I picked the hotel due to its location and the really good ratings I found on booking.com However i was very disappointed, i was given a room different than the one i booked, the room i stayed in had a kitchen that I didn't request and didn't need, and a TINY bathroom! Bathroom smelled bad, bed sheets and pillow covers...

Upon checkin I was greeted by Hussein, very nice gentleman who is well spoken and intent on making my stay memorable. The room I requested was very nice with plenty of amenities. The king size bed was quite comfortable and the room was very trendy. The location around the hotel is great, highly recommend checking out Hamra St, very lively...

Just returned from a business trip to Beirut. Lavender Home proposed to us by a travelling agency was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever lived. The reception as well as the hotel personnel were very polite and ready to assist. The problem is that a certain hotel doesn't provide the amenities it declares. I persanally faced the...

Unfortunately, I cannot post the exact email I sent to the hotel's management because Tripadvisor would not let me publish it. Perhaps because I used the word 'trashy' too many times by referring to the desolate state of multiple affairs that accompanied my terrible 20 minutes stay in this place. After some editing, here are the extracts form the email....

I was on a business trip for 4 days and I needed a quick place to stay near the famous hamra street. Lavender Home was there the right time and in the right place. The rooms are very comfy and clean. Breakfast and lunch was very good, they have both Lebanese and foreign food. It took me about 2 minute...

We stayed at this hotel June 2014 and it suited our family needs perfectly. The suite had three beds and plenty of space for us to spread out our belongings. The rooms were kept clean, each with it's own air conditioning. The front desk staff were very helpful and readily available. The breakfast was simple with fruits and pastries. Location...
