I went with my family for a 2 night stay, I have to say it was an amazing experience from the door step till the last minute right after checkout! Over the top service, 5 stars all the way. Thank you!
Its one of the most luxurious hotel i have ever visited The staff were amazing with a beautiful smile welcoming the guests. Amazing service too at Le Beach Pop Up restaurant with excellent service especially from Mr Abbas. I really truly recommend this beautiful hotel.
I had 5 days at the hotel and overall my stay was very comfortable. The pool and gym were top notch and very clean. The staff in the gym, room service and cleaning your rooms were very friendly and thorough, always meeting you with a smile. And I felt safe as a solo female traveller. I did have an issue I wouldn’t have expected from a 5 star hotel. My second day I tried to arrange a private guide of the city. The front desk staff told me to come back later at 2pm when the concierge arrived. When I came back, I was told he wasn’t in and come back tomorrow. Tried again the next day - no concierge. In short, over the course of 3 days - there was no concierge and front desk kept giving me excuses. Finally, they told me they sorted the tour and to contact the guide to arrange a time. I meet the guide the next day and he asks me if I arranged the Kempinski car for the tour. What? The hotel did not inform me cars have to be booked on top of the tour separately which also doubles the price. This is the hotel’s responsibility to communicate that information to the guest. The concierge would have known this. The hotel manager came out and did apologize but I felt it was not authentic nor did she take accountability that this was the hotel’s mistake or acknowledge that the concierge was out all week. In the end, the tour was cancelled and I did not see the city and was leaving the next day. Additionally, the guide was very rude - I couldn’t believe the hotel would recommend this person. This is a mistake I would expect from a 3 star hotel not a 5 star hotel. My advice to the Kempinski - hire a backup concierge. All your operations fell apart due to 1 person being out of office. Talk about single point of failure.…
I had a business meeting at the lobby with several Executives, and I cannot but mention the professional service at the lobby and the quality of drinks served. We also met the F&B Director who helped one of the managers to book a room at the hotel. Excellent hospitality, and looking forward for many other meetings to be held there. Keep it up ;)
The service was amazing, I was really excited about visiting The Jet Bar at Kempinski Beirut. The place is so elegant with an awesome vibe, delicious food, wine wow. Plus, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Loved this place and can totally recommend it, ideal for those who want a romantic dinner. At the end, I want to mention Mrs Cheryl Makhlouf in this review! She is so kind! She really made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
Thank u kempenski for this great stay that we enjoyed too much. The staff is amazing and well trained.The hotel room is clean abd spacious with resort view. The food is good, the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious.the overall experience there was wonderdul.

I stayed for one night and prePaid extra for Sea View room and got a lower category without compensation. Rip off, their Excuse was hotel was full. Otherwise location, overall cleanliness, swimming pool were ok. Rooms are smart equipped and comfortable.
Where do I start? From the moment we arrived and until we left, the experience was stellar. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe room with a resort facing view by the lovely lady in red, Elise. Our room was perfect and rose petals had been laid out on the bed. All the amenities were excellent. Razan was also quite helpful in helping my husband order a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me (it was our anniversary). From housekeeping to room service, at the pool side, beach front or the different restaurants, it was a 5-star experience all the way. Summerland resort itself was another vibe. The sangria, the music, the large pools and waterfront! Indeed a perfect summer’s day. Kempinski Summerland made our vacation special and we cannot wait to visit again!
Unfortunately, I had cash that was inside my duffle stolen, approx. $750 USD. The duffle never left my room and the only one who entered my room was housekeeping. I made a report but the security at the hotel did nothing about it. Merely conducted a ruse of an investigation and I was then informed that the person that cleaned my room denied taking any money...not that I would think they would admit. The hotel then told me it was my word against theirs and left it at that. I would not recommend, what five star hotel allows theft occur and without any consequences after the fact...Kempinski Beirut. *Reviewed this hotel on google and received a very passive aggressive response from their general manager Markus Iseli stating their "investigation found nothing" and they provide "safety deposit boxes" ...or maybe just dont have your employees steal from guests..thats also a suggestion for you.... And maybe actually try to help your guest instead of spewing generic lines "our investigation" what investigation? I was literally told its your word against theirs. Stay away from this hotel.…
