anyone who is reading this review, you will thank me after you try. It is total value for money. Do check them out.
Next, I would try their breakfast buffet which I have read is amongst the best in Doha. Surely look forward to have it and share my reviews soon.

Yes, there is an evening buffet and it’s very good. I think it is 100 for hotel guests except the seafood buffet on Thursday night is about 175. Good values.
