The team makes it 5 but the venue needs to undergo an excessive renovation. The outside terraces and swimming pools (adults/ kids) are far better than the inside of the hotel. Food is pretty amazing wether it is from room services or pool snack or main restaurant. Housekeeping is poor A big shout out to the in charge manager Haitham S. Moussa who did his best to ease things and to accommodate our requests and managed to make the stay a pleasant one after all
This place is highly recommended. I love how welcoming Farah from reservations is and the smile she keeps on her face. Appreciating how despite the bad conditions we still see people around like this! Keep it up guys.
We stayed here for 7 nights and it was during the protests, but you would never know because the hotel is far enough away from the center of the city. The staff members were very helpful, especially Mirvat El Hok - her English was great and she always helped us get a taxi, let us know how much the taxi would be, and more. Our room/s were fine, with a balcony. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking but ok. The room service was quick, and the hotel was quiet. Overall, average, and sure, we would stay here again if and when we return.
By far the worst hotel experience of our life! If i could put less than 1 star i would ! The staff is not friendly ! The rooms are dirty and the hotel amneties are just horrible with insects everywhere! This hotel deserves a max of 2 stars ! A 5 star with plastic cups in the room, a rude staff. The following pictures will tell you the rest...
Not a five star hotel, everything is very basic. If your looking for quality don’t bother going to this hotel. Look at the pictures and you will see as words will not express the disappointment we felt when staying in this hotel
Whoever tells you otherwise, the people here are amongst the best people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are kind and generous, and are all absolutely professional. Everything about a 5 star hotel is here and they're all so helpful in what to do, places to go, events that are happening. They're all smiling 24 hours a day without a glimmer or shadow of a problem. Ali, from the restaurant was absolutely brilliant and perfect. The main lady at the front, Farah, was indispensable and helped us with everything. We've had an absolutely amazing time here and one to remember for a long time.
we passed a great weekend in this hotel. the service was great the food was greater plus the pool was awesome. It s close also To 2 malls. The waiters are professional and the réception was very helpfull.
I recently visited Lebanon with my family and spent most of my time in my home town Sour, we decided to visit Beirut for 2 days and booked at the Coral Beach. To say the Least , the staff was unprofessional and rude. Since customer service is a No1 priority in the United States, we expected a decent level of treatment , but that was not the case. I do not recommend this hotel and will never step foot there again !!
I had enjoyable stay in this hotel in May 2019. The room was spacious, clean and with an excellent bed and bathroom, and views out to the sea. The breakfast was tasty, with numerous Lebanese and international options. The wait staff were very welcoming. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, which I didn't use, however. Wifi excellent. Location was convenient for my purposes. The one minor note was that I was charged 'waiting time' for a taxi for airport pick-up, which I had requested through the hotel. This was incorrect, as my flight had arrived ahead of schedule and I had not been held up in entering the arrivals hall. While the amount concerned was minor, what was not OK is that I was then shown a signature, which was said to be mine but wasn't. This issue was solved with not too much delay, however, and in spite of this incident I would still recommend the hotel.…
This hotel and the stuff don’t meet the 5 star hotel standards. The interior of the hotel and rooms are old, the paint is coming off from the walls, the furniture are cheap looking. The hotel requires the renovation. Also the stuff is rude and not helpful. At the end they tried to make us to pay more and for things we haven’t used , I.e. the mini bar. Also they refused to call my taxi driver and I had to call from my mobile using my roaming. Maybe the room has been cleaned regularly well but they forgot to clean the window curtains and fridge ( it was so disgusting). The outdoor part of the hotel is quite nice with two swimming pools , one for adults and one for children with some nice bars and quite decent restaurant. I would say it is a 3 star hotel! Definitely you can see the difference between coral beach hotel and kempinski hotel located next door. I know that kempinski is more expensive but this is how 5 star should looks like and the coral beach should be the 3 stars hotel - then I wouldn’t be so disappointed !…
