Thaer the personal trainer, the people at main lobby, and the parking staff were friendly, helpful and problem solving oriented to make sure i was comfortable and feeling at home. Thaer helped my elderly mom with accessibility to the pool and the gym area.
Great service over all, the staff were excellent. the rooms were clean, great views. The staff did their best to make sure our stay was comfortable, the breakfast staff were great. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
Hello ! As a famille trip for a weeding , we are very grateful to all your HOTEL staff as they treat us Very good . The Hotel receptionist , Aly was very respectful and available with all of us ALAO . Thank you for the hospitality and see you soon In Shaa Allah. Wade Fam ♥️
I’ve stayed at this venue before and it was ok fir the task I was on. This time was a total disaster. Lebanon is a mess a complete joke. The hotel Charged me 78 US dollars for a salmon dinner and honestly it was nothing to write about. The most basic of dishes. Then breakfast to the room was pathetic, runny eggs, burnt mushrooms and hard toast like it was a week old. Honestly the cost is a complete joke. No wonder Western or asian tourists don’t visit Lebanon it’s s failed country. I’d never use this hotel again! They laughed when I questioned the bill! Laughed! Never again
I loved the atmosphere ( music and view ) , But im sorry to hear that 5 stars chain hotel don’t have fresh orange juice. I told him it’s written on the menu he said only for morning bla bla bla 😫 I hope next time you serve your guests more efficient….
Al Habtoor hotel is the best hotel👌👌Great location, perfect view from the room, great food, clean, comfortable bed and lovely staff, the swimming pools are very nice will definitely recommend it to family and Friends . 👍👍
The accommodation is fine. We were on the 17th floor and had a scary wobbly railing on our balcony. Otherwise the rooms were fine. What was bad? The food. My gosh. How can a hotel in a good Mecca of a city serve such absolute rubbish meals which are so overpriced? Do yourself a favor - stay here by all means by eat outside the hotel. The best thing on the menu is a hamburger which is a travesty in Lebanon.
Stayed at this Hotel with my family earlier this month. We were placed on the 16th floor and got an executive room! Found the room to be well equipped and very clean. Breakfast on the 31st floor overlooking the capital (great view). Staff were very professional and friendly, they took a great care of us, especially Naji, Carine and Sara! Will definitely stay there again next time in Beirut! Great Job!
The hotel is good overall and staff are very friendly to assist. Furniture is a bit old for a 5 star hotel standard. As a Honor member I did not receive any special treatment nor welcoming. The value was a bit over priced compared to the provided services. I was shifted twice between rooms due to water leakage and AC issues.
Overall, a great hotel. Room was great, and quite spacious and was cleaned regularly and very well. Pool was fine, though not too big. Fitness was great. Did not try the spa. Service was great. The breakfast was also great with a beautiful view of Beirut, at about 16-17 dollars per person (900k Lebanese pounds per person currently). We only found two downsides: 1. It is located a bit from the city centre, so requires a taxi of 10-20 minutes every time you want to check out the city. 2. The Hotel basically scams with offering Taxi service from the Airport. In reality, you should be paying about 120k libanese pounds (about 4 dollars, use Uber to get this price) but hotel charged us 45 USD (!!), knowing that we were unaware of the standard price.
