I have booked 3 nights at this Hotel. The location is great and I was very excited about the hotel and the rooms as everything looked neat, clean and nice. Yet, I had to change my room 3 times (pack and unpack everyday) which really ruined the trip. The first room had no balcony ( aka no access for fresh...

We have just spent 4 days at this hotel and I can say that we are really happy we stayed here. The staff and customer service is exceptionally good. In particular, we had melhim and mahmoud who served us breakfast every morning. They were very friendly and great fun and we even practiced our Arabic with them. Ali was great...

Good sized rooms, great staff, surprisingly good laundry facilities, excellent breakfast in Hamra, one liveliest areas in town, near two major universities. This is where you want to stay in Beirut. Staff speaks great English and are very accommodating. And the price is right!!

This was our second visit to the Crowne Plaza. It was just a pleasant as the first. Let me tell you, it's a few dollars more than comparable hotels in Beirut, but it's worth every penny. This is really a 5 star hotel. The rooms are splendid, spacious, modern, with good quality towels and fast wi-fi. The beds are comfortable...

The hotel is clean and the staff are lovely and helpful. The double room is big and comfortable but I like the fresh air so I found it depressing to found the room window is fixed to the wall and you cannot open it. My room was at the 12 flour and you can see the sea. The breakfast was...

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip this week. The rooms are comfortable but quite worn down and outdated. There is also quite a bit of noise from the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, however housekeeping didnt give you much time to answer the door before barging in. One thing you should do is go...

Hotel has large rooms with good facilities. Located on hamra street surrounded by shops. You can walk from here to the corniche and to the beirut souks with 30 mins. Has good gym facilities and pool. Breakfast has a large selection and the staff are very friendly and professional.

The Crowne Plaza Beirut has a great location in famous Hamra street. You can basically walk around from there to go to the Corniche, visit the AUB campus, and even the marina area (Zaytuna Bay). Good facilities, clean and fast internet connection. As the hotel does not have its own gym, you can access to the club next door which...
