Despite troubling times in Lebanon and the World, this property and it's amazing staff, operate with kindness and grace. The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and quality linens. There are amazing views of the sea and the bathrooms are lovely. The lobby and restaurants are beautiful and the food selections are well made and presented. There is a world class whisky bar hidden on the property that you must ask about. I met the most delightful people there. I loved my stay here and Beirut is on my list of favorite cities in the World. I mean that sincerely.
The hotel is located close to the center of Beirut. It is a real 5 star hotel with luxurious and spacious rooms. All places of hotel are very clean and the personnel very helpful and kind. Highly recommended
This hotel is wonderful. The food and service are excellent and the location is ideal - close to the sea and shops. The rooms are comfortable. Special thanks to Bianca, Estelle, Suzanna, Moni, Farah and Marian.
Amazing place. Wonderful professional team from the minute you enter to the sad moment of having to say good bye. Regularly go there and always impressed. View, room size cleanliness all perfect. Highly recommended. Will go there soon again and again.
We had smooth check in at the hotel, the rooms was with sea view, rooms are bit old and requires renovation but clean and it was noisy by the street and surrounding rooms, the lobby is great, I tried their breakfast it was very tasty
I visited this hotel for two nights in December, the location is wonderful, it’s easy to walk downtown, only about 10 to 15 minute scenic nice walk and easy walk to hamra, about 10 minutes. The hotel is really central to most locations because once you walk downtown you could easily walk to MM , Geymaze and ashrafiyah. The room was very nice and quiet and comfortable. The restaurant where they serve breakfast was very nice, peaceful sea view with the best omelette I’ve ever had in my life. The atrium area is beautiful where they serve drinks and you could sit and relax, it’s a very luxurious property. I used the car service which was $75, but that’s also with the four seasons charges as well. A regular taxi would probably cost about $20, but I wanted the feel of the luxury ride and I wanted to convenience.... I was on vacation 😊 was really comfortable though and very convenient, After a long flight I don’t have to worry about looking for a driver or somebody looking for me the person was right there. …
Directly across the street from Zaitunay Bay, this premium hotel is the historic choice for a stay in Beirut. Consisting of many buildings and many different room types, the service is excellent. Breakfasts are divine. The outdoor pool is lovely. The cost is dramatically more affordable than the Four Seasons down the block. All in all, this is the place to stay in Beirut.
We stayed at his hotel on recommendation and as part of a visit to Beirut for a wedding. As we all know the actual situation we felt welcome. Although it was a little late we received the most charming welcome at the reception desk.No more than 10 minutes later we entered our luxurious room located on the 9th floor. Talking about a top rated and a top location... this is it!! The next morning we woke up with a morning sunshine in our room and with a wonderful view over Zaytunay Bay. This is what you can say 'a room with a view'! The room was very luxurious and the nice bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The hotel has a huge lobby with an impressive starway which for this time of the year was nicely decorated for the festive season. The whole team and staff of the hotel are very friendly and we felt like 'honored guests', that's called true hospitality. The hotel serves a well balanced breakfast with international and local specialities such as 'fool' and 'kneffe'... worth trying it!.The staff in the restaurant is doing their outmost to please the guests. The area around the hotel is a very busy area as it has the immediate access to the Zaytunay Bay and after a stroll one can make the most wonderful walks on the Beirut corniche. We were spoiled with the weather and we can imagine how it is in summertime. We really felt 'home' away from home thanks to the whole staff ... from reception, concierge, housekeeping, waiters and all those we may have forgotten... shokran for a wonderful stay. We take back the good memories and a good feeling of Beirut!!!!…
I spent wonderful days at the Phoenicia Hotel and it is certainly not the first time that I give my opinion on this hotel: everything was 100% excellent: room, cleanliness, layout and most impressive are the cordiality, the service and the efficiency of the staff: The General Manager is incredibly available to listen to customers and offer them the best possible for their comfort, a detail much appreciated during my very recent stay; I would also like to mention the names of the staff who contributed to my great happiness during these 6 days spent with them: At the reception Roy, Mariam and Bianca, at the restaurant Chef Naji, Joseph and Allam who spoiled me with the fresh juices, artistically cut fruit and special care for regular customers. Thank you very much for all the staff without forgetting the helpfulness and the extreme friendliness of all the concierges including Riad and I promise to return to Lebanon and spend another pleasant stay at the Phoenicia hotel.…
